The is situated on a hill with amazing views of the bay and the town of Palairos. It’s very private and in a very quiet area. It’s a 10 minute walk to the town where there are numerous restaurants serving delicious food beside the sea. The villa is extremely well equipped and spacious. We were a family of 6 plus a baby - we did not feel cramped at all. The pool is large and the outside space works really well. The pool area is surrounded by decking which suited us well as it was non slip. There is an outside fridge and an electric BBQ. We mostly ate outside. Susana met us at the villa and showed us around. She was very warm and welcoming and kept in touch with us before and throughout our stay - giving us information and answering our questions. I would highly recommend this villa and hope to return again one day.

Anna’s villa is amazing. It’s modern and spacious, with top of the line appliances, high end finishes, and everything you’d expect from a luxury villa. The outdoor space is also fantastic, with a refreshing plunge pool, outdoor shower, pizza oven, and a covered gathering space that’s perfect for outdoor meals or drinks. But what really makes the place special is the spectacular location - perched high above Assos with amazing views of the mountains and sea. Our group of four fell in love with this place, and we would come back in a heartbeat.

Well, Its hard to explain this house in words. You have to visit to experience it ..The views , house, amenities.. all are extremely well and organized. Beyond that, the way kostas and team prepared this ABB to perfection considering families, is beyond commendable!! Everything you need to enjoy your vacation is accessible in the apartment. Very specific, how the kitchen is equipped and organized is amazing. I have been using ABB for past several years and never come across such amazing ABB experience The only regret is, we should’ve stayed for more days. I should also say a few words about Lefkada. This island (though connected) is spectacular !! The landscape, views , blue turquoise ocean, food and most important , the people are worth mentioning. We have experienced the true Greek hospitality!! Thanks John

Mom and I felt right at home from minute one. Marianna and her daughter Christina checked on us every couple of days to offer light hospitality / house cleaning that was included in the price. Nidri was a walkable distance away (less than 30 min) or an easy 5 minute drive. Close enough to beaches, markets, cafes, restaurants but far enough away further up the hill from Nidri to offer peace and quiet to those wanting it. We were happy to lounge by the pool or venture off to Lefkada Town or the west side of island within a relatively short drive. Happily recommend to anyone considering a quieter relaxing stay. Definitely returning. Thank you for a great stay!

We spent a wonderful 10 days here. The house is comfortable, cool, had plenty of space for our family of 5 and all the amenities we needed. The kitchen is great for cooking, though we often ate out too. Lahos, where the house is located, is close to Stavros, Exogi, Fríkes, Kioni and all the northern beaches (with a car). It’s quiet too, save for the bell of the local church and the sound of goats and sheep. The pool was a welcome place to cool off. Many thanks Serge.

Ein phantastischer Ort um zu entspannen und zu genießen. Das Neradu House ist einfach nur wunderschön . Sophia ist nicht nur eine großartige Gastgeberin, sondern auch eine begnadete Bauherrin. Das Neradu house ( sowie die anderen beiden Häuser auch) wurde perfekt in die Umgebung integriert mit großem Respekt vor der Natur ( kein einziger Olivenbaum wurde gefällt) und es ist ein einzigartiger Ort entstanden. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Aufteilung, Einrichtung, Ausstattung top!! Die Liebe zum Detail spiegelt sich in jeder Kleinigkeit ( Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Geschirr) alles geschmackvoll und von hoher Qualität. Der Außenbereich lädt zum Entspannen ein, besonders die Pool Area ( unter alten Olivenbäumen) ist einfach nur schön…. Wer noch mobil ist ( man muss das Gepäck die letzten 30 Meter bergauf tragen , es gibt keine Parkmöglichkeit vor den Häusern), Ruhe und Natur liebt , wird sich hier gut aufgehoben fühlen!! Can’t recommend Theodoros’ place highly enough - a little slice of paradise short drive from the charming town of Vasiliki. George was fantastic, so proactive and attentive whenever we needed anything and made us feel so welcome and looked after our entire stay and went above and beyond. Have to mention the view. It does not get old - the pictures here were pretty spectacular but the view is truly breathtaking!!! We were a little hesitant to book due to the limited info/pictures so glad we did. We can’t wait to come back 💕

WOW! This Villa was insane, unimaginably beautiful, the views are unparalleled. We all had the best time, such a relaxing and peaceful place. The pool is a great size, cold as we were out if season but still great! We couldn't fault the villa at all, it had everything we needed! What absolutely made our stay was our host, Spiros, he was simply the best. Very friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about us having a great time. He recommended the best places to see, things to do and locations to eat. Nothing was too much trouble for him when we made requests and we liked him so much, we invited him to have a drink at a local bar with her (he recommend the place and it was fantastic) he was a great laugh, he is an absolute credit to Diodati Villas! The villa is enough to make us want to return but Spiros has made us all start thinking about when we can return. Thank you for making our holiday so magical, especially because my wife & I were celebrating our 3 year wedding anniversary

A beautiful penthouse apartment with a spectacular view. The apartment is tastefully decorated with a modern design. Was a perfect base for exploring Kefalonia.

Octopus Garden stands out as one of our all time favourite Airbnb locations! Ideal in every way! My son and I felt instantly at home! Agia Effimia is a tranquil, cozy village away from it all, yet Argostoli was an easy drive that we made several times to beauty spots on the other side of Kefalonia. The proximity to Sami was a massive plus, as there are tons of sights and lovely shopping. The house is spacious and had everything that one could possibly need. My son enjoyed having his own bedroom and bathroom. The wash machine was extremely handy. Thank you so much for leaving so many goodies for us. It was nice not to have to run out immediately for supplies and groceries. We didn’t do a lot of cooking, as the restaurants in town were amazing! Amalia and Cafe Fior D’amore were our go-to’s. I will miss doing my yoga on the terrace overlooking the bay and listening and to the morning song. We loved the sweet, black cat who always greeted us and shared our sun spots!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Anna Maria's apartment in Fiskardo. The apartment is clean and beautifully decorated. It is a very calming environment. This is the second time we have stayed here and would certainly come back again. It is simple but elegant and in a fantastic location for exploring Fiskardo. We met Anna Maria (who is lovely!) There are loads of cats in the square ❤️

Lovely apartment, exactly like photos and description, that makes a great base while staying in Vathy. The upside down living arrangement makes full use of location allowing for a gorgeous patio area and great watching platform for all the yachts that moor right outside the apartment. As others have said you are on the main road which at the time of our visit wasn’t very busy, but had usual port side activities, it’s close to the centre and great for taxi pick ups. If you like being close to facilities and enjoy people watching it’s a perfect place to stay. We had a few minor maintenance issues we report, ie light in bathroom, which Christina responded to and sorted straight away without any inconvenience to us. Would highly recommend.

Die Zeit in der Unterkunft auf Paxos war mehr als traumhaft! Es war alles absolut perfekt. Die Location war idyllisch, ruhig gelegen, umgeben von Olivenhainen und Obstbäumen - ein Ort zum abschalten und rundum wohlfühlen! Der Pool mit Blick aufs Meer und der Grill waren unsere Highlights und in dem kleinen Steinhaus haben wir angenehme Nächte verbracht und wurden schon morgens von den Katzen der Nachbarschaft freundlich auf unserer Terasse begrüßt. Auch Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden alle paar Tage frisch ausgetauscht. Von dem Standort aus konnten wir die Insel wunderbar per Wanderungen oder Spaziergängen erkunden. Auch Supermärkte, Restaurants und Strände sind fussläufig gut erreichbar. Die Insel hat landschaftlich sehr viel zu bieten und wir sind aus der Begeisterung nicht mehr heraus gekommen. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Host war schnell und zuverlässig und wir haben uns sehr gesehen gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder <3

Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage in unserer Unterkunft auf Lefkada. Der Eigentümer war sehr gastfreundlich und hat sich toll um uns gekümmert. Seine Mutter, eine ältere Frau, war ebenfalls sehr kontaktfreudig und nett. Sie hat uns sogar ein paar Blümchen geschenkt. Da hätte man gerne doch ein bisschen griechisch gekonnt:)

Wir haben uns sofort Wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Es gibt auch einen täglichen Reinigungsservice. Auch der Check in zu später Stunde lief problemlos. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

I more than recommend the place. It’s like a small part of heaven and everything was perfect. The house, the garden, mister Eftichios who offered us a warm welcome, good communication, olive oil, fresh strawberries, eggs from his chicken and the company of his lovely dog Yanis who made us a bit sad because we left. Thank you for everything ☺️

Wir waren mehr als zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Marina ist eine sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Es ist sehr sauber. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich ist sehr einladend und der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr sauber. Die Lage ist auch wunderbar. Supermärkte, Bäckereien und auch ein Strand sind zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. In der Umgebung gibt es auch sehr schöne Strände und Restaurants. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder…..❤️

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit herrlichem Blick auf Tal und Meer von der Terasse. Vermieterin Hermina war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Bett war super bequem, der Strand von Petani um die Ecke. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, etwas Kaffee war bei Ankunft vorhanden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, es war Anfang Juni sehr ruhig, super zum Entspannen. Die Küche haben wir nur sparsam benutzt, war aber gut ausgestattet. Alles war wie beschrieben, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

This is the perfect holiday destination and property. Gloria met us for check in and everything was explained to us with clear instructions beforehand and with friendly and excellent communication. Olivo is great house for a perfect beach holiday. Very clean and tidy with those little extras I love when the host leaves you the basic essentials like tp, paper towels, soap, washing liquids it makes a huge difference. Not to mention a bottle of wine, water and other little treats. The beds are extremely comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. It is right across the road and from the ocean, restaurants and grocery shops all within 5 minutes walking distance. There are many other restaurants to choose from right along the seafront again all within walking distance. Sami is a perfect location to visit the best parts of the island with a car or you could stay in Sami without a car and hop on a ferry across the road and explore another island.

It was our first time on Paxos and this apartment was a perfect base to explore from. The apartment is beautifully clean, well equipped and is handy for shops, restaurants, walks, beaches and the island bus. We hired a boat one day which is a great way to get a feel for the whole island and to explore the beautiful coves and beaches. Anastasia was a very attentive and responsive host, we could not have asked for more.

This charming 100-year-old stone house is a true gem nestled in the tranquil slopes of Sfakiotes village on Lefkada Island. Combining traditional architecture with modern comforts, the home offers an idyllic retreat. The peaceful surroundings, away from the busy tourist spots, make it perfect for relaxation, yet it’s conveniently close to the island's beautiful beaches and villages. It was a perfect getaway for us looking to experience the authentic beauty and tranquility of Lefkada Island. We will definitely come back! Thanks a lot dear Evelina and Manolia! You made our stay unforgettable!

Over all, I would highly recommend staying here. There are, however, a few things to be aware of. 1. The walk to the house is up pretty steep set of stairs. This is nothing major, but some may struggle, especially if they’re carrying heavy luggage. 2. The people outside around the house are quite noisy at night. Surprisingly so. We weren’t overly bothered by it, and it did seem to die down on the second night (our first night was a Saturday, so I guess that goes with the territory). 3. The host asks that the hot water breaker be left off until 30 minutes before you want to shower, after which it should be turned off again. This is obviously a bit inconvenient if you’ve been out and about all day and would like to shower then get right to bed. All that being said, this place is 100% worth booking. The setting is fantastic and the host is very nice.
