Very nice house, everything is very clean and what I liked the most is that they have a mini-split in each bedroom, the heat is very strong and inside the house you don't even feel it, my stay was very comfortable.

I stayed at this Airbnb for 20 days with my family. The neighborhood felt very safe and very friendly. There are many things to do nearby such as restaurants and shopping mall. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that is visiting the city. Getting Ubers was very easy even though it’s in a private community. Overall the place was great and we enjoyed our time there! Highly Recommend!

Lynn was proactive and provided clear instructions that made our arrival smooth and hassle-free. The place was spectacular—perfectly located and ideal for families or groups. It was spotless, comfortable, and quiet. I would return without hesitation and truly appreciate Lynn for always being attentive and available throughout our stay.

Great home in Mazatlan, we had a great trip being so close to the downtown centro area. Javier was great in helping us plan our stay, check in and making recommendations. Vicky was at the home everyday ready to cook, clean, and pickup groceries for us which made it extra easy to spend our days at the beach and enjoy the pool in the afternoon. We really enjoyed Mazatlan and would come back to Javier’s place again.

Excellent place to stay in Mazatlan, with many restaurants in the area ! The condominium is very nice and familiar with all the amenities to have fun. The place felt very clean and nicely arranged at home. Gloria was always attentive to us having an amazing time. Mazatlan is a great place for the recommended family.

Everything was perfect

This is our 2nd year staying in an apartment of Walden's. Great to see Octavio & Pepe again! Location is perfect, on a residential street, up a hill in Centro. Easy walking to numerous coffee shops, restaurants, shops, art galleries, beaches, the market, pharmacies. The apartment itself is well-equipped with a beautiful kitchen, clean bathrooms, 3 balconies and a comfy living room. The beds were good quality and closets were great to hold our stuff comfortably. We very much enjoyed the balcony overlooking the city and ocean as well as the rooftop. My husband and I worked online while we were there and the internet connection was strong and reliable. Dad traveled with us the first two weeks and he also enjoyed the place and it's amenities. There are barking dogs, crowing roosters and construction sounds and other humans having a good time, but bienvenidos a Mexico. The provided white noise machine was handy. Entirely possible we will book this place next year!

We had a great time here! All was good from water pressure+heat, to location, and cleanliness. The host was very friendly and responsive. The property is within walking distance to many cafes, restaurants, and Centro.

The apartment has all the amenities described and everything was impeccable, highly recommended, I would stay again.!
