Villa holiday rentals in Sint Maarten

My wife and I enjoyed an 8-night stay celebrating our anniversary. The home was better than described and the pictures were as real as when we walked in. Million-dollar view from the kitchen, family room, master bedroom, as well as from the deck and deck pool. Simply amazing! Hundreds of Sailboats each day were an amazing site, cruise ships lit up like Christmas during the evenings, beach access was easy, and the island of Saint Maartin was an absolute joy. Easy access to everything from this home and no more than a 20–30-minute drive and you'd be at the furthest point on the island. Spectacular home in which we will cherish the memories forever. Hope to revisit in the future!! All Laura's suggestions and references were spot on! For those of you whom like to both eat out and or eat in, all the suggestions for local shops were tremendous for our cooking requirements, from fresh seafood markets to local grocery shopping. Lastly, the prop. mgr., Lynn was a top notch & accessible!

Villa Arches is a lovely, classic Caribbean home nestled on the hillside overlooking one of Saint Martin’s beautiful beaches. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed the pool and the beach. The kitchen was well stocked making preparing meals a breeze. The Chinese market across the street was convenient for staples and Luca and Wally directed us to a larger market to get started. The TV was unreliable but I’m told that Luca is in the process of upgrading so this should be solved in the future. We also met the gardener who obviously took a great deal of pride in trimming and maintaining the beautiful flowering shrubs. We took most “home “ meals alfresco watching the cruise ships depart. Would definitely go again.

wow what a beautiful, peaceful, and secluded home! the views from the back patio are incredible. the home was very spacious and there are several places to relax. we loved the pool and sitting out on the patio. rachel was very responsive, energetic, and funny! she gave great recommendations and was very helpful whenever we needed. would 10/10 stay here again!

Suzanne was an attentive host, responded quickly and did her best to resolve the very few issues that occurred. The home was lovely, a bit tired but excellent location, private and clean.

We (a couple) stayed here in February. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and provided detailed and easy instructions for check in and out. The description of the villa was spot-on, and the views were better than expected. The pool area is fantastic and a nice way to spend time enjoying the ocean sounds, atmosphere and pool. The residents that you share the pool with were very nice. The villa is located close to many attractions, beaches and restaurants. The villa is wonderful. Very spacious and comfortable. Lots of room for more folks. The kitchen is completely furnished. We needed nothing additional. Air conditioning is available, but we found it nice to just have the screen doors and windows open and enjoy the breeze. The hosts also provided a detailed list of sightseeing ideas, stores, restaurants and day trips. We tried quite a few and found the suggestions very good. All in all, an excellent experience!

Very comfortable home and the pool area was fabulous!

This has to be one of the most beautiful villas on the island! The ocean view was amazing and falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing was peaceful. We enjoyed our one weeks stay at La Casita and would book again when we come back to SXM. Thank you to the housekeeper for being so kind and giving us tons of local recommendations!

Jolanda and Maarten were very helpful, met us af the house for check-in, explained things, and showed us around. We did have an internet issue and an air conditioning issue with one room, but they were quick to come up with a solution and attentive. The house is clean and well appointed with kitchen items. They had beer, wine, water, and soda in the fridge and that was a lovely touch after a long day of travel! There was a stack of pool/beach towels which we were thankful for. There are some spices, coffee filters, etc so that was also convenient. Beds were comfortable and rooms all provided great privacy. Bring your own soap and shampoos. Master bedroom is up a large flight of stairs, so not appropriate for someone with mobility issues. While we were close to eateries and the beach, it was just a bit too far and uphill for our group so a car was a must and used daily. It would have been nice to have beach or pool items, or board games at the house for future guests! Wonderful place!

Villa Livity was a dream! This lovely large six-bedroom vacation home was perfect for our extended family. It was quiet and clean with the bonus of a secluded pool. Isa was so easy to work with during check-in and responded to our questions within seconds. The Villa had everything we needed, including beach and pool towels, and was located only a few minutes' walk to the beach, the market and the local restaurants. Our family of 12 was very comfortable and happy and we will definitely return!

Maia’s place was absolutely stunning! From check-in to check-out our stay was a dream. We even had a slight snafu with the pack n’ play for our daughter and Cherise and the team rectified it immediately. We will back next year and we hope this unit is available for us again!!

The villa is located within walking distance to many great restaurants and a grocery store right across the street. The level of service provided by Léa and Chloe was exemplary. From pre-arrival communications to personalized recommendations for local attractions and dining, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. Léa was always available to assist with any request, whether it was organizing the rental car, setting up a taxi, or booking a boat for the day. Villa Mumbai surpassed all our expectations. It provided a perfect backdrop for a truly memorable vacation. We can't wait to return!

Villa Kimon is perfect! This beautiful villa was spacious with a suite for everyone, a pool and featured an incredible view that you simply do not want to miss. We had a wonderful stay at Laura’s place! What an amazing setting with a view that you could look at all day and night long! We spent most of our time next to the infinity pool and couldn’t get enough of it. A quick trip down the hill to the local beach and restaurant provided a nice change of scenery (not that it was needed). The house is perfectly appointed with everything you need. We were met upon arrival by their friendly staff. Communication was perfect and we had a great kitchen and very comfortable bedrooms. Highly recommend Laura’s place!

This is a fantastic property and is exactly as shown. That said, some aerial photos may show a beach just outside the property, but that beach was washed away in the hurricane a few years back. We did not miss having a beach, because the patio and pool area are fantastic- plus, Mullett Bay Beach is 5 minutes away. Cupecoy Beach, and Dany's Beach Bar, are a two minute walk from your front door. It is a very secure location, and we always felt very safe and comfortable. The security staff are very attentive and always on site. The location is perfectly situated on the island. 15 minutes to Simpson Bay. 10ish minutes to Maho Beach. 7-8 minutes to Nettle Bay. There is a well stocked grocery store just across the street along with several decent restaurants. I would suggest purchasing plastic or stainless drinkware if you want to have drinks next to the pool. The home only stocks glassware- and plenty of it. We took advantage of the provisioning service through Les Halles, and it was very nice to have our groceries all put away when we arrived. We also had our rental car delivered. Both saved a lot of time and allowed us to quickly get to fun and sun. Rayma, our housekeeper, takes exquisite care of the property. Plenty of clean towels, beautiful bedding, all immaculate. We made frequent use of the services of Axel, our concierge, whose recommendations were- without exception- spot on with our expectations. Axel has relationships established with numerous restaurants and venues throughout the island, and when he gets a table reserved for you, it will be the best. If he reserves beach chairs and a day for your, it will be the best location.

This Airbnb was beautiful ! Such a calm stay , view is beautiful everything was clean ! The pool was perfect ! I would stay here again . They provide everything you need . The host are super responsive, it was great !

A home away from home for an entire week with an incredible view in a serene-peaceful area. It is the perfect place especially for a family or few friends as the layout allows for some retreat space at the end of your day. Kevin’s proactive approach in the villa includes nearly everything you’ll need while staying there. The photos don’t do justice. This home is a gem and the views of the island are stunning! Manfred and his lovely wife Julia made us feel right at home. They are right next door if you need anything they respond right away. They were kind enough to allow us to have fresh bananas from their tree. Unforgettable memories and for sure we will be booking this home again. I appreciate their hospitality A++++

From the moment we booked this Villa everything was smooth. Communication was excellent but what stood out the most was how wonderful this place was. With spectacular views and everything we needed for our stay, if you don't mind a bit of a hike, activities and restaurants were relatively close by.

We had a lovely time at Marina’s place. The panoramic view was exceptional. We enjoyed watching the boats and cruise ships go by. Sunsets were amazing right from the deck. The welcome champagne and goodies were a pleasant surprise and got our vacation off to a great start. Jael was prompt and helpful. Indigo Bay restaurant was delicious. We went there twice. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone.
