This is a totally separate and private unit in a house The entrance is at the front door and you have your own private covered front porch with a wicker love seat. Apps and local channels in the bedroom TV and ROKU in the living room TV. Maytag washer and dryer. Large kitchen area as you enter leading to The Bedroom, Living room, and Bathroom. Superior queen size bedding with memory foam topper.

This was my second time staying at this air bnb and it confirmed my memory that this is a very clean and comfortable space for a reasonable price. Kevin is great at little touches to make you feel like he cares about his guests. It feels like a private space - we never hear him or see him. It is our go from now on when we visit our son at ECU

Not only he has one of the cleanest and very well organised house but also he's one of the sweetest people. Very down to earth, kind, helpful and we had great conversations too. I had an excellent stay. The house is beautiful, and both the bedroom and bathroom were spotless and spacious. The room had everything I needed — a comfortable bed, two chairs, a small dining table, a microwave, and a refrigerator. It was the perfect place to relax after a long day at work. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Overall, a great experience and definitely worth the price.

Extremely clean. Everything was exactly as the listing stated. Nice neighborhood and peaceful. With the stress of my daughter graduating, having a calm and quiet home to come back to was everything. I was pleased with every aspect of the home. It truly felt like a home away from home.
