Beach apartment holiday rentals in Sint Maarten

It was our second time staying at Jean’s place and it was even better than the last. The location is fantastic, right next to the airport and still very quiet and peaceful. Gorgeous views from the living room, shower & rooftop. Bed was extremely comfortable & the entire place was spotless. We plan on coming back & staying here again whenever we do. You will not regret staying here. Thank you so much Jean — he gave great recommendations for restaurants and activities as well :)

Andrew was very communicative before and during my stay. I didn’t have any issues that he needed to resolve. Sylvya, the local property manager is a sweetheart and very easy to get ahold of. The apartment is centrally located and the proximity to the airport is convenient and surprisingly unobtrusive. Walking distance to a supermarket, restaurants, ATM, and the most beautiful beach in the island - Mullet Bay Beach. Easy drive to other beaches and nightlife. The apartment was clean, had plenty of linens and beach towels. The kitchen is well equipped, although I didn’t use it too much. The pool area is really nice too. Overall, I loved my stay and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Mike sent very detailed instructions that were very helpful for checking in. Very unique place in that you get a vacation club resort property through Airbnb for a great rate. I would definitely look to stay again in the future

very nice neighborhood, good bars, good food, Cupecoy and Mullet beaches nearby. Very nice and friendly residents in the building.

WOW C'est un endroit très reposant et convivial, c'est très grand, très propre avec tout ce que l'on a besoin pour un séjour remarquable. Le lit est super confortable, on a dormis comme des bébés toute la semaine. La vue du 7ème étage est tout simplement sublime, vue direct sur les avions qui atterrisse et qui décolle, et aussi sur les bateaux de croisière qui arrivent ou quittent l'ile, amenez-vous des jumelles ça vaut la peine. Nous avons accès direct à la plage de Cupecoy à partir du resort. Si vous louez une voiture et que vous séjournez au Sapphire, je vous conseille une voiture de taille moyenne (J'avais une Nissan Versa) car le stationnement intérieur est assez restreint. Le Sapphire Beach Club est un endroit super agréable, le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant. Je n'ai que du positif à dire de mon séjour et que dire de Maya qui a été toujours là en cas de besoin et prête à nous aider. Merci Maya j'apprécie. À Bientôt. The location was amazing. The accommodation had a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom... including coffee, spices, creamers, hair products and everything you would have at home. I will definitely stay here again!

This was my second trip to SXM, first time staying at the airbnb & I must say, I’d stay here over an all inclusive resort any day! The privacy and peace atmosphere is top tier! The bed & the rest of the furniture was super comfortable! The water pressure was great & the terrace was the icing on the cake. Being a little further out from the main strip was a plus imo. The beach was a quick 5min walk. I hope to visit SXM & will be sure to stay here again.

We waren op doorreis,kwamen 's avonds aan en moesten 's morgens vroeg de volgende dag weer weg. Jo heeft ons echt thuis laten voelen. Alles was perect en we hadden een heerlijke nachtrust. Jo heeft ons zelfs naar het vliegveld gebracht de volgende ochtend.

Incredible location, clean unit and building, literally a 5min walk to mullet bay beach, 5min walk to Cupecoy beach, and two grocery stores one right next door to the building the other just a 3min walk away and two good cafes. Host was available and quick to respond to any needs, i will definitely be booking this unit again! Thank you

Excellent for solo travellers or couples. Small space but cute with all the basic necessities. Stove top, toaster oven, microwave and 2 mini fridges with dishes are provided. AC worked very well and easy to set and slept comfortably. Very private and safe space. As someone else mentioned about the steep climb to get there, not sure I would want to stay there without a car. I would consider myself and my wife above average fit and we found it a bit challenging but enjoyed the workout we got every morning going for a walk. There is a grocery store down the road and the Buccaneer Beach Bar was amazing. We booked this place because we wanted to extend our stay on the island. Melanie was always very quick to respond to any requests I had. Simone was there to greet us for an early check-in which we really appreciated. Thank you Melanie and Topper for your hospitality.

Loved the place, close to everything. Had AC and the host was on point in terms of communication! Overall had a great stay, would recommend!

Although we only stayed one night, our stay was fantastic! Everyone was so very helpful and nice. Room was great, I would recommend for anyone looking for an amazing view, kind people, and wanting to be away from the hustle and bustle of the towns. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked very clean. Towels were fresh and all the linens were spotless.

Great property. Very responsive. Will be back.

I must start by saying that this host made my stay wonderful. The unit was in a great location for walking, driving, busing, beaching, eating, sight seeing, hiking, biking... you name it! This is the perfect place for someone who is outdoorsy like myself and just need a quick place to shower and sleep. I think I showered more than I slept lol... but you would understand why if you had only three nights on such a gorgeous island. The private balcony is also great to just sit and enjoy the nature around you. I will add, that he ordered me lunch and had it delivered... and had a treat sent as well after finding out it was my birthday :-) Ricky is the best!

El departamento de Ian y Megan es mucho más de lo que se ve en las fotos. Todo está impecable y súper limpio, todo funciona perfecto y el deck exterior con la barbacoa que da al mar es un lugar mágico. Usamos los kayak que nos prestaron, la cocina está súper completa. Creo que las fotos no muestran lo bello que es. No duden en ir!! Volveríamos siempre que podamos.

I can’t say enough about this place. The pictures don’t do it justice. Barefoot has every single thing one could possibly need on vacation and is in a stunning location. The beach bar down to the right was small and chill, it had good food and was super easy to access. There are also a bunch of restaurants within driving distance from the place and an awesome grocery store about 7 minutes away. We came during off season (July 10-17) and we basically had a private pool and beach the entire week. We went on numerous excursions and other beaches; every night when we came home we said “our beach here is still the best beach and so much easier.” It is worth seeing others if you haven’t ever been to the island, but you truly can’t beat the beach, ease, and vibe of the beach right out the front door. Seeing the next door stray-ish dog Holly each morning and night was a highlight for me, too. She came up wagging every time we left or returned. Please give her love for me if you see her!

We had an amazing and peaceful stay at Aqua Marina. This luxury condo is very spacious with a private walk out balcony in each room that boasts spectacular views of the islands Jamila is the perfect hostess. She setup the car rental agreement for our stay and responded immediately to all of our needs. I’m the future, We will stay at this condo without hesitation!

I celebrated my birthday with friends at Lesley’s place and we absolutely loved it. Lesley and the staff we interacted with were responsive and welcoming. If you stay at this location, you won’t regret it!

The place was steps from the beach! Beautiful and clean. Host very helpful. We loved st. Martin and this family friendly beach next to Mary Boons! We ate lunch there and cooked in dinner at home. Great appliances And every cooking tool you could need. Andrea was very helpful. The only thing I was a little worried about was the airplanes noise and honestly you forget they are even there after first day.

Just returned from our stay and we had an amazing time. The condo is very spacious. Washer and dryer is a must when you visit the beach. We used Mary Boon loungers and umbrella while enjoying drinks and appetizers. There were loungers and umbrellas available but was easier to walk down and sit on the ones already set up :) It was just two of us so was more space than we needed. Would recommend bringing house shoes due to travertine flooring throughout.
