Excellent host, great house with loads of space, kids loved the pool. Close to the marina,bars,restaurants and the beach.

What an amazing place the pictures don’t do it justice. There was everything you need and more, it is very well equipped, from kitchen equipment, pool equipment and everyday necessities! We have two young boys and everything you require is already there. Our boys loved it, especially the play area and pool. Lovely hosts, lovely home and very clean and tidy If we are in the area again in the future we would no doubt book this again.

Very modern and spacious house with all amenities and in a quiet area right by the beach. The pool is heated and the equipment is new. Communication was smooth and very fast.

We had a good stay in Barneville! The accommodation is completely in line with the description and photos, and is very well located. Everything is well thought out to welcome travelers, the game room and the pool are very appreciable (we enjoyed the pool with young children despite its depth). And above all, we thank Céline for her responsiveness and kindness!!

We had a lovely few days at Oakvale. The cottage was very comfortable and beautifully finished. We loved having the chickens outside (and their gorgeous eggs!) as well as the pigs, cats and dogs, with Jersey cows in the next field. We really liked the location in the Jersey countryside and with a car everywhere was so accessible. Melissa and Adam were so friendly and welcoming. We had mixed weather so couldn't use the pool but we made the most of everything else! Highly recommend.

Céline and Stéphane's house matches the description. Due to the weather, we could not make extensive use of the garden, pool and the available offer, bicycles, boules court, deck chairs. The pool was kindly already heated, you could swim relaxed. We were satisfied with the stay and the interaction with Céline, wishes (heating) were immediately fulfilled.

Charlotte and Christophe are truly wonderful hosts — warm, responsive, and an absolute pleasure to interact with. Their home is a hidden paradise nestled in the hills of Picauville: peaceful, serene, with breathtaking views and a beautifully maintained property. We loved every moment of our stay and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for welcoming us into your home — it was a joy to be there.

A true haven of peace in Barneville-Carteret! We just had an absolutely magical stay in this house located in Barneville-Carteret – an address we are not about to forget! Nestled between sea and countryside, the location is ideal: a few minutes walk from the beaches and the port, with exceptional sunshine for the area (we would have thought you were in the south!). The house itself is a small gem: very well equipped, tastefully decorated, spacious, warm... and then the heated pool, it's the highlight of the show! A real joy at all hours of the day, even in April. Sunbeds, large terrace, barbecue, modern kitchen, ultra comfortable bedding... everything has been thought out for the comfort of the hosts. A huge thank you to the owners for their hospitality and availability. We leave refreshed, rested, and with the furious desire... to come back as soon as possible!

We had a pleasant stay at Marion's house in a location that is just exceptional! The house overlooks the Vauville pond and access to the beach is via an ornithological reserve (about 10 min walk). You can also access the village along the pond, there is a restaurant (the hut of the tamarins) with grills and wood-fired pizzas. The house has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Small downside, the high chair provided for our baby and some pretty (vintage) but does not meet safety standards. The terrace is very relaxing with sea view. We also recommend the garden of Vauville with its nice little tea room (and dishes that we did not have the opportunity to taste but catering open Monday at noon!).

For us, it was the first visit to Normandy and we felt absolutely comfortable from the first moment in Anne's house. Beautifully and elaborately renovated, but also furnished with a lot of taste and feeling. There was nothing missing. The contact with the neighbors was also very warm and nice. The tranquility, the surroundings and the region have done us a lot of good. The contact with Anne was uncomplicated and extremely friendly. Also, for all the information. We can only recommend this contact and will definitely come back.

Great house, really offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The reception by Isabelle was very warm and uncomplicated. We especially liked the beautiful, well-kept garden, where you can relax wonderfully. The location is wonderfully quiet, yet you can quickly reach the coast and sights by car. We felt completely comfortable and would love to come back anytime!

The window to the sea - that's how I would describe the accommodation. No matter what the weather was, we could have just sat on the sofa for hours and enjoyed the fantastic view of the sea. Those who are allowed to vacation in Léa's accommodation can consider themselves very lucky: The cottage is freshly renovated, everything is very lovingly designed and well thought out. There are various areas to stay in, a well-equipped kitchen (with dishwasher and oven!) and various terraces in the garden from which you can see the sea. The surroundings are very suitable for a quiet holiday by the sea, in beautiful nature. Of course, you need a car and of course the weather is changeable, but that goes without saying. Communication with Léa was very straightforward and nice. If we could give more stars, we would. Thank you!!!

What a joy to find my grandmother's house sublimated🤩. We had a lot of fun finding the corners we liked to visit: hiking at the nose of jobourg, sciotot beach, Cherbourg, port racine and a nice spot in Diélette "la mer à boire". We will certainly return to this region that we love so much and to this warm house that is important to us. Thank you

Stayed here for the 2nd time and it remains an absolutely wonderful house. Great view where you can quietly see the tides of the sea come and go in absolute peace. Regardless of the weather, this is a fantastic house, in nice weather on the terrace and with some rain a block of wood in the stove and nice in the living room stay.

Impeccable accommodation, terrace in the sun well sheltered from the wind of La Hague. Splendid garden, cozy and peaceful house, a good cocktail to recharge :) Small downside on the pressure of the shower and bathtub (not too practical). Excellent stay at Annie's house. The accommodation is exactly as described, refined, clean, quiet... The main tourist places of Cotentin are quickly accessible, both to the East and to the West. I would definitely recommend Annie's accommodation.

Very nice experience in a pleasant and welcoming apartment. Master bedroom and bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower very accessible on the ground floor. Super-equipped kitchen Access to the 1st floor is reserved for able-bodied people due to the slope of the stairs... to access two beautiful bedrooms. Beautiful terrace at the back, but it would be worth installing a parasol... I recommend this apartment which is a stone's throw from a very nice and easily accessible beach. We had a wonderful stay at Nathalie's house, a true haven of peace. The place is magical, perfectly isolated to recharge and get closer to nature. The sea view is splendid, and if you are lucky, you can admire extraordinary sunsets. The accommodation is well-equipped, ideal for two people. For meals, a restaurant is just 3 minutes away by car or 10 minutes by bike. However, there are no shops in the village of Vauville, so it is advisable to plan your supplies before arriving. We highly recommend this experience for those looking for tranquility and natural beauty!

Virginie is a fantastic host, met us at the door after a 7 hr motorcycle ride in the pouring rain. Sorted out the facility to dry our clothes ND made us feel very welcome.
