The floor plan leads from the dressing room via the bathroom with shower and whirlpool tub through the fully equipped kitchen into the open living/sleeping area, which is designed as a studio. Terrace, stucco and decorated ceilings combine history with modern comfort.

The city center of Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler is about 4 km away. Red wine hiking trail, other hiking trails and leisure activities are easily accessible by bike, public transport or car. Bonn, Koblenz and Eltz Castle can be reached in about 30 minutes by car.
