We had a lovely stay, the place was exactly as we’d hoped, clean, free of clutter and with a great view. Hosts were very friendly, gave us loads of recommendations and invited us to message any time if we needed anything. Friendly housekeeper came by each day to do the bins, clean towels if needed etc, which was very appreciated. It was about a 20 minute walk into the centre of Argostoli, those with mobility issues may struggle due to the hills but you can drive there in a matter of minutes. Would definitely stay again if we come back!

We had a wonderful time on Kefalonia and at this nice accommodation. There was a lovely garden with olive trees, lemons, and oranges behind the house that you could pick yourself. The studio was very well equipped, even with a starter pack of bread, drinks, oil, honey and more. Katerina was always available for questions, concerns, or tips nearby; she even brought us delicious homemade food twice. Spartia was a great starting point to explore the island. We can totally recommend it!

This was the most beautiful place that we could ever have hoped to have spent our honeymoon. The setting and studio are stunning and with easy reach of everything that we needed. The pool area was wonderful place to spend time with it's - out of this world view! Anna arranged our taxi transfers to and from the port so we had no worries on getting to her studio and greeted us on arrival. Everything and more had been thought of for our stay and we were welcomed with an array of provisions to get us started. We loved the ingredients that were either made by Anna or family and used them in preparing salads.We have never stayed somewhere that has been so well equipped, immaculate and the thoughtful extra touches. Anna was so helpful and knowledgable and gave us a huge amount of information, what to visit, how to book with local boat companies and local restaurants etc. We felt very lucky to have found this gem of a place and will return to stay and see the lovely Anna and her husband.

Ivana and Dionisis are fantastic hosts. Their accommodations are spotless with high-end linens and their restaurant serves wonderful traditional Greek food at reasonable prices. A snorkel is a must to explore the crystal clear coves right where they are located. There is a fair bit of traffic on the main road, but the general area is remote with fantastic villages and authentic Greek traditions, warmth and caring. I would definitely stay here again. I wish they had a two-bedroom to bring my daughter. Mostly, these people are so warm you feel like you are at home.

Tonia hatte ein paar Lebensmittel für den ersten Abend in die Wohnung gestellt - Lage direkt an der Waterfront. Gastgebern Lage und Wohnung einfach alles perfekt - wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder Frank

Wer sich in diesem Stück vom Paradies nicht Wohlfühlen könnte ..?!! Alle Bilder entsprechen zu 100% der Wahrheit. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Die FeWo ist individuell und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es sind ausreichend Geschirr und Küchenutensilien vorhanden. Ein Highlight ist der Blick von der Terasse und der super gepflegte Garten mit ausreichend Liegeplätze, teils im Schatten. Das Meer ist glasklar und direkt an den Garten angrenzend. Nur am Anfang sind ein paar große Steine, dann Sandstrand. Die ganze Familie ist sehr herzlich, Dimitria hatte uns einen Kuchen zur Begrüßung gebacken ❤️!! Ein Auto sollte man haben, um Ausflüge zu machen und um Einkaufen zu gehen ( Spar Markt im Ort) Ansonsten wurde uns die Organisation eines Taxis zum Flughafen angeboten . Wir hatten zudem ganz viel Glück und konnten mit einer Schildkröte 🐢 direkt im angrenzenden Meer Schnorcheln 😀 Es war eine traumhafte Zeit auf Zakynthos. Efaristó, jederzeit gerne wieder!!!!

We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment in Agia effimia. The apartment was perfect and so well set up with everything you could possibly need. The view from the balcony was amazing and the space is so big. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance. We found getting a street park easy (it was end of season). Konstantinos gave us some great restaurant suggestions and gave us a really helpful explanation of everything in the apartment. We were so thankful for the welcome gift of wine, fruit and the most delicious almonds. The apartment is very large and we found we had so much space for our family of 4 and you could easily have 2 couples and all have room. We found the location a great spot to explore kefelonia (which is so very beautiful). Thank you so much for making our trip so memorable.

Very kind host and a modern Airbnb with direct access to the city. Great location and just a short drive from the airport – highly convenient and comfortable stay!

Absolutely delightful stay! Danai and Maria were very welcoming. The apartment was perfect and in a wonderful location for exploring the island. The restaurant downstairs was excellent. We would definitely stay here again!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in Lauras Unterkunft! :) wir waren eine Woche auf Zakynthos und das Airbnb hat alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Insel zu erkunden und abends nochmal am Wasser oder in die Stadt zu spazieren. Die Unterkunft war super sauber und wurde sogar alle 2-3 Tage von einer lieben Dame gereinigt. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft sofort weiter, wenn man einen perfekten Zakynthos Urlaub haben will :)

This is the second time we’ve stayed in the Chloe villa and it didn’t disappoint! It’s such a beautiful location with an amazing sea view to watch the sunrise. The pool is directly below and the sea over the road which is perfect for early morning swims. Especially due to the changing temperatures in the water where salt meets fresh and there are warm spots and cold spots. It’s a short pebble beach so water shoes (or flippers in my daughter’s case) make getting in and out of the water much easier. Steve was a brilliant host! Nothing was too much trouble. Really responsive and because we had a late flight extended our checkout time until 6pm which meant we could enjoy a full last day. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, including some starter items for your arrival, such as biscuits, jam, milk, butter… and wine! There is a coffee machine, toasty maker & everything else you may need (incl. washing machine and dishwasher) A 20 min coast walk straight to Sami!

Geweldige vakantie, perfecte accommodatie! De ruimte was precies goed voor ons tweeën – comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien. De ligging is ideaal: op loopafstand vind je diverse winkels en uitstekende restaurants om lekker te eten. Een auto huren is zeker aan te raden om het eiland te verkennen. Dit kun je makkelijk en voordelig regelen via Nikos. Hij is goed bereikbaar, denkt mee, wat de hele ervaring nog prettiger maakte. Kortom, we hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Als we nog eens naar Zakynthos gaan, kiezen we zeker weer voor deze accommodatie!

La location è stupenda, dal giardino si vede la baia di Lourdas, con dei tramonti bellissimi! Posizione strategica anche per gli spostamenti, Argostoli è a 20 minuti circa, con i grossi supermercati e i negozi, un po’ più lontano il nord dell’isola ma non è stato un problema per noi. Parcheggio ampio e comodo. Le camere sono esattamente come nelle foto, vengono pulite ogni giorno, ed una volta alla settimana vengono cambiati asciugamani e lenzuola. Nell’abitazione c’è una lavatrice che risulta super comoda. Evangelia e Nathalie sono super carine, sempre disponibili per qualsiasi informazione! Bonus point per la cagnolina a tre zampe che ci salutava sempre.

I would recommend this air bnb to anyone visiting Kefalonia. It was just as described and even nicer in person. The location is close to restaurants and supermarkets. The host was incredible, I am not sure super host does him justice. He was extremely responsive, attentive and his guide to the island was so helpful. The location is right across from the turtle viewpoint and we saw turtles everyday. It was extremely clean, well kept and had the essential and more. The laundry machine was a huge bonus. Parking can be a bit difficult during the day as the street does get busy but we were able to find parking in walking distance.

Xaralampos è stato un host disponibilissimo e sempre gentile. Viaggiando con una bimba di 4 mesi ci ha fatto la cortesia di farci trovare una culla per la notti. L’appartamento è pulitissimo e fornito di tutto, inoltre è a 10 mt dal mare e all’ingresso della piazzetta principale del meraviglioso villaggio di Assos. Appena potremo, torneremo sicuramente.

This apartment is next-level: - beautifully furnished and appointed - with a very handy, highly-rated pizza place directly below it on the ground floor! It's fantastically located - right on the harbourside with loads of shops/amenities minutes' walk away (and turtles visiting in the bay directly opposite the apartment!). Despite its central location, the entrance is down a peaceful side street and when you're in the hot-tub you can't see the street at all but look directly out to the bay and the lights across the water - it feels incredibly private and peaceful. Clio, the representative, couldn't have been more helpful and responsive and our stay here was just about perfect in every way: this place is something really special!

Makis was an absolute Superstar of a host! He even picked us up at the airport when we arrived and left 2 bottles of water and a lovely bottle of Greek wine in the fridge for our arrival. The Veranda suite is immaculate and Makis has thought about every level of detail. It is single handedly the best air B&B we have stayed at. The property is spotlessly clean, modern and tastefully designed. The balcony is massive and has a hot tub with the most stunning views over the bay. The bed is unbelievably comfortable and spacious. The property is located in a very peaceful location and it’s a lovely 10/15 min walk along the shore front into the main square (€7 for a taxi back at the end of the evening). We are already planning to come back next year as we had such a brilliant time!

This is an architectural gem of a place, beautiful interiors combining traditional stone with contemporay interior design. The house manager Vaios was most helpful from the moment we arrived at the airport to explaining all the features and local area. The cleaning is excellent from the pool to inside and always smelt fresh, with clean towels and linen every two days. This is such a great place to chill, with a spectacular view of the Ionian across to the Peloponnese mainland. Xygia beach below has new sunbeds and was a quiet and relxing place for our morning swim. The Taverna above is just 50m from the apartment and serves fabulous food morning to night. The portions are huge and run by the lovliest, friendly family. The roads were surprisingly quiet and it is very easy to circumnavigate the island. We enjoyed Daphne beach in the marine park for a trip South but for us the North of the island was just perfect and unspoilt. We would highly recommend and hope to return some time soon.

Siamo stati benissimo: appartamento molto grande, comodo, pulito e dotato di tutto. Dalle vetrate si gode una bellissima vista mare. Zona tranquilla e vicina alla spiaggia di Alykes. Da lì ci siamo spostati agevolmente per visitare tutta l’isola. Dimitris è stato davvero sempre estremamente disponibile e attento alle nostre necessità, la mamma ci ha fatto provare alcuni dolci tipici fatti da lei per noi e davvero ottimi. Lo consigliamo a tutti quelli che desiderano stare BENE a Zante e godersi la vacanza!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I immediately booked 4 more nights after my first night. Markos and his family are the gold standard of hosts.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Die Wohnung liegt nicht direkt im Zentrum des Trubels, sondern etwas abseits – was wir als klaren Vorteil empfanden. Von der Unterkunft aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer und die Schildkröteninsel. Der Ort selbst ist eher vom Partytourismus geprägt, was nicht ganz unserem Geschmack entsprach, aber durch die ruhige Lage der Wohnung ausgeglichen wurde. Die Gastgeber waren überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuverlässig. Dankbar waren wir für die Unterstützung bei der kurzfristigen Suche nach einem Mietwagen. Die Wohnung wurde täglich gereinigt, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Allerdings gab es mehr frische Handtücher, als notwendig oder umweltfreundlich gewesen wäre. Was uns gefehlt hat, war eine Möglichkeit zur Mülltrennung. Das scheint in Griechenland allgemein nicht üblich zu sein, ist aber aus unserer Sicht dennoch verbesserungswürdig. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

My family & I stayed at this Airbnb for 7 days. We were supposed to stay for 4 days but we loved the area so much we wanted to stay another few days so Kostas & Livatho thankfully allowed us to stay a couple extra days😁 When we entered the Airbnb we were happy to see how lovely the place is! There is lots to do around the area! Nice beaches near by and a lot of awesome food places! I highly recommend this place!

Erg fijn verblijf gehad. Mooie locatie, erg schoon, goed ontbijt. Eigen parkeerplekken. Heel goed allemaal.
