Great place, friendly helpful staff and delicious breakfast every morning at your convenience. Arranged an excellent guide for me to go swim with the Whalesharks. Took all the stress off as he kept my spot in line as I went for coffee and rented swim fins for me as I waited. Also arranged a taxi ride to Moalboal for me. Were very very nice. Very few restaurants in the area other than street food places. Nearby mall has a food court that charges almost nothing and provides even smaller portions. Other than that which is out of their control, I had an amazing time.

Hanz and his family made us very welcome in his gorgeous lodge. They were very helpful during our stay and the location is ideal as a base for your oslob stay. The guides at the market around the corner looked after us for our entire stay picking us up and dropping us off at new village lodge!

The stay was really good. During the day there are many local guests (like families and school classes) so it can get loud. But staff and people at forest camp are amazingly friendly. The food menu offers great vegetarian options. Please note: the camp has only one scooter and you definitely should have one to explore the surrounding areas.

Great communication, comfortable, breakfasts were excellent. Helpful staff. It was nice being one block away from the main street as it was quieter.

Don’t even hesitate, book it !!!! Incredible Mountain side view waiting for you every morning you get up. Breakfast is served at there restaurant right on-site and is delicious. Highly recommend the crispy chicken sandwich. Charming rooms and very spacious. WiFi, COLD air con, and yes warm water at your fingertips with more than adequate water pressure. Loved this place, and will be back again !

We had an amazing stay! The place was clean, exactly as described in the listing, and in a peaceful location—not too far from the beach and just a short drive to San Juan. The hospitality was great, and the breakfast was a nice touch. If we had one small suggestion, it would be to offer a bit more fruit for breakfast. Overall, a great experience

My family recently had the pleasure of staying at the French Villa Santander, and it was a lovely experience. From the moment we booked, arrived and checked-out, the host and the caretakers ensured our comfort and satisfaction. The luxurious accommodation made our stay truly relaxing and feeling home away from home. My family want to stay in this villa again. More so, the villa’s location is just a few minutes drive to Oslob Whale Shark Watching location. We highly recommend this place.

Hosts were very helpful and accommodating, with a nice pool and large beds.

The place is nice and quiet. The view was superb! The AC in our room was not cold enough but we were given a fan to use. The avocado shake was amazing!!!! Checkin was easy and staff were very friendly. I definitely recommend!

The atmosphere was peaceful and cozy, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place to other guests looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. First of all, Aubrey went above and beyond to contact me to let me know that someone was already occupying our initial booking so she informed me that we could occupy two different properties as we were a party of 4. But once we got there on the day of check-in we were surprised to know that we could actually check-in to our original booking so that was great! The location was lovely and peaceful, roadsigns were provided which really helped; though the drive going to the actual location was a bit of an adventure ;). Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay here, the staff was very accomodating and lovely. the food was scrumptious and the choice between using the pool or having a dip on the beach was convenient as well (best of both worlds). Would totally recommend the use of this property!
