The house was spotless and tidy. Although it was very cold, we had no problems with the heating of the house. Everything was considered up to the baby crib. Also thank you for this, 🙏 we did not miss anything, everything was considered. The view from the house is already excellent. It was great to hear the birds chirping in the silence at night. It feels very far from the city, but the places where you can shop is 2 minutes away, which makes it extra convenience. We had a great time. Thanks to the host

We enjoyed our stay at the Ellis. Giorgio and Zafer were both very responsive before and during our stay. They provided us with thorough instructions for our stay and arranged airport transfers both to and from the airport. The Ellis had everything we needed for our family of four. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed with necessary dishes. We appreciated having use of the clothes washer and dryer. The welcome book contained instructions for everything in the house. Highly recommend!

The flat was a perfect place for our family to stay for 10 days. It was in a fantastic area within a short walking distance of the Galata area and a 5 minute walk from the tram stop, from which is was very easy to get to the Sultanahmet area (or you can do the longer walk across the Galata bridge!). Ömer was extremely helpful and responsive, and made us feel very welcome.

Ömür's place is exactely what you see in the photos. Compact and clean. Simple and comfortable. His wife and he made us feel very welcome.

Charming little place within walking distance to Taksim Square. Ugar was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I had a few requests, and he was more than happy to accommodate them. After six weeks of travelling and staying in and out of hotels, stepping into Ugar’s apartment truly felt like coming home. The bed was comfortable, the room nice and dark for a restful sleep, and the building felt safe and secure. I’d happily recommend this place. The only small issue was the lack of cutlery in the kitchen - likely just an oversight that I’m sure will be sorted quickly.

Uygar was a fantastic host, very helpful and quick to respond. The apartment is located in the center of a cultural area of Istanbul, close to a market and excellent dining options. Within the area, you can move around without a car. If you drive, there's a reasonably priced parking lot two minutes' walk from the building; you can pay up to c. $15 for 24-hour parking. If you don't have a lot of or heavy luggage, this duplex two-bedroom flat on the third level is ideal. If I were to return to Istanbul, I would stay there once more. Many thanks, Uygar

Great place to stay. Looks much better than in pictures. Very spacious, you can fit a large family there. The rooms look better than in expensive hotels. Nice and bright kitchen. The only small downside is that there wasn't any shower gel(just something that seemed like hand sanitizer more than anything)and no cleaning products for the kitchen either but even without these, the place looked spectacular and I would definitely recommend it. Amazing location, close to shops and cafes. The place is very well maintained and the living room is superb and spacious with a lovely dining table. The owner is great and discreet as well, didn't bother with rules or anything. Overall amazing experience. I really liked the wall decorations on the corridor and living room. The mirror panels look very cool and modern.

The room is spacious - we had a small living room with a couch and a kitchenette. The room was clean with all necessary items we need for our stay. However, there was a shower leaking causing the water pressure not strong enough. There was 24/7 receptionist ensuring smooth check-in and check-out. The host was very welcoming - they offered free tea or coffee and cookies upon our arrival. They also recommended a few locations in Istanbul for us to visit. We arrived the hotel by public transit. The road from the nearest tram station to the hotel is a bit incline and bumpy with a few staircases (very typical Istanbul road structure). If you carry suitcases, consider taking a taxi or a private car.

The house was as in the photos. I did not have any problems with cleanliness, but it is not possible to sleep with the window open because it is on the street, it is very noisy, but this is not due to the house, it is due to the life of Kadıköy. We had a very pleasant stay and left, thank you

The host was always responsive and easy to communicate. We liked how calm were the surroundings while it was easy to reach everything we needed by walking. The bathroom is worth renovating but we didn't mind it, and everything was spotless clean.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Istanbul, managed by Drew and the Alma Management team. From start to finish, everything was seamless. The apartment was just as described—clean, stylish, and comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The location was also ideal, close to great restaurants and shops. What really stood out was the hospitality. Drew and his team were exceptional—responsive, helpful, and genuinely caring. Drew’s being a native English speaker made communication effortless, which was a huge plus. This was our first time choosing an Airbnb over a hotel in Istanbul, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Every detail was taken care of, and we felt completely supported throughout our stay. We’re leaving with beautiful memories and already looking forward to returning. Although the vibrant city is just outside, inside you’ll find a peaceful, serene atmosphere. It’s a true urban sanctuary where you can relax and feel completely at ease.

It was very good in terms of service and cleaning. It was also very nice that it was exactly the same as the photos, that it was reliable and that there were items to meet all your needs at home. I would also like to thank Mr. Selçuk and Mr. Emre. They were interested and answered my questions immediately.
