Only 2 minutes walk from the house is Alken train station where the train takes you directly to Aarhus in 20 minutes, there is also a direct connection to Skanderborg, Ry, Silkeborg and Herning.

The house consists of a kitchen/living room with a wood stove, 2 bedrooms and a newly renovated bathroom from 2023 with a sauna. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two bunk beds with 4 beds. Outside, there is a large sunny terrace and a large lawn with 2 football goals.

I boligen kan I slå benene op med en god kop kaffe, nyde saunaen og isbadet på havens top i annekset eller nyde det store fjernsyn med Netflix. Der er plads til to ekstra voksne i annekset. Til huset er der også 3 kanoer / kajakker og tilhørende redningsveste, så man kan nyde en af Danmarks største søer, som også hænger sammen med Gudenåen. Der kan også fiskes direkte fra huset hvor søen er rig på fisk.
