The house is very cozy, well-maintained and fully equipped. We received a very warm welcome from the hosts. They were very friendly and communicative and responded promptly to our messages and calls. They showed us around the house and explained how to use all the appliances. The area is very beautiful, quiet and safe. We had an amazing time. I highly recommend staying here.

The house is very cosy and has all you need + more. The beach is fantastic and private, the water is crystal clear and the area is perfect for snorkeling. The terraces are facing in all directions and you can always find a place with sun or shadow. I can truly recommend staying at Nikos family house.

House looks exactly like in pictures, very nice and clean. Restaurants, beach and supermarkets are a few minutes away by car, so you definitely need a car to get along.

A nice big house with a great garden.also the surroundings are great for families ,far away from the noise and agitation from tourist area. parking,sports areas,barbeque,washing machine and all fully equiped kitchen. A small beach at walk distance,10 minutes. Our stay was perfect and the correct score for this accommodation is 5 from 5 stars.

Elena and Christos were wonderful hosts. They were very responsive and always eager to help. We absolutely loved our stay at their place - and we will surely miss the wonderful private garden (which was incredibly well kept) and the pool. The house was well equipped and had everything we could need for our stay.

10/10 the place is beautiful and so many activitys around especially if you have a car. We went swimming, boating. Fishing and on a toured cruise while we stayed here. Amazing place to be! Highly recomend. Also had a very special dinner by the sea! We will be back forsure.

Everything was perfect. Natasha was a great host, and so full of positive energy. It was so clean, this is a rare place where you can walk barefoot like you are at home. It was equipped with everything you need. Although she did not know English and I did not know Russian or Greek, we managed to communicate with translator and hand gestures :) I would recommend this place to everyone.

It is an idyllic place to spend your vacation and come to rest with an ancient olive tree to linger under, 30 m from the deserted beach. Great swimming pool with evening lighting and diving board. Above all, the warmth and hospitality of the landlord and his families makes this vacation unforgettable!

If you're looking for peaceful and quiet vacation this is the right place. Beach and private pool are just few steps away, apartment have everything you need and host is great! I had a fantastic time at this accommodation. The view of the pool and the sea beyond was truly beautiful, making me feel like I was in paradise. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was incredibly delicious. The cleanliness was also excellent, and I would love to come back with another family.

The house is great, especially the bbq area. We were 6 adults, 3 kids, and one dog. Inside, it was clean and tidy. As a disadvantage I can say that one bed in the one bedroom which is too small for two people and it would be possible to put a bigger one. Also that there is one toilet and the lack of a dishwasher causes inconvenience. The host was very helpful and responded quickly!

We were staying at the apartment with my wife and a baby. The place was truly awesome and verry spacious. The view is amazing and breathtaking. The aprtment was clean and cozy, also waking up to the sound of waves is a plus. The terrace has a barbeque which makes grilling with seaview on another level. Hosts were extremely helpful and precise with timing and location, also providing me with some tips. Looking forward staying here another time. Thank you Spy and Yiota!

we had a great time at Elani, and hope we can get there again soon. Fantastic place, most of visitors are either locals or families, and facilities are to be reached by car in 5 to 10 min. A great beach restaurant is only 10 min walk.

We had an amazing time at Iliass place. He was super helpful and responded right away. Afytos is a one of a kind place and we will definitely be coming back!

Great place and great host. We felt like at home and we had a very pleasant stay with our children and little dog. Euaggelia is a very friendly and responsive host, she responded to all our questions and requests and date changes. She is very thoughtful, she even bought toys for our babies to play. In the apartment you find everything you need even essential things that you didn't think of so you don't need to bring much as she has everything from kitchen paper to shaving cream in the bathroom. The apartment is nicely decorated and she has an oven and sandwich maker and plenty of pots and pans. I particularly liked the balcony, it's peaceful and quitet. The location is very good, close to the beach and shops, there are plenty of parking spots, even shaded. We want at the begging of September and even though there is no Air Conditioning , the apartment is cool and it has a fan for air circulation which was enough. The apartment is protected from mosquitoes with door and windows nets.

Perfect apartment, very clean, tidy, convenient layout. The kitchen has everything you need, they even took care of cold drinks upon arrival. A pleasant owner who greeted us and told us everything. Spacious and well-maintained courtyard. Everything is 100% as in the photo. But the beach is led by a very steep and dangerous slope, and the beach itself is very dirty and cluttered. It is better to drive a car to the municipal cleaned beaches, than the nearest wild one. Thank you for your hospitality, we had a great rest and rebooted in your home!

Our family had a wonderful vacation in this house in Elani! The location is splendid, surrounded by forests, sweet hills and a quiet neighborhood. The air is clean and cool at night, despite being only one air conditioner in the top floor we didn't need it at all. Our favorite place was the balcony with the same relaxing view that the photos show. The house was big enough for our family of 8, the 3 bathrooms were very convenient, home appliances like the dishwasher, microwave, modern fridge worked without problems, there were enough kitchen tools and all kinds of useful things. There's also plenty of space outside to sit and relax, even a barbecue zone, but we haven't been there that long because we were busy going at the nearby beach. The elany bay is wonderful, <10 minutes by foot, <3 minutes by car, it is sandy, there's a beach bar and a restaurant and it was never crowded even in the middle of August. To summarize in one word, as my grandpa said, magnificent!
