If you are looking for peace in nature and in the Eifel, upscale amenities, just want to feel at home... Then you are in the right place!! We had 4 unforgettable days together with our daughter and dog. The location is perfect for peace and very private. If you travel with dogs, you have to adjust to hiking up and down, which is typical of the Eifel, but that's what makes the Eifel and we were used to it anyway. Unfortunately, there is no garden for the dogs, but we knew that and it did not bother us, the walks were all the more beautiful! For this, the terrace behind the house was perfect for lingering, eating at the long table and very private. A highlight for young and old. The whirlpool invites you to relax in the evenings for two, where you can unwind and the sauna is very pleasant after a long walk. The couch and beds are very comfortable and the view is perfect! Cooking, grilling, stowing the ice.. Everything is there :)! We'll be back!

Really cosy accommodation. Very adequately furnished and we lacked for nothing. It was very clean. There are great hiking routes in the area that you can explore.

Booking the Wolfshack gave me exactly the peaceful writing retreat that I wanted. Chris was social, friendly and helpful concerning tips for walks that broke up the long writing sits. At the same time I got the space and quiet I was looking for. His garden and the deck he built are amazing for relaxation. The airbnb I would like to come back to for another writing retreat!

Super cozi accommodation, the sona outdoor space, Nordic bath, .... just impeccable, a very quiet place, very well located , not far from spa and forest trade for walks , it was just perfect , thank you again 😁🙂👌

Really great accommodation, a magnificent view from the terrace and the jaccuzi which is enormously fun after a 7-hour hike in the Parc des Hautes Fagnes. Quiet, a really excellent delivered breakfast possibility. Small downside, it felt like the vacuum cleaner hadn't passed, but nothing serious, it happens and doesn't take anything away from the quality of this cottage. It makes you want to come back in the winter, under the snow with the small wood fire and the jaccuzi. (We were there in May with sunshine and good temperature.)

Had a wonderful stay. It is a nice and cozy chalet and the hot tub is really super nice addition! Very friendly host who responds quickly! Thank you for the good time!

Had a very nice stay in Ward's special cottage. Gigantic private garden and a very nice atmosphere inside. Also the contact with Ward was pleasant. So recommended!

Charming wooden house in a quiet, peaceful area. An excellent place to relax and hike. The host is very friendly. We had a great time.

We spent 2 nights in Eva's enchanting hut and enjoyed the nature and tranquility, so close to the city and easy to reach and so wonderfully quiet. The communication with Eva was super uncomplicated and pleasant, we felt very welcome. The kitchen is well equipped, the oven warms and I have - for the first time - chopped wood. The hut is surrounded by horses, chickens and sheep and lots of birdsong. Wonderful! We will be happy to come back.

We had a perfect stay in the cabin. Were warmly welcomed by Hadriens mother and enjoyed our stay.

Great stay. Complete, clean, large fenced garden, super large beds and each bedroom private sink. Super area for hiking and visiting the brewery with a tasting absolutely worth it!

Perfect for a break between 2 days at Francorchamps

We really enjoyed our stay. The park is very beautiful and the accomodation is private, cosy and made us feel right at home. 😊 Only remarks were the bathroom and cleaning fee. The bathroom is dated as described, but also very unpractical. The water stream is extremely powerful and its very awkward to stand in the shower. (For me being 1.96m it was barely possible 😂) The €85 cleaning fee felt very out proportional as the place was not clean at our arrival (dirty fridge, dust/spider webs in all corners and mold). Plus as guest you'll be requested to clean the place on departure. But besides that, it's a nice place to be and perfect for guests with dogs. We would definitely recommend this place but also hope the owners take our feedback seriously. 😇

Nice welcome from the rental company. The property matches the photos. The veranda is a real little plus and a haven of peace in the evening. It should be noted that the host lives right next to the rented property.

The contact was very, very nice and questions were answered quickly and well. The accommodation itself was great! We immediately felt comfortable and at home! The accommodation was very clean and everything you need was there. Even small extras :) The log cabin was my first experience with Airbnb and it just couldn't have been better! Earned 5 stars for everything!

We were greeted with fresh bread and eggs. A bottle of wine rounded it all off. We had planned to relax for 3 days and unwind. This was absolutely successful. We lacked nothing. The Waldseepfad Rieden is highly recommended for an extended hike. A visit to the in-house sauna is a must. All in all a wonderful weekend

A wonderful "cabin" decorated with excellence in the spirit of spending a moment out of time. Everything was perfect. Welcome, quiet, breakfast, access... Ecrin de verdure. We will certainly come back to it.

Fine and well-equipped cottage, nice and close to the lake. Bakery at 15-20 min walking distance, supermarkets 10-20 min by car. We were there with our baby and toddler, and had a wonderful time there! For other parents of young children, it's worth noting: - there is a good camping bed, but bring your own mattress + fitted sheet. The "master bedroom" has little space around the bed, so if you want to sleep in one room with your baby is improvising - the lake is nice and cooling. However, it is deep directly from the deck, so definitely bring swimming pools. The lake does not have a beach or bank where you can play at the waterfront - there is a nice playground across the lake where you can walk in a few minutes, and the village of Rieden nearby also has a small playground - we found in one of the cupboards a nice flyer with nice walks suitable for children (Traumpfädchen), recommended!

we stayed in the cottage for 14 days, and beautiful cottage on the edge of the forest. Wonderful to do the peace and quiet by car to visit appeared places. The cottage is clean and spacious. All in all recommended!
