HarborView Hideaway

Cozy apartment nestled on the top of a three story home in the heart of downtown Sitka. It has two bedrooms each with a queen, and two comfy leather couches (a loveseat and a full size). The kitchen is a half kitchen so there is no stove but it does come equipped with a microwave, hot plate, coffee pot, and tea kettle. Our floor is the next floor down and is not separated by a door but you have total privacy. We have two dogs and a backyard full of chickens, but no animals enter into the rental.

You may borrow and return items before your departure. Items include beach towels and blankets, cooler, bikes, pack and play, high chair, etc.

Candace was extremely helpful in her messages with places nearby & any instruction. She was very easy to speak to and ask questions, too - even just ones about the area. I appreciate her making our stay in Sitka so easy & hassle-free. Plus, if you forgot something - she probably provides it! Very neat art and other things to keep you busy for times you aren’t out-and-about!!

Cayla was a lovely host and we had a great time getting to know her and her daughter. The apartment is spacious yet cozy and has everything you need. It’s a great location and you can walk almost anywhere in Sitka. The ducks and chickens in the back are fun to visit, especially with kids, and you really don’t hear the rooster. Cayla graciously left us books and toys for our son to play with during our stay. There was an issue with the kitchen sink and she took care of it right away. We had a wonderful time!

This is a great place to stay when visiting Sitka. The apartment is clean and it's centrally located to many restaurants and sights. As others have mentioned, the views are spectacular; we enjoyed watching bald eagles and sea lions in addition to the myriad fishing boats. Katy was quick to respond to questions and was also very accommodating of our needs. We recommend this place.

Such a nice place to stay. The landscape is gorgeous as are the views. Really comfortable and clean. 2 miles out of town so it’s peaceful and quiet and the walk is lovely. Local brewpub is only a mile away.

Oceanfront! Otter's Den Coastal Retreat

Katy has a beautiful home and offers great amenities like binoculars to watch for wildlife right on the ocean and wood for a beach fire. She was quick to respond to any concerns we had and was accommodating to late checkouts. Great private location that feels like home when visiting Sitka.

Bayview Heights Unit C

It was a great location. I was able to walk to restaurants and shops without renting a car. It was clean and comfortable. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had.
