Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Skagit County

We had such a lovely stay and are so grateful for the thoughtful touches that made our visit so comfortable. Traveling with two babies can be a challenge, but having the baby soap, high chair and pack and play provided made things so much easier—we really appreciated it! It also meant a lot that we were able to have a few family members over during our stay; thank you for being so welcoming and accommodating. The garden was absolutely beautiful, and the views were breathtaking—a perfect, peaceful spot to unwind. I also really appreciated the little details in the home, like the nicer dish and hand soaps, and the bathroom spray was fabulous—such a refreshing touch. Thank you again for such a wonderful stay. We'd love to come back!

We had a great time using this Airbnb for our stay surrounding our wedding at Maplehurst farm! The wedding party loved the hot tub and being so close to the venue in the morning was priceless. The place was well stocked with plenty of linens and everything we needed, and the beds were nice and comfortable.

The location of this house was perfect. Several of our West Coast cousins had rented a venue in Edison, WA for a special family celebration. It took us less than 10 minutes to get there. We had advanced warnings that there were few grocery stores and restaurants nearby, so did our shopping prior to arrival. Everything worked out well. Cozy home with a beautiful view! Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to create a meal. A very welcoming home that was perfect for a girls weekend!

Great location and easy check in! The host was very responsive too! It was great for our dog since the back was fenced. The only thing is it is a little dirty and not the cleanest, which wouldn’t have been a big deal but we had two babies with us and didn’t want them crawling around on the ground. The host was very understanding and refunded part of our stay due to us needing to leave to find another place for the babies. Recommend this host!

Cheryl’s place was an absolutely wonderful place to stay. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in the door. Cheryl provided detailed information in an information book and just had everything you needed to feel like you were home. The homemade snickerdoodles were absolutely delicious and definitely a bonus. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub!! Location made it very easy to get to North Cascades as well as Mt. Baker. Cheryl was very prompt to reply to any questions we had. Would highly recommend Cheryl’s place!

A beautiful cottage by the sea, with great styling and all the amenities you could ask for, all cleverly hidden away. We opened the door to a beautiful living room, perfect for late night movies, a bottle of wine in the kitchen with any appliance we needed, a spacious shower, and a bedroom with a view right into the water. The hot tub and fireplace were right outside, and the sound of the ocean crashing while relaxing couldn’t be beat. Even though we live just a few minutes up the road, we would consider doing another visit just because of how beautiful the place was and how amazing they were to work with!

We had a birthday celebration during our stay and everyone fit very comfortably. We cooked together and had ample room to play fishbowl in the living room. The sunsets are amazing! The property had a walking path and was well groomed. The front yard was completely fenced in so our pups were safe to hang out. It is a great location - close to the grocery store any other amenities you need as well as recreational activities . We will definitely stay there again when we visit the PNW again.

Staying at Ann and Kate's was the best choice I could have made, I stayed for about 6 months. It is truly an oasis, everytime I drove back from work it was a breath of fresh air the farm offers a beautiful landscape, plenty of paths to walk around the woods and down to the slough for wildlife viewing, be it eagles, beavers or the herds of elk. The best part was that it is dog heaven. I stayed with my old black lab and he quickly befriended their three lovely well behaved dogs, spending all day roaming around the property. Other perks are the seasonal farm treats for sale when available - eggs, vegetables, jam etc. Cell service can be spotty, I have t mobile and finding a good signal was tricky inside the apartment sometimes. Ann and Kate live on site and someone is always available to answer questions. Any small issue or repair that arose were promptly taken care of. They also offer doggy day care. I highly recommend staying for any length of time.

Wonderful place and friendly owner! Half way between downtown and the island ferry. We enjoyed our stay very much! Was central to everything we wanted to do and had a nice hot tub with a view.

Was here for out of town work. It was everything I needed along with Candace being very easy to get ahold of and also super accommodating. Besides it raining everyday it seems perfect place and very affordable. Highly recommend

Andrea and the Boat House will both exceed your expectations—a rare find in this world.

The place is well-equipped, sparkling clean, and thoughtfully set up. The bed is really comfortable! Little details like a range of plush towel sizes, wine glasses, and shower toiletries made us feel well taken care of. Lisa was also very responsive to us changing our reservation dates.

Beautiful grounds and a very comfortable stay. I was looking for some time to recenter - a break from the grind of daily life. This was perfect for that! Looking forward to my next visit.

This waterfront inner bay location is an ever changing view of tidal events, birds, and a beautiful garden. Every hour of the day had something different to observe and enjoy. Faces east for moonrise and sunrise views. A lovely setting, kind hosts, and close enough to Edison for dining, art galleries, and a small village stroll. Plus the king bed was incredibly comfortable so sleep was a dream. Recommend adding a visit to Bow Sanctuary sauna and sessions to add a wellness experience.

Such a beautiful spot next to the water! Also includes the best hammock to take a nap in :)

Had a great time with friends at this place. It looks exactly like photos and the view is amazing from the living room/patio. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful visit and enjoyed the breathtaking views. Julie and Peter have a wonderful vacation spot with everything we needed. Such a thrill watching and listening to the waves crashing into the shoreline. We would highly recommend their clean and comfortable home, and hope to visit again someday!

We enjoyed our stay in this cabin so much, it was even better than in the pictures! Everything was clean, cozy, peaceful and spacious. We hope to be back some day!

Our stay at this great Airbnb on Lake Cavanaugh was amazing. Such a beautiful place to stay and play. Be aware that you will be a good 30+ minutes from any need or activity, but for us it was the perfect setting for a visit to the PNW. We drove to North Cascades NP (2ish hours), took the ferry to the San Juan Islands (1:15 to the ferry), and drove to the cute town of Fairhaven (1:15). Loved everything about our stay. Hosts were always responsive and welcoming!

We fell in love with Guemes Island! We could not be more grateful to stay in such a wonderful and peaceful spot. We hope to visit The Woodpecker many more times over the years! Our 18 month old son had the time of his life playing on the beaches and coming home to such an inviting atmosphere. 1000 out of 10. Would recommend to any and all !

This was a great place to stay! We went for my partners birthday and was a quiet weekend away. The cabin was clean, beautifully decorated with beach access and incredible views. The host even had a “happy birthday” banner near the fire place as a personal touch. 10/10 would love to come back in the summer to take full advantage of the deck and backyard.

Josh and Olivia’s place was perfect. They had everything you could need available. It was the perfect getaway for our family after hiking the cascades. We enjoyed our stay. It was even better than described.
