Our homestay was lovely and the description and the photos exactly matched the actuality. The place is perfect for a large group of family/friends - it is private which means you can have the villa all to yourself, peaceful and very easily discoverable. There is enough space for parking and the property is located approximately 5-6 kms from Chail which makes it 15-20 mins drive to the touristy spots. Both the co-hosts are extremely helpful and kind to arrange for everything that we needed. The caretaker was also very polite. The food quality was very good and we enjoyed home cooked meals more at the property as there were not many options around the town. Overall it was worth the price we paid.

The stay was amazing. We had the most pleasant couple of days. The caretaker specially was super helpful and made us the best food. If you are looking for a truly local experience, do stay here!

Had such a great time at Austin 4BHK, super chill spot and really peaceful. The place looked awesome and felt cozy, just a few small things that could use a bit of fixing, but honestly couldn’t bother us as we were mesmerised by the location and calm.

Really Amazing place and my compliments to the host. It was very easy to communicate with Shubham. Comfortable room size and neat rooms. The food was absolutely amazing. It is so close from the main road yet away from the hustle bustle, with a spectacular view from the rooms. The terrace was the best spot for our birthday celebration and Shubham ensured that all our requests were catered to. I certainly recommend everyone to visit here without a doubt.

The villa had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway with the kids. "Absolutely loved our stay at this charming mountain homestay! The hosts Harmander along with his dogs 🐶 Nawab and burfi were warm and welcoming, and the views were simply stunning. Amazing stay! Me and my family had an incredible experience at the property. All our special requests were accepted by the team and they made everything very easy for us. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Special shoutout to Shubham and Abhishek for their exceptional hospitality and support throughout our stay. And a huge thank you to Chef Ekaant for the delicious food - it was truly amazing! Best part about the place apart from the birds singing and tress surrounding the property definitely has to be the food. If you're looking for a comfortable and memorable stay, look no further. Had a great stay at the property. Very well maintained. Owner as well as the staff were very proactive and were always ready to help. Very tasty fresh cooked food provided. Staff was very helpful in getting things from the local market. Perfect property to have an escape from the city with your group. Very beautiful view from the cottages and the pool. The approach to the property is slightly tricky but the owner helps you in getting your car to the property so it’s no problem at all. Overall a great property to chill out with your group. Would 100% recommend.

Great place!!

This place is a gem. Saloni is a great host, she was always responsive and friendly. The place is beautiful, beautifully decorated and super clean. Saloni made sure we had everything we needed and provided some groceries for our stay. We also got to try some homemade Indian food. The garden was the cherry on top to this great stay. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for home away from home.

We had an incredible stay here! The place was spotlessly clean, which made us feel so comfortable right from the start. The views from the balconies were simply breathtaking – we spent hours just soaking in the beauty of the valley. What really stood out, though, was the host. They were so kind and helpful, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. For the price, this place is a total gem. It felt like a perfect little escape, and we can’t wait to come back!
