Great view - nice villa!

Vladislav's airbnb was exactly as described and we loved staying in this apartment! We actually stayed in this building last year as well and although you don't have direct sea view from the balcony (you still the sea on the side), the view is still very beautiful. The kitchen has all basic amenities you will need for your stay (coffee machine, washing machine, cutlery, fridge,etc. - the only thing missing is a washing machine). The place was very clean and the host was super responsive to our messages/ requests. It is also a very quiet area, right next to the sea and beautiful swim spot - very unusual for that area of Protaras to be quiet! I would definitely recommend.

The place was ideal for our needs and as described in the listing. Christos was very clear and detailed in his communications prior to our arrival. Place felt secure, private and relaxed.

Was amazing and exceeded expectations! The house is equipped at a high level, the pool is stunning and very well maintained,every day a pool man came to take care of, the villa looks exactly as pictured, and the most special part is the beach, the entrance to the water right in front of the garden, a simply beautiful beach!!!!! We enjoyed every moment thank you so much!

This is a good stay and would definitely recommend to others, it is spacious and very enjoyable to stay in for a bigger group. The backyard is also incredibly spacious and the location is great. A couple quick notes: the power went out twice and so just know that it is easy to overload the system and is a quick switch flip to fix. Additionally, the location provided is not accurate and we walked .5 miles to the actual location, but the host was incredibly friendly and very helpful throughout the small mishaps.

We arrived late and had no problem getting to into the villa. It’s a gated community so you feel very safe. Great location. Great villa. Loved the pool. The lounge was comfortable. We had a few issues with the internet which were sorted promptly and a new cable installed so we were Netflix ready! It was a lovely villa and would definitely book here again.

We had a wonderful stay in this house and can recommend it without reservation! We were particularly impressed by the superbly equipped kitchen – everything you need for cooking was really available, and all the appliances were in an extremely clean and well-maintained condition. This made our stay very pleasant, especially since we like to cook ourselves. The entire house was very clean, lovingly furnished and radiates a warm, inviting atmosphere. Especially practical for families: A travel cot was available for our baby - that was a big plus for us. A special thank you goes to Peter, who was always available and very helpful. He helped us quickly and kindly with all our questions, which made the stay even more relaxed and uncomplicated. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. Thank you for this wonderful time!

The apartment was great and matched the description. It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with cooking facilities, including a dishwasher and washing machine. The location is excellent, with a coastal path linking the area to shops, restaurants, and clubs just a short walk away. Fig Tree Bay and the entertainment area are to the left, while quiet, beautiful beaches are 15 minutes’ walk to the right. The complex pool gets sun most of the day, and the site team maintains the water quality daily. The complex sun-loungers are rarely full, though be aware, they can tip slightly when seated upright. If you are an early bird, the balcony offers stunning sunrise views across the bay. The balcony gets the sun all day, with dual-aspect windows providing a cool breeze. Air conditioning is also available. Craig was a great host, with excellent communication and spot-on directions. We’d happily book his apartment again if we return to Protaras.

Had a lovely stay and really enjoyed this Villa. It is spacious and well equipped. The pool is a very good size and the neighbourhood is peaceful and with easy walking distance to several beaches and shops. Plenty of good walking paths nearby and along the coast. Would highly recommend this as a great place to stay.

Super cozy, close to the beach! In the apartment we had had everything for a week stay as a family with two kids. Particularly appreciated by us, the short path to beautiful Nissi beach. Bakeries, supermarkets, numerous restaurants, pharmacies were all a stone's throw away. The host came in person and asked if we were missing anything. So we definitely recommend the accommodation!

We stayed in the apartment from 11.03.2025 to 25.03.2025. The apartment corresponded to the description in everything and had a unique view, directly to the sea and the pool area, surrounded by palm trees and a lawn. The host kindly provided us with milk, corn flakes, orange juice, water and a bottle of sparkling wine on the day of arrival, so we could start our vacation relaxed. The apartment was clean, there were towels and bath towels available to a sufficient extent. We immediately felt comfortable and really enjoyed our stay. Since we were in Protaras before the actual season, not many restaurants or bars were open yet. This will look different from May. In the second week, construction began on the neighboring property and above us, which were correspondingly noisy. This was certainly not predictable for the landlord. We are more than happy to recommend the place!

Our group of 8 including children had a brilliant 9 night stay. The house itself has all the basics. Showers and the bbq were particularly good. Location is excellent for a quiet family holiday; walking distance to Ayia Thekla beach which is perfect for younger kids who like to paddle. The restaurant there is also lovely and family friendly (onsite play area). We had cars so we could explore further but there is enough within walking distance to do without one if you want a very local, quiet holiday.

My family and I had a great week stay at the beginning of July. The villa and it's amenities are second to none. The pool is a fantastic and was cleaned regularly. Yes the stairs take some getting used to, but we didn't have any issues. Very private and relaxing.

We loved our first floor apartment, it was close to parking and easy to find at night when checking in. We could see the sea from our balcony and able to walk to various restaurants and night life. Our hosts were super friendly and helpful and we felt at home with the level of comfort provided. Will be returning! Thank you

Toykan's house was amazing and it had everything what is needed for a family! We've stayed there for a month with our baby and all I can say is that we felt like home. Spacious house with great kitchen, fast internet, various books and boarding games and lovely details made us feeling like at our home. Huge recommendation for Toykan's house, especially for long term stays. Toykan was very friendly and even provided a spare monitor that I needed for my remote work. Our stay was 10/10. Thank you Toykan!!!

Very happy with our stay! Warm welcome with fruits and drinks in the fridge was very much appreciated after a long flight with two toddlers! We had some trouble finding the place through the map pinned on Airbnb, so maybe make sure to ask for the proper address before checking in. It got sorted quickly after we contacted Elena. For us, the highlight was the beautiful garden with lots of places to play and sit in different areas, and our children enjoyed the inflatable pool which was ready for them when we arrived. The house had everything we needed for the kids; cot, high chair etc. Nice beach 10 minute walk, where you can enjoy calm sea, perfect for children! We very much appreciated having a car here, so we could explore, but plenty of buses leaving just outside the house, so public transportation seems good!

If you are looking for a place with a good base for exploring the island, this is a hit. The cottage had everything you needed. Great pool and garden area. Plus the possibility of leaving your car under the house. Peace, quiet, and privacy! The only downside was the heavily stained couch in the living room. Certainly needs a little refresh 🙂

The house is very well located, walking distance to the beach, groceries, bars and restaurants. Only point is when bars have live music you can hear it a little. It’s a great location to reduce travelling by car, access nice beaches and also shops for groceries.
