Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Sint Maarten

Tamara was such a sweet and responsive host, she made everything seamless from start to finish. The unit was even better in person: super spacious, spotless, and the view was absolutely incredible. We felt right at home with how well-stocked everything was, from toiletries to detergent to coffee. The building amenities were clean and easy to access, and we especially loved the restaurant by the pool, perfect for lazy breakfasts without leaving the property. The staff onsite were warm and welcoming, and we felt completely safe the entire time. I would 100% stay here again. Thank you for an amazing stay, Tamara!

The studio is really quiet despite its proximity to the airport , I did not feel any inconvenience and I was able to sleep peacefully at all hours of the day . The bedding is very comfortable, I was able to rest and at the same time enjoy the island . There is really everything nearby ( pharmacy , restaurants, casinos , shops , bars , beaches etc ... ) and within walking distance . The instructions from the host have been clear I enjoyed my stay and recommend this studio .

Our stay at Ricardo's was absolutely amazing. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the famous Maho Beach where you can watch planes land up close ✈️, and also super close to the airport and all the local hotspots, restaurants, shops. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and smelled amazing the moment we walked in. The bedding was extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and every detail was thoughtfully arranged for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Although the standard arrival time was after 4:00 pm, we were generously offered an earlier slot at 1:00 pm. The self check-in process was a breeeze. Everything went smoothly, and departure was just as easy. A lovely bonus was the complimentary bottled water in the fridge, which was much appreciated. Whether you’re looking to explore the island or unwind in a clean, cozy, and well-located home base, this spot is perfect. 👏 We highly recommend this five stars listing! The place was exactly as described. Clean , adequate for two and a great location. It was an easy 7-10 minute walk to the main strip and 10-15 minutes to Maho beach. I had only one minor issue and that was the shower. The pressure was great but I believe the temperature was metered , therefore the water went from cool to warm to extremely hot. This added an additional 5 minutes to my shower because I had to wait until the temperature cycled around to hot. The host Bisera was always available before and during our arrival. Fortunately for us we had no issues that arose during our stay so we didn’t need to contact her. I would definitely recommend this place and no doubt I would stay again. Thank you Bisera for providing a wonderful home away from home!

Loved the views from the balcony and spaciousness of the place. The neighborhood felt safe. Having rented a car, the beach chairs, cooler and pool noodles were appreciated for exploring various beaches. The apartment was very clean and well equipped- it felt like home. Sandra was very responsive to any questions. Staying here was a great experience. We’d love to return.

We stayed at Gigi’s for a week and had a lovely time! They were very responsive and helpful. The hill looks a little steeper than in photos but is still doable. The space was perfect for the two of us, and it’s in a great location!

Alex’s place is amazing! He met us there for a super easy checkin, even though our flight was delayed by a day. The apartment is very spacious, well appointed, and has a gorgeous outside living area (covered). Alex also provided beach towels and chairs, as well as two sit-on-top kayaks! Its location is just steps from the beach and a short walk to tons of restaurants. The roads aren’t that easy to walk on, but there was also parking everywhere we went. There are a lot of dogs roaming the island, including this neighborhood so there’s barking, but they seem friendly. All in all, a lovely place to stay, and Alex is a top-notch host. I would highly recommend Alex’s place!

Great place to stay, very spacious, super equipped, the roof terrace is beautiful, especially I like the surroundings, safe, quiet and within 20 minutes walk from the airport. I was now at a Paul's place for the second time and can 100% recommend this apartment. Price / performance.

This property was absolutely breathtaking. The home looked better in person. Very clean, accessible to most attractions and a beautiful quiet neighborhood. 10/10 experience we will definitely come back!

"Life is good" is a secluded villa with a very interesting set up. it has two separate bedrooms with in suite bathrooms on the top level with a separate kitchen and living room as well as a reasonable size infinity pool on a lower level. This would work well for either two couples or parents with preteens/teens of the same sex. The view is to die for. Indigo bay is a heavily developing neighborhood but this villa stands on the opposite side of the bay from the new hotel construction so it is not affected by it at all. There is a short drive to Indigo Bay beach (small and feels private) and another 5 min drive to a nearby grocery store. It is only 10min away from Simpson bay and 15 min from Marigot. it was easy to communicate with the owner of this villa and their local management company who gave us a warm welcome. we definitely plan to come back and spend more time in this lovely place.

Oliver's place is a gem for its location and amenities. The property was very nice, and the views from the pool were truly great. Its location is excellent - a quick and easy walk to the beach and a variety of restaurants. The convenience of a local market and shopping nearby was also a real bonus. I appreciated how quiet and safe the area felt.

I was completely blown away by this property—it exceeded all of my expectations! The views were absolutely breathtaking; relaxing on the patio while overlooking Saint Bartholomew was a dream. The home itself was exactly as described: spacious, modern, and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with high-end appliances, and the bedrooms were comfortable and stylish, each with large, luxurious bathrooms. While it’s about a 25-minute drive from the downtown area, the peace, privacy, and stunning scenery more than made up for the distance. One of the best surprises was the fully stocked refrigerator provided at no extra cost—a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. And then there’s Irene—she was simply incredible. From greeting us with champagne to helping us plan our outings and even assisting with a small issue at the residence, her hospitality made our trip unforgettable. Irene went above and beyond, and we are so grateful. Thank you for making our stay truly special!

An amazing place even better in person

My parents and I had the pleasure of staying a week at Cheryl's lovely house. It was very spacious. For 3 people to have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 common areas, a backyard, and electronic gate was exceptional! The air conditioning was in every room and worked perfectly. Everything was in working order and there were lovely homey touches in every room - snacks, drinks, board games, books, toys for children, swimming inflatables and noodles, etc. We were literally one block up from the gorgeous beach and some of the best restaurants (Lay Back Bar was delicious)! Frankly, everywhere we ate was fabulous. It was within easy walking distance to anything such as mini markets, taxis, buses (which run along Back Street, which is 1 block behind the house) and incredibly cheap. Cheryl was friendly, warm, responsive, & professional. The airbnb made a relaxing trip even more luxurious. We wouldn't hesitate to rebook these accommodations and gladly recommend them to future guests! Thank you Cheryl!

This home was absolutely lovely. The place was very clean and spacious. The view on the hill is beautiful. In addition the manager of the property, Anil helped us out a couple times. He was never more than 10 min away and was very friendly/ informative. I would stay here again on my return.

Joe was extremely helpful, with accommodating, recommendations, and very responsive. His place felt like home, location was perfect and fast walk to mullet bay. The room was clean well equipped with all your needs. I would definitely stay here every time I visit. Thank you Joe

We enjoyed our stay at Encanto. Rakhi was a very informative and she responded quickly to any questions we had. Gordon, the property manager, gave us instructions on the unit when we arrived. Rakhi provided recommendations which were helpful. The condo was very spacious and the balcony was large with a beautiful view. Our favorite restaurant was Palapa which was within walking distance (we ate there twice). The breakfast at the Yellow Sub in Orient Beach was delicious - best croissants. Carrefour was a great place to get provisions for the week and were reasonably priced. Every place took American dollars but only a few took American Express. We highly recommend spending a day at Pinel Island - Karibuni has chairs, umbrellas and cold beer!! The UnderSXM snorkel tour was really interesting. We rented a car to explore the island and the drivers are crazy so be careful - lol.

I had a lovely one month stay at this very well equipped apartment in Jordan Village, Cupecoy, Sint Maarten. A low key basic comfortable and spacious apartment, with all basic amenities you would need. Plus some nice complementary extras. Apartment was immaculately clean, and the pool in the apartment complex area was sooo good. Safe neighbourhood with basic shops and eateries within easy walking distance. 10-20 min walking distance to Mullet and Cupecoy beaches, and easy driving to all beaches on the island; 10 min drive to Maho Village and Princess Juliana International Airport. Very hospitable and responsive host, Vishal facilitated a comfortable first rate experience. I hope to rent from Vishal again for even longer stays in this lovely place in the future.

Great Vacation Stay definitely worth every single penny!!!

We had the pleasure of staying at the Emerald Pearl Studio in Maho, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The studio is well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay-from a functional kitchen to a cozy bed (too soft for us) but that’s our preference. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the famous Maho Beach,where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets,watch planes fly overhead, or just relax by the ocean. It’s also conveniently located near some great restaurants, bars, shops and a supermarket. The host was incredibly accommodating and provided excellent communication she even left me a bottle of wine for my birthday which I thought was very nice and she even let us check in early. I recommend renting a car for the whole island experience, but taxis are only a 5 minute walk away. If you’re looking a relaxing, comfortable and stylish place to stay in Maho I recommend Emerald Pearl Studio. I will definitely be returning. 2 ppl only ;)

An amazing stay all around! I went in May so we were greeted with an entrance of lush trees and gorgeous flowers that led up to the front door (great for pictures). The unit looks even better in person-- extremely clean and spacious with beautiful decor. The living room couch is super comfy, my friend barely slept in her room that's how comfy it was. The view of the beach was great. Although the planes are nearby, there was no noise pollution when we were inside, which was great for peace and quiet. Sylvia was very responsive, thorough, kind and friendly. I highly recommend booking with them!

This condo was amazing and the beach was so beautiful! We LOVED the deck! Condo was very clean and host was great and super responsive. The complex was gated and well maintained. Airport was next door. We were neve bothered by the planes departing or arriving. We could actually walk down the beach and see them land. Close to shops and dining. The Boon bar and restaurant next door was a plus! We rented a car and toured the island - we used Sax car rental, Jay helped us get a great rate! There were plenty of grocery stores near by. Be aware of mosquitos on the island and bring bug spray. All the folks on the Dutch side were friendly and helpful. Upon arrival Jahlina met us with milk, juice, eggs, butter, crackers, water, jam and drinks! They provided a few rolls of toilet paper and trash bags to get us started. We would absolutely stay at Jay's again!!! One of the BEST airbnb I have ever booked!
