Preservable Liebhaver villa - unique location

The villa worthy of preservation is from the colonial era and is located on Teleøen with a fantastic view of Paaraarsuk, the sea and the town's landmark Nasaasaaq / Kællingehætten. The villa is located on the mountain a few meters from the water and is on two floors. For the villa there is an enclosed garden for free use. Huset ligger centralt i byen og byder på en smuk udsigt over den gamle bydel, kirken, havnen og ikke mindst havet. Her bor du i et roligt kvarter – tæt på det hele. Der er kun 150 meter til nærmeste indkøbsmulighed, og det meste kan nås til fods. Huset rummer to soveværelser: ét med dobbeltseng og ét med mulighed for opredning. Derudover er der både en dobbelt luftmadras og en komfortabel sofa, hvilket gør boligen fleksibel i forhold til antallet af gæster.

The house has a very large bright living room with a beautiful west-facing view with further access to the terrace. Toilet with bathtub and underfloor heating. Bedroom 1 contains a double bed and baby bed, room 2 a 1 1/2 man bed, both with closet space.
