I really enjoyed staying at this location. I was in Mazatlan for a wedding at nearby resort. This location was close to both the resort and the beach. Everything was absolutely wonderful at Carlos’s place! I really appreciated the flexibility in allowing us to check in a bit earlier. Communication with Carlos was great – he personally meets you and explains everything. The condo was in immaculate condition – everything was spotless. I would absolutely stay with him anytime I’m back in Mazatlán. I know he has a few other condos, and I’ve seen them before – I highly recommend booking with Carlos. He’s an outstanding host! No complaints at all, and of course, the view from his upper rooms is spectacular. In this building, you can’t go wrong – every view is beautiful!

Very nice and spacious, it has a large terrace, perfect for seeing the sea and sunset, the rooms are very good size and everything is very clean, the kitchen was very well equipped for cooking and there is also a laundry room if needed, Ana was very kind and the condominium staff very kind too, the area is private and quiet. Just one thing, the beach in front of the condominium is not safe for swimming, there are currents and holes that make the area dangerous, other than that everything else is perfect. I would definitely come back in the future

We had a great time here! All was good from water pressure+heat, to location, and cleanliness. The host was very friendly and responsive. The property is within walking distance to many cafes, restaurants, and Centro.

100% recommended, Xochil and his son Luis Angel are very friendly and were always attentive to us. Her property is very beautiful and with a spectacular view of the Mazatlan seawall. We'll definitely stay right there every time we return to Mazatlan.

A little far from Xona Dorada, but there are buses that take you to the boardwalk. The house is very comfortable, a small detail but it was resolved immediately. Highly recommended
