The building has easy access and parking spaces, the apartment itself is very complete, the only thing I felt a little uncomfortable about were the bathrooms because they are small but they fulfill their function. We had some doubts and a problem with the air conditioning in the living room and Leslie was very accessible to solve it, the truth is that it was not a big problem so we decided to leave it until our departure. In summary, the apartment offers what is published, easy to get to, you have shops/pharmacies/restaurants nearby, you can get to the esplanade by walking a little, only if you have to consider that the golden area is a few minutes away by car/lung. I would stay at a Leslie's accommodation again!

The apartment is 50 meters from the esplanade and the beach. You can walk to and enjoy seafood restaurants, convenience stores. It is very well located and close to the Aquarium. The apartment is as shown in the photos, private and safe parking, very clean and very comfortable. The sofa and the television are addictive, you rest well. We will definitely return to this beautiful place

We stayed in Lluvia’s apartment for two full weeks and felt right at home from the very first moment. The check-in process was super easy, even though Lluvia wasn’t there in person. The photos in the listing are accurate and reflect the apartment well. The location is ideal for a stay in Mazatlán: it’s a safe, beautiful neighborhood on a secure street. Access to the building is badge-controlled, and the neighbors are friendly and attentive — they also keep an eye on who comes in and out, which adds to the feeling of security. The apartment is also very close to the beautiful Centro, with its great restaurants, market, parks, and the beginning of the Malecón (near the best beach, “Olas Altas”).
