The neighborhood is safe. The apartment is fenced. We have a beautiful pond with fish (trout). Where you can spend time until the late hours of the night. On the farm we have animals: rabbits, Cameroon sheep, ducks, chickens, a cow. We rent bicycles for rides. In winter, we organize sleigh rides with a bonfire and sausage roasting.

On the first floor there is a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine and 4 bedrooms. Around the cottage there is a large terrace with deckchairs and a place to eat.
