Holiday rentals in Sismano

We had two wonderful nights in this beautiful accommodation. The garden is incredible! Our dog was allowed to run around freely everywhere. Stefania and her husband were incredibly nice. We even got food. There was also breakfast, with very delicious homemade jam. There was a baby bed for our child. In general, everything you need is there that you need. Stefania and her husband have created a little paradise. We were very happy to be a guest at your place.

We had a wonderful time staying with Andrea. He was very welcoming and always available to help. He assisted us with great recommendations and with booking restaurants and wineries. The tower itself is a truly unique place, and the peaceful surroundings created the perfect atmosphere for our stay.

Immaculate views, especially if you're looking for isolation. Gorgeous pool, plenty of room, amazing balcony, wood burning fireplaces - what more could you ask for? I spent 3 weeks here and enjoyed every minute. Was an excellent retreat space, and would love to come back again

The room is simply wonderful: very clean, with attention to the smallest details and equipped with many comforts, including a fantastic whirlpool that made the stay even more relaxing. The environment is welcoming and tastefully furnished. A special thank you to the host, who was really kind, helpful and attentive to every need. A perfect place to unwind and feel pampered. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful location with beautiful views from the terrace of the surrounding countryside. The home is very charming inside with its renovation.

Manuela’s apartment was amazing. Lots of space. As like many others have previously mentioned the outdoor patio was absolutely breathtaking. We spent several hours in the afternoons out there on the comfy chaise loungers sitting in the sun and then watching the sunsets. Manuela met us and personally took us to the apartment and explained everything to us. She was flexible in the check in and out. Manuela left us a beautiful bottle of wine and chips, which was very much appreciated. Everything you needed was in the apartment. Parking was close by. Spello is an amazing town to visit and surrounding villages as well.

The setting of Therese's house is really beautiful and has the most incredible view: we could have spent the entire trip just watching it change with the light! The house was great to be in too - the main room has a large window onto the view with its oak tree in the foreground, we also enjoyed the fireplace. When it was a little cool for eating outside, we enjoyed the characterful kitchen which has preserved the attractive, old kitchen range at one end. We were met at the house by Augusto and his son who were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed trying out our Italian with Augusto and his son spoke good English. We were a group of six and used the three, comfortable upstairs bedrooms (there is also an annexe with a double bed) one of which had a balcony with more views. We enjoyed visiting local villages, Todi and, about an hour away, Orvieto. Thank you, Therese, for a lovely trip.

Thank you to our gracious host. This place was like living in a dream. From the picturesque views overlooking the hills of Sismano and beyond to the flourishing and beautiful garden, this home was everything we needed. The home was simply beautiful and had all the essentials. Kitchen was fully equipped, rooms were comfortable, living area spacious, outdoor area private, and it had A/C. The host's Eironwy and Jan met with us and introduced us to the town and it's wonderful people with a platter of antipasti at a local shop and escorted over to the home. They were extremely responsive and gracious. They knew the area well and advised us of what to look forward to in the surrounding areas. Although there for a short time it clearly became like a home for my group and myself. This home and all of Umbria has carved a space in my heart and I can't wait to return.
