Just amazing! The beach, views, privacy, outdoor kitchen.. everything. Can recommend for anyone looking for a getaway from all the noise and busy life. Also the host is responsive and gave us good recommendations for places to eat and see.

This has become a very special place for our family. Such a peaceful cove, especially in morning and evening when summer boat traffic calms down. Lovely, clean, home-like.

The house very beautiful. Thye view is absolutely amazing. The beach is just across the street. The restaurants and coffee shops are ten minutes walking along the beach. Filippos is a wonderful host. There is a personal BBQ, the kitchen is full of equipment - all you may need. Every sleeping room has it's own bathroom. There is nothing more than you can want. I highly recomment the place. Thank you Filippos for your kind hospitality.

Beautiful villa in a tranquil and peaceful setting. Overlooking the ocean with spectacular sunsets. 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach and further down a handful of excellent beach bars. Shirt 5 minute drive to Posidi town. Villa is so homely. Spacious and comfortable. Alfresco and backyard for entertaining and space for the kids. Vasiliki is a wonderful host, communicating clearly and proactively, helping when needed. We highly recommend this place.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Tina’s beach house! The location couldn’t be better—just a short stroll to the beach and within easy walking distance to the vibrant village center, full of charming shops, restaurants, and cafés. The house itself was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, going out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. Our family had an amazing time here, and we truly felt at home. We’re already looking forward to coming back! Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Theo and Anna's place. We stayed there for a week in the preseason and had a great time. The house is spacious, tidy, cozy and everything is available. Theo and Anna informed us well in advance about the arrival and other tips and tricks. We also got a lot of nice recommendations for the area after arrival. The contact was very pleasant and we felt very much at home. Hope to come back again!

We had a wonderful time in Pyrgadikia. The apartment was beautiful and everything necessary was available. We were greeted with some food, fruit and water. Foteini took very good care of us and the place is enchanting. I'd love to come back.

We were very warmly welcomed and felt right at home. Thanks also to Mama Elena for the delicious cake. Everything you need is available in the apartment. But the hit is the view from the balcony/terrace. We never used the TV because the view fascinated us so much. The location of the apartment is also great, you can reach the bakery, the village square and the local supermarkets within a short time. There was an advertising slogan that said, "In the middle of it instead of just being there." That's pretty good. By car you can also get to Nikiti quickly, the location of the village of Agios Nikolaos is convenient as a starting point for excursions to the east and west sides of Sithonia, Kassandra, Athos and of course to the hinterland of Halkidikki. There was good parking near the apartment. It was a great relaxing holiday all around. Thank you for your hospitality.

We had a great stay! At the end of October, the season is over and there was hardly anything going on and much was already closed, which we found okay and enjoyed the peace and quiet very much. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures – modern, spacious and cozy. The kitchen is well equipped, even with basics such as oil and salt, which was very convenient. Iro is a fantastic host who cares a lot about cleanliness and comfort. She really made sure that we felt completely comfortable. Recommended!

Beautiful location with an almost private beach as soon as you conquer the descent The water here is the same color as we have only found in 'the Caribbean' Apartment is spacious, very clean and everything is present Toilet is on the small side Host is extremely friendly and helpful, if there was anything there was quick response and a solution Apartment is located on a busy thoroughfare, but Afytos is within walking distance Moreover, taxis come and go ;-) This is perhaps the most beautiful place on Kassandra

In addition to the perfect location and the great house, the fast and helpful communication with Emma was absolutely exemplary. Emma is a great hostess. We always felt comfortable and welcome. We once asked for more dish towels and small bowls. They were brought to us within 15 minutes. THANK YOU FOR THE TIME.

Very nice cozy flat with quality appliances. Sea view is gorgeous. A/C and heating working well. Location very quiet in Winter but surely buzzing in summer.

The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the wonderful Latoura Beach. Communication was great, the apartment is very clean, has a great balcony and has many useful things you need for a beach vacation (such as umbrella, beach towels, beach ball set etc.) The bed is comfortable and the kitchen fully equipped. Absolutely recommended!

Labors is a great host. Quick response, helpful tips, great hospitality. The location of the property is amazing - right at a beach, secluded, and easy access by car to nearby villages and restaurants. The house has a full kitchen and everything that one may need. Perfect vacation hope if you have pets. Highly recommend and will gladly visit again.

We spent a wonderful week with our 3 children in Nonda's apartment. The apartment is even nicer than in the photos, the amenities really very good. Since we were there at the end of October, we were completely alone on the beautiful beach. The sea water is magnificent and was still 23 degrees. It was really an unforgettable, wonderful stay for the whole family

We had a great stay in this beautiful house near the beach. The accommodation is stylishly furnished, very well equipped and offered plenty of space for our two families. The various terrace areas in particular invited you to eat, relax and enjoy the time together. The garden was a real paradise for the children. In the house, fans and air conditioning systems ensured a pleasant indoor climate at all times – even on hot days. The attic is cozy, but a bit cramped for taller people due to the sloping ceilings – especially in the bathroom, but that didn't bother us. The covered barbecue area with a large table in the garden was a highlight. The proximity to the beach was a big plus with children, especially since the host provided loungers and umbrellas. The beach is one of the most beautiful in Chalkidiki - fine sand, clear water, ideal for snorkeling. Many thanks to Ioannis for the great hospitality – we will be happy to come back!

We had a great stay, a couple with our 5-month-old baby. The apartment is well-equipped, clean, and even nicer than in the photos. Sissy provided a comfortable baby crib, and communication with her was easy and pleasant. The location is nice and quiet, with a peaceful beach and the lovely town of Siviri just a short walk away. There’s also a big supermarket a few minutes’ drive away, and parking was always easy. The view from the balcony is stunning. It’s about 50 easy steps down to the sea, or a slightly steep but doable path if you have a stroller. Sissy gave us beach chairs, an umbrella, and helpful local tips. The balcony is next to another house, but the neighbors were quiet and it didn’t bother us. In the afternoons the sun can warm up the apartment, but there are ceiling fans in every room, and a new A/C is being installed. We felt at home and would love to come back!

We spent 15 days in the apartment and felt completely comfortable. The apartment goes over 2 levels. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses. Downstairs a small kitchenette, a very small bathroom (with a great shower), 2 sofas and a TV. There is no dining table in the apartment, but 2 very nice balconies, so we had breakfast in the shade on the smaller one in the morning and enjoyed the sunset on the large and covered balcony in the evening. The garden is magnificent and designed and maintained with a lot of love. The existing grills and many seating areas in the garden offer all guests the opportunity to retreat or to seek contact with other guests. We felt super comfortable, George and his family are always ready when there is something to arrange/help and are just totally nice! The 2 beaches are 50 -100m away and very beautiful. We are thrilled and highly recommend it!
