Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Siquijor

The place is beautiful and looks even better than the pictures. Highly recommended! I love the fact that it's private. Eventhough the area is just beside the road and across a school, it's still peaceful and quiet. The room we booked has a nice view of the beach. It's picturesque and I think it'd be great for some small picture-taking sessions for the gram. We had full use of the amenities just as it promised on AirBnB. It had a lot of hammocks shielded by some plants so if you're someone who enjoys reading books outside, this is a really good spot to do that. The host is also very nice and accommodating. He helps us out when needed and makes sure to respect our privacy. The room itself is very clean. And since it has a kitchen with utensils and pots & pans, you can most definitely cook without having to go out to restos and eat (truly budget-friendly!). I can imagine us going back there in the near future. A hidden gem, indeed.

We had difficulty finding the place. I went to two different locations. Finally when I contacted Airbnb, the host came to pick me up. From there, things went well. The room is very clean. We had nice breakfast every morning. Our last day, the host dropped us at the airport, what was nice. I will recommend this place but the host needs to redefine the address so people can find it easily on google maps.

The apartment is both roomy and spotless. The host was highly responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend it.

I really appreciate him I booked suddenly in late night and informed expected check in time will be 4~5am. it was for my gf travel. but she was late regarding ferry's delaying. though he just waited for long time kindly. thank you so much. unless your kindness, my gf might spent time in strange place without friends...

Great deal!! Okay location 20mins walk to paliton far from the busy street/restaurant and bar but theres 1 restaurant next door (its quite expensive) the room is big!!! Huge bathroom too!

Rolando’s accommodation matches the photos and description. The Wi-Fi works very well. Great price for the location, as the accommodation is in San Juan. Rolando is friendly and helpful when needed. We recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay while exploring this wonderful island.

We had the most wonderful stay at this gorgeous homey retreat in the hills. Kristina went above and beyond to help us with local recommendations as my partner was working and wifi on the island is touch and go. She supported us with a long list of options, and was kind and responsive throughout our stay. Their gorgeous doggos made the stay all the more special, but nothing can really top just how incredible the house itself is. They’ll remind you that you can’t miss the sunsets and really, the best spot on the island to watch the entirety of the colours change the sky. We did experience a number of brown outs but that went beyond their control, and added to our peaceful disconnect. They had solar lamps and candles, but to know in case that would be an issue for you. Overall the most incredible stay and we can’t wait to return.

We miss siquijor already. Ms. Teresa’s airbnb is about a 20-‘minute bike from the town. It’s quite up in the mountains, so it is very cold at night. Place was also very quiet and peaceful. It had all the listed amenities so we were able to cook some days and save. They are also very responsive and accommodating. They have a motor you can rent so we were able to go around the whole island. Also, they have a sweet momma cat and introverted dog that cracks us up, lol! Overall place is a steal for its price! They also have a second room that isn’t listed so i guess you could ask ms. teresa if that’s available if you’re a bigger group, we aren’t really sure. Will def be back

David, with his family, is a wonderful host. Very hospitable and friendly people! We had a wonderful stay at Jermaine Quiet House. Though the place is quite deep, but it offers a raw Siquijor experience. It is in Lazi, which made it strategically located in the middle of the stretch where the popular tourist attractions are located. The room is simple yet equipped with basic needs. It has refrigerator to store food, an airconditioner, a fully finctioning kitchen, a veranda and barbecue area.

Beautiful place to stay and our room was very clean and tidy. I would stay here again :) perfect location!

If you want to book a house with kitchen, sea view, quiet and close to the many waterfalls with good internet connection, Adam's house is ideal for a short or long stay, the sea view is fantastic, Adam came to pick us up by car from the port and was always very responsive and good advice. The proximity to the waterfalls is a plus as well as easy access to Lazi which is a significantly less crowded village than San Juan with a fruit and vegetable market, fish as well as quite a few restaurants and bakeries. The house is very large and well equipped, fast internet via satellite is a plus, a perfect stay for us. It is better to rent a scooter and Adam has also helped us on that. Highly recommended if you are looking for calm, views and large houses with kitchen.
