Apartment is in a quiet area of Geleen in the beautiful Limburg province. The apartment is modern, clean and recently remodeled. The bedroom itself is basic with a comfy king size bed, alarm clock, closet, Chromecast, Bluetooth speakers and a balcony with a nice view of the tennis court. Besides the bedroom there's a full kitchen, dining area and living room. In the livingroom is a TV with global coverage and most streaming services, a office desk/chair and a balcony with sitting area.

All you (basically) need

Dit is een kleine kamer, maar vaak is dat alles wat je nodig hebt. De kamer kan flexibel gevuld worden, wil je liever iets om kleren op te hangen of toch een bureau, done. Wil je een eigen koelkast, done. Extra opslagruimte buiten de kamer. Ook een fiets kan op het dakterras veilig staan. De kamer extra verwarmd worden (extra kosten indien veel aanwezig of thuiswerken of koukleumen, maar altijd in nader overleg). Wasmachine en droger. Actieve houding in het schoonhouden gewenst.

On the 2nd floor you will find the bathroom as well as the bedroom with a kingsize box spring bed and air conditioning! Tourist tax is 4.00 euros per person per night

We bought our house last year and in a short time completely renovated with luxury materials installations. For example, the entire house is equipped with floor heating and bedrooms with A/C. There are 6 permanent sleeping places and two bathrooms with both a walk-in shower and even a large sauna. Next to living room and kitchen there is a large games room for the kids. Completely basement with space for 2 cars. Very large garden with several terraces and toys for the kids!

The spacious vacation home has its own entrance and is located on the first floor. The house is decorated in a country style and has a beautiful view over our garden and Belgium, across the Meuse. The vacation home is excellent for vacations but also as a stay for business trips.
