Holiday rentals with beach access in Sjödalen

perfect place.. very easy to locate as pictured... peaceful area ... clear instructions to check in.. we will be back... very clean place... complete amenities ... kitchen , bedroom , laundry etc... near public tranportation... grand piano was really a plus! thank you again!

We had such a wonderful stay at Linda-Marie’s place! It was spotlessly clean, incredibly cosy, and had such a stylish and welcoming vibe — we felt at home the moment we walked in. My sister and I were in Stockholm to visit our brother and spent a few nights here, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The space was peaceful and comfortable, and every little detail was thoughtfully put together. The place is 7min walk from the bus and train station and from there it’s only a few stops to Stockholm City. It has all the amenities you might need and also a few more that you didn’t even know you needed (thanks for the clothes steamer and boardgames!). We would absolutely love to stay here again next time we’re in the area. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay with our family at the apartment and immediately felt at home. It was cosy, very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location is super central and close to everything. In case we needed assistance we were in contact quickly and helped. I highly recommend a stay at this beautiful place.

We verbleven vier nachten in dit heerlijke huisje en kijken met enorm veel plezier terug op ons verblijf. Vanaf het moment van aankomst voelden we ons welkom dankzij de ontvangst en de overvloed aan tips die we kregen van de host. Hij gaf ons ontzettend veel nuttige informatie over het openbaar vervoer en bezienswaardigheden in de buurt – het maakte het plannen van onze dagen zoveel makkelijker en relaxter. Een bijzondere dankjewel voor het mogen gebruiken van de kano. Die tocht over het water was een magisch moment voor ons, eentje die we nooit meer zullen vergeten. En dan dat uitzicht… Wat een droom! Elke ochtend wakker worden met zo’n uitzicht was puur genieten. Nu we weer thuis zijn, denken we nog vaak terug aan dat adembenemende uitzicht– we missen het nu al. Kortom: een verblijf dat onze verwachtingen overtrof. Nogmaals bedankt voor alles!

Mathias place was great and even better than on the pictures. Mathias was also very helpful and responded quickly. I can highly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates a beautiful and peaceful place. We will definately be back again. Thank you Mathias.

Top Wohnugn, direkt vor der Haustür die U-Bahn Station, ein Restaurant daneben, in weniger als 10 Minuten im Zentrum. Super Gastgeber, ich kann diese Wohnung einfach nur weiterempfehlen. Sehr Sauber, einfache Zugänglichkeit und eine wirklich schöne Inneneinrichtung. Auch Kochutensilien (Gewürze, Öl, usw.), Shampoo und weiteres war vorhanden. Toller Aufenthalt. Danke!

We stayed at Christian and Jaquemine's place for 30 days, and it was our first Airbnb experience. The flat is in a lovely and quiet neighbourhood. The nearby areas are perfect for hiking, with beautiful lakes, islets, beaches, and green forests with deer and other wildlife. Although the location seems far from the city on the map, frequent buses to Slussen take just 30 minutes, making it easy to reach the city centre whenever we wanted. I worked remotely during our stay, and the internet connection and workspace were excellent. The flat has everything one might need, and we never had issues wanting specific items, making it ideal for longer stays. I slept in both sleeping areas, and both were comfortable and spacious. The hosts were welcoming and kind. When my flight was postponed, they kindly offered to store my luggage even after check-out. They provided many thoughtful offers, showing how helpful and caring they are. I have no complaints and highly recommend it!

We stayed in the house for 6 days with my spouse and our child, and we were extremely satisfied with everything. One of the highlights was the stunning sea view — enjoying our morning coffee while looking out at the water was such a peaceful start to the day. The jacuzzi was also a great touch — clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. The house was very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. It’s located in a quiet and peaceful area, which made it ideal for spending quality family time. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and atmosphere. We would definitely recommend it to anyone, especially families

Vi hade en super vistelse i huset, stort och rymligt med fantastisk pool. Malin svarade snabbt på alla frågor och incheckning var mycket smidig. Rekommenderar!

Staying at this lakeside house by Kroksjön was an exceptional experience. The cleanliness was impeccable everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. The fireplaces were a highlight. Both the traditional wood-burning and modern styles created a warm, cozy atmosphere in the evenings a perfect way to unwind in the middle of nature. The private hot tub overlooking the lake was absolutely amazing. Soaking in the warm water while surrounded by peaceful nature was incredibly relaxing and added a special touch to the whole experience. The house is surrounded by pure nature, peaceful, serene, and filled with the calming sound of birdsong. Wallbox charger for our electric car was a major convenience. Highly recommended.

Mit unseren 2 Kindern (3 & 6 Jahre) haben wir 3 sehr schöne Tage in Stockholm erlebt. Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet , wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation war super unkompliziert & Matthias & Carina waren sehr nett. Danke, dass wir bei euch wohnen durften! 😊

We had a fantastic stay in Farsta and the home is in a perfect location. The lake was beautiful and we did walk around it which turned out to be longer than it should have been because we got a bit lost but it was still great. The train station was a 10 minute walk and the train to Stockholm took 25 minutes so perfect to spend time in the city. Jumped on the highway to take trips to Tyresta National Reserve and Stenrodden National Reserve. The house had everything we needed, grocery stores just a short drive and Haddy and Bjorn were fantastic hosts and again, the house is in a great location.

Wir kamen auf Empfehlung unseres Sohnes in diese schöne Unterkunft und haben uns dort gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der Check in klappte hervorragend und alles war genau beschrieben und mit Fotos erklärt. Das Häuschen ist perfekt und liebevoll eingerichtet- es fehlt an nichts! Wer nach einem Besuch in der City Ruhe, Erholung und Natur sucht, ist hier bestens untergebracht. Wir waren nur mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln unterwegs- das war kein Problem Dank einer sehr guten Verkehrsanbindung. Auch im Garten in Wassernähe kann man es sich richtig gemütlich machen und den tollen Blick genießen. Kajsa und Jesper sind sehr sympathische Gastgeber, mit denen wir einen sehr netten Kontakt hatten. Wenn wir wieder einmal in Stockholm sind , kommen wir gerne wieder in dieses tolle Haus zurück!

Die Unterkunft war traumhaft. Der Kontakt mit Henrik immer zügig und informativ. Alle relevanten Informationen erhält man bei der Buchung. Wer einen Städtetrip nach Stockholm unternehmen und dabei ruhig wohnen möchte, dem können wir die Unterkunft nur wärmstens ans Herz legen. Wir waren sehr gerne Gast :-)

Nahe an Stockholm aber doch ruhig und idyllisch. Süße Unterkunft mit schöner Einrichtung, alles da was man braucht. Stina und Anders sind wirklich nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. In der Umgebung ist wirklich vieles gebiteb. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, was ich auch empfehlen würde. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen!

AnnaMaria's home is a little way outside of town but easy to reach by multiple modes of easy to manuever public transportation. I really enjoyed being in a place that felt like home and allowed me to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. Another great aspect is the neighborhood. Her place is on a busy street but it doesn't feel like it at all. The community is laid back and just peaceful. I really enjoyed my time and am grateful AnnaMaria allowed me to stay in her place.

Vi hadde et flott opphold i Stockholm og i leiligheten til Sara og Nicklas. Det var veldig hyggelig å bli ønsket velkommen og vist rundt av Nicklas. Alt var lettvint og ikke noe stress. :-) Leiligheten er gjennomført og lekkert innredet, men også veldig hjemmekoselig. Det var godt å komme ‘hjem’ etter en lang dag på Grøna Lund! Behagelige senger og herlig sofa fikk oss til å slappe av. Takk for oss!

Lina’s place is absolutely lovely! She was communicative, and very accommodating in our request to come in earlier and stay later, we’re so grateful for that! Very nice and quiet neighborhood– we enjoyed some late afternoon sun in the park right behind the building. Would recommend this place to anyone and we thank Lina for her thoughtfulness and her amazing place ☀️

Perfect base for our adventures in Stockholm. Apartment has everything you need for an easy and comfortable stay. Located in a peaceful area of traditional Swedish homes it feels like living like a local. Anita and Hannah are such friendly hosts, it was a pleasure to stay with them. Having a sauna in the apartment was unique - great for a typical Swedish experience…but also handy for drying the laundry! Would definitely stay again when visiting Stockholm.

This cozy and inviting home had a lovely New York City vibe. From the moment I entered, the ambiance made me feel comfortable, with its unique art pieces and a welcoming living area and kitchen. Stefan, the host, was very friendly and helpful, sharing great local recommendations that I enjoyed exploring. It really felt like I was visiting a friend rather than just renting a place. The thoughtful touches, like a bottle of wine and a honey tasting, added a special charm to my stay. Overall, the combination of style and comfort, along with the relaxed New York atmosphere, makes this place a wonderful holiday rental. Plus, the convenience of transportation and nearby restaurants within walking distance is a definite bonus.

My family and I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. The highlight for me was the beautiful, newly built glassed-in terrace—such a perfect spot to relax with a morning coffee or unwind in the evening. The location couldn’t be better—beautiful views, access to public transit and just a short walk to a great selection of restaurants. Host was very good to check in and quickly answer questions. We loved our stay and hope to be back.
