The second apartment here in the old school house was completely newly renovated after the house fire in 2022. Lots of light and space are the first impression. The apartment consists of a large kitchen-living room with fully equipped kitchen, cozy couch seating area and a dining area. A bedroom with morning sun and 1.80 m wide bed and a nice bathroom with shower and small bathtub complete the apartment. With the double bed and the 2 sofa beds in the living room, 3-5 people/family + children have space.

Your accommodation is located southwest of the city centre and is in the "Grüne Mitte" - an exceptionally large and green residential quarter in the Kumpfmühl district. The old town can be reached by bus, bike or car in about 10 minutes. The apartment is located 2.6 km from the city centre/ approx. 30 minutes on foot. The accommodation, which consists of a 35 sqm living and sleeping area including bathroom, can be reached via a separate entrance (terrace).

Vacation home near Regensburg

Located in the quiet and idyllic village of Matting on the Danube. Many leisure activities such as hiking, biking or SUB-riding on the Danube are possible. Regensburg can easily be reached in 12 minutes by car. The apartment is on the first floor in a detached house. The terrace on the east side is ideal for breakfast with the morning sun. The terrace on the south side has an open fireplace and leads into the garden. The hosts live on the 2nd floor.

We offer you a semi-detached house with two equally equipped, cozy apartments in a new natural main house with a very special ambience. These two apartments can each accommodate up to 6 people. They have a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious sofa and a wood-burning stove for soothing warmth. Now you can also enjoy the cottage magic in the wellness parlor with us. This is accessible for both apartments and is located in the basement.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

Forget your worries – in this spacious and quiet accommodation. Pettendorf is located about 8 km northwest of Regensburg. There, in a quiet cul-de-sac, is my house. The spacious apartment is on the 2nd floor. The parking spaces on the street are optimal. Bicycles can be stored in a locked area. The apartment offers 1 bedroom (15 sqm) 1, bathroom (12 sqm) and 1 living-dining-kitchen area. (25 sqm) The local recreation area is diverse.

Beautiful apartment by the river and in the countryside

Our cozy apartment is surrounded by nature, framed by fields on the beautiful river "Naab". It has its own entrance and a nice outdoor space to relax and eat. Private parking is available. On hot days you can refresh yourself wonderfully in the Naab! From here you can take beautiful hikes, bike rides and excursions in the area. The center of Regensburg can be reached quickly by bike (6 km) and in 15 minutes by car.

Our stylish and cozy attic apartment invites you to relax. Explore village life and the varied hiking and cycling trails. The nearby World Heritage city of Regensburg also offers many highlights. Just a 5-minute walk to bus and train stations make the car superfluous. Fitters are also welcome. Since the apartment is in the house of my daughter Nadine, she takes care of the guests.
