A work of art! Very well made home in the perfect location. Architecturally, the home has many fine points and it still feels very comfortable and cozy for family living. Roxane, the host was the most welcoming and nicest host I have ever met. The space is perfect for family vacationing. The location is perfectly situated in the more quiet section of this village, but very close to everything, including a 2 minute walk to food market and 5 minute walk to beach. We rented a boat for the day directly at the beach which we walked to from the house which was very convenient. We had dinners on our own back deck. Overall, this house is very unique and the owners have paid attention to detail to every little thing. Super clean and beautiful home.

Very nice place to stay and extremely nice host! We felt very comfortable! If there's anything you could improve, it's a little meager kitchen amenities. A drip screen and a few more plates, glasses, and cutlery would be good so you don't have to rinse after every meal. Otherwise we had a very nice holiday!

Our trip in Psakoydia was amazing. The house (especially the design) was wonderfu! Vaggelis is super friendly and always there to help you. The atmosphere was great and there is nothing to complain about. Wonderful place!

When we entered the house, we were impressed by all the little details, subtle touches and cozyness. House had everything, beach was 2min walking with boat rental service, huge garden, everything very clean, nice and peaceful. Roxane went above and beyond to be a great host, she provided us with many local tips. We will def come again!

Our stay was as pleasant as expected!The place looks even better than in pictures which is really astonishing. The host was very kind, polite and even recommended us places that must be seen and things that must be done nearby Sithonia. The roooms were clean and breezy. We were welcomed with a fresh bottle of wine and a cold one of water. The only little upsetting thing was the presence of a singular wardrobe situated upstairs, not enough for two families. We enjoyed our vacation and warmly will recommend this wonderful location to many as possible!

It is a wonderful place on a great location, you are actually on the beach, where there are private sunshade and sun lounges at your disposal. Antoni is extremely helpful, positive and kind. He welcomed us warmly and treated us with nice sweets at the end. He was so nice with our dogs, though one of them went few times to his house to meet his dogs. Highly recommended sand will visit again!

This is probably THE BEST place to stay on the island!! We loved the space, how close it was to Alikes beach and being able to run home to grab snacks or use the restroom. Perfect for a relaxed atmosphere or family vacation. Downtown is just a 5 minute drive if you want to shop or get some food. The owner recommended we visit Karagatsia beach nearby and it did not disappoint, it was so beautiful and peaceful! Would definitely go back to this place next time we're visiting! 11/10

My boyfriend and me stayed at this accommodation for 7 nights. The apartment is simply perfect with all the necessary and also more. It’s really like in the photos but even better. We rested speechless when we entered. It is possible to go out by foot in the night cause it’s really close to the center and supermarket and very good resta and pub. In ten minutes by car you can get kallithea where the are also two discos. Some night we also had dinner in our terrace with sea view. AMAZING! When we arrived we wrote Alexios who answered really fast and took us the apartment. Flexible checkout (we left at 5.30 am). Finally Alexios and all the people in the apartment have been extremely friendly kind and helpful. We recommend this location !!! And thanks again for the amazing vacation !

Even though the journey there was a bit of an adventure at first, the location of the holiday flat (with directions to a nearby hotel, which we unfortunately received a little later) was very easy to find and reach. The communication during these initial difficulties was very good. The two hosts could be contacted directly and we phoned back and forth until we had found each other. Very friendly and very patient! On arrival, we were greeted with cool drinks and everything was shown and explained to us. The flat was absolutely perfect. Large, beautiful garden with three large palm trees that also provide shade. A large balcony with seating. You have the beach and sea right on your doorstep (you only have to walk through a small alley). There is also a good restaurant there. From there, the sea is illuminated with blue light in the evening. Beautiful! The location is quiet and you still have direct access to the motorway to reach other places on the three fingers quickly and easily.

Great place! Beach is just steps away.
