Very spacious and well-kept home in which you can all sit and play and with space to isolate yourself for a while. Cozy courtyard. Spacious kitchen with everything you could need. Delightfully quiet environment with many hiking and cycling routes.

Anne & Jan were extremely helpful and friendly from the very beginning. They gave valuable advice and were kind enough to find a great gueuze beer as a welcome gift. The house is cozy and very well organized and is in a magnificent location, an oasis of tranquility and tranquility. The beautiful back garden faces west and you can admire the sunset while comfortably sitting and relaxing on the outdoor table. The emerald green fields surrounding the neighborhood are fantastic. The bathroom is tidy and the shower is magnificent, as there is nothing missing in the kitchen, not even the coffee pods. Perfect stay with extremely welcoming hosts! To be back soon!

Spacious and warm cottage with amazing views of the farmland from the window. Just like the photos. It had everything that we needed. We look forward to returning one day.

Nice house in a quiet area surrounded by nature and animals, ideal to disconnect and also in turn to know different important cities of Belgium. Also located in an important point of history, close to the waterloo battlefield.

We had a lovely stay at the house, it is beautifully furnished and appointed with great taste. There was everything we could possibly need for our stay. It is conveniently located, not too close to the city centre but only a very short walk from Abbaye tram stop which goes straight to the centre, or to change trams and go to the European quarter. There is a supermarket close by as well, and park areas to walk around. The house is quiet and comfortable, and provides plenty for space for a family or group, provided you don't mind stairs! It would have been fascinating to have had some information provided on the history of the building and neighbouring properties, as I am sure it has quite a story to tell. Many thanks, Alexandra!

Very spacious accommodation for 6 to 10 people (equivalent to 5 double beds). Special mention to the very comfortable living room and the huge TV with bluetooth speaker. Ann-Charlotte was welcoming and even offered us breakfast on the first day. Just know that the hosts live next door so you have to go through their hallway and the common garden to enter/exit (but the Airbnb house itself is private). Well served by tram and bus, it takes about 20 minutes to get to the center.

The house was very elegant and well-appointed, with lovely historic details as well as modern amenities. The bathrooms in particular were beautifully-done, with excellent features like a large tub and shower stall. The hosts were very welcoming and left plenty of information about the house, the neighbourhood, and various things to do in the city. It does have a lot of narrow stairs - if you have any mobility issues that make it difficult to climb stairs, it could be an issue, but it is a historic home with many original features still intact, so it adds to the flavour. The neighbourhood was lively, if a bit noisy at times, and there were many good restaurants nearby. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to the metro, so it wasn't too difficult to get around. I also have to put in a good word for the hosts, who were extremely helpful when I had a question about where to find a drugstore after 8pm, when most local places were already closed. Thank you!

It is very close to the airport and very convenient to go to the airport. We stay here every time we travel from China to Europe or leave from Europe. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It is very convenient and the room is comfortable.Totally recommend it.

We absolutely loved our stay! From the very beginning Tanguy was super helpful and responsive. We were able to check in early, and he took the time to show us around the apartment and give us local recommendations. There were thoughtful treats stocked throughout the house as well. The area was gorgeous. Tanguy kept telling us it was home and it truly felt that way. We will definitely be back!

It was so fun staying in a local resident's place instead of a Brussels hotel. Loved sitting on the patio deck with tea in the morning and wine in the evening.

Lovely and quiet location. Very close to the main train station. About a 30 minute walk to the Brussels city centre. Pictures do not describe how nice the apartment is. Very much recommended.

Maryse was a great host. Communicatio ns were excellent and respinsive. The place has a great layout in a quiet area. Short walk to trams and Metro. Lots of stores, pubs and restaurants nearby. Absolutely recommend this spot.

Great place to stay. It is on the edge of the touristy center, less than 10 minutes walk to everything, without the crowds. It is on a main boulevard, so there is activity, but it is a pedestrianized street, so no traffic noises. Public transportation is very close as well.

I stayed here from 16–23 May 2025 and chose it mainly for its location—just a 20-minute walk or 5–10 minutes by bus to Brussels Expo, which was super convenient. The host was friendly and quick to respond to messages. The apartment is also just a 5-minute walk to a nearby grocery store. As an Asian traveler, I was happy to find uncooked rice and raw meat there—made it easy to cook and feel more at home. The bus stop is just downstairs (2–3 mins walk), and the nearest metro station, Roi Baudouin, is around 10–15 minutes away on foot (at our usual “Asian” pace 😄). The host provided body and hair shampoo, and the washing machine was easy to use. Surprisingly, our clothes dried well even in the chilly weather! Overall, a comfortable stay with great hospitality. I’d recommend it for anyone attending Brussels Expo or looking for a quiet, convenient place.

Just wow! This place in Brussels exceeded all our expectations. Super central location, stylishly furnished and immaculately clean. The hosts were incredibly warm and helpful – we felt immediately welcome. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the small terrace was perfect for a morning coffee. Absolutely recommended to anyone looking for comfort and charm in Brussels. We will definitely be back!

Only bummer was that we were not able to use the laundry in the unit. There was a self serve laundromat not far.

The apartment was clean, well located and we were made very welcome. It's an excellent base to explore Brussels and Belgium.

Perfect stay at BOB. Mini problem for check-in but BOB is very accommodating and came to drop off the keys where we needed them. Maybe a key box would be the best to make the stay PERFECT. We'll go back to BOB!

Beautiful place, high ceilings, classical architecture, but with a modern interior. Hard to be in a better location, a block away from the Grand Place, but out of the path of tourists. Centraal station is super close, so it is easy to come from and go to the airport. Host responded very quickly to any request and let us drop our luggage way before check-in time.

5 stars experience for sure! If you are hesitating whether to book a place in downtown Bruxelles, or this super lovely place in Vilvoorde (only 20 mins train to downtown), choose this one! I don't know how Gregory and Judith managed to keep this apartment so clean, decent, lovely and comfortable really. Everything you need during your travel is considered and taken care of by this amazing thoughtful couple. Besides the wonderful apartment itself and ALL its modern equipments (and hosts of course) , the neighborhood is peaceful, quiet and convenient (supermarket literally downstairs across the street). I can go on and on with how amazing this place is because it is trully a wonderful place. We stay for about a week, and it's not enough. Will love to come back when we travel to Bruxelles. Thank you so much, Gregory and Judith. You guys (and the beautiful apartment!) are amazing!
