Sa maison est très bien décorée, très bien tenue et extrêmement bien équipé, tout est pensé pour que vous n’ayez qu’à apporter vos affaires personnelles. Nous recommandons vivement la maison de Joelle !

Pauline's place is just wonderful. The house is beautifully decorated with great attention to detail, the bedrooms are cozy and beds comfortable, the living room is welcoming and relaxing, and the kitchen is well equipped and easy to cook in. The garden is lovely and a bit of paradise filled with lavender, rosemary, thyme, mint and other herbs as well as olive, plum and fig trees. The surrounding areas are made up small villages, rolling hills of vineyards, orchards and fields so there is a lot to see and places to explore. Thanks Pauline, you are a great host!

We had an utterly fabulous week at Magalie's lovely gite. Very tranquil settings, just the sounds of the birds and peace and quiet. The grounds were beautiful tended and the gite was immaculate and very well set out and equiped. The beds were memory foam I think and very comfortable and lots of hot water. Important things i think when looking for reviews. It rained most days but the heating was on and very comfortable. ,Magalie and her husband were very helpful and lovely hosts. We will book again xx

Logement cosy en plein Périgord noir dans un environnement paisible . Belle superficie et magnifique terrasse . Lydia et Julien sont très sympathiques et malgré un long pont de jours fériés , ils ont tenu à venir voir si tout était ok pour nous . Accueil avec une bouteille de vin . Le linge et les draps qui sentent merveilleusement bon . Par contre , wifi un peu juste pour du télétravail. Je recommande.

A really great find. This is a lovely, relaxed place to stay. Well equipped and maintained, without being fussy. A wonderful place to get away from it all and spend time with friends and family. Easy access to Bergerac and the surrounding area, which has some very pretty walks. The recommendations of local places to visit were very reliable too. The hosts are welcoming and helpful. Lovely, homely house in incredible location surrounded by vineyards and superb views. Pleasant 5 minute walk into St Emilion so we didn’t use the car all the time we were there. St Emilion is beautiful, with some excellent restaurants, interesting architecture and very nice people. Sophie was really nice and helpful, and went out of her way to make sure we had a great time - we really appreciated her letting us access the property early. We would definitely visit again.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Suzy est accueillante et arrangeante. Le gîte est très bien équipé, comme à la maison, avec la piscine et sa terrasse en plus 😊 Très bonne situation, proche du centre ville, des commerces mais tout en étant au calme avec une superbe vue. Stunning house with everything we could of needed! Super comfy beds and all having our own ensuite was fab. Small supermarket is only a stroll away with everything we needed for a weekend food shop! Sophie was lovely and let us come in the house before it was ready/ check in to put our cases in. Thanks again for a lovely weekend!

Habitation avec beaucoup de caractère, très bien équipée et très beau potentiel parfaitement exploité. Laurence et Jean-Michel sont très accueillants, prévenants et disponibles. Jean-Michel amateur passionné de boulangerie, nous a concocté des viennoiseries et du pain excellents pour notre petit déjeuner. (Commande sur demande). Lieu idéal pour passer un très bon moment de détente. Beaucoup de villages pittoresques à visiter aux alentours. Merci à eux, et au plaisir d'y retourner.

It’s difficult to describe how special this place is! Situated on a beautiful property, the apartment is accessed through a gate into a courtyard and feels very private. (The place does share the courtyard with two other rental units, which were empty when we were there but it might have felt less private had they been occupied.) A converted barn, the apartment is cozy and unique with beautiful, thoughtful touches throughout. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and cooking in the well-appointed kitchen was a pleasure. Hosts are wonderful - warm and welcoming, and available and helpful without being intrusive. They even offered to bake us a savory pie on arrival and happily donated some butter to make our daughter’s birthday cake as the nearby shops were closed. We would love to come back one day and be able to swim and spend more time outdoors - as it was, our daughter loved exploring the yard and woods, filled with delightful surprises. A gem!

The place is as beautiful as it looks on the pictures. It was perfect for our family getaway.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans ce logement, le cadre est beau, calme et apaisant. Nous avons été merveilleusement bien accueilli, merci pour toutes les attentions. Le logement est équipé avec tout le nécessaire pour passer quelques jours aussi confortablement qu'à la maison.

Stunning! Yes the house is amazing and the space is well furnished and the material noble (wood and stone)… but for us it was the stunning views of the entire valleys and the bright stars in the jacuzzi at night which made this place unforgettable.

We had a brilliant stay! Tosha and Robert were absolutely fantastic — friendly, responsive, and so thoughtful. The house itself was beautiful, spotless, and set in gorgeous surroundings. They went above and beyond to accommodate our 18-month-old, providing a stair gate, cot, and high chair, which made everything so much easier for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — highly recommended!

A lovely private old cottage on beautiful grounds with a swimming pool. The cottage is fenced in, so the dog can run free in the garden. It has everything you need and is nice and cool on hot summer days. Patrick was so welcoming. We loved our stay here.

What an amazing accommodation! One of the best city apartments we’ve ever stayed in. Sabine and her husband came to help us as we got lost! Many of the streets were closed off for a special bank holiday theatre festival . However, we were so lucky with parking as free over Bank Holiday! Sabine has thought of everything in this flat. It is comfortable and relaxing with everything you need. The coffee provided was max strength- 7 - so rather too much for us but Sabine is generous to leave it. No penny pinching! We hope to return.

We stayed 3 wonderful months in Veronique’s house. We had our two small dogs with us and the yard was securely fenced and safe for them. The house is in a vineyard and Guilherme (Veronique’s son) frequently came to tend his vines. Guilherme is a charming young man and we looked forward to seeing him and chatting with him. Guilherme respected our privacy but we always went out to chat with him if we saw him. He also was quick to respond to any questions we had and he is a good source of information about the area. The house is stylishly decorated and has nice new furniture and beds all of which are comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. We have stayed in many rental houses for the past 8 months as we first drove across the US and then moved to France. Veronique’s house was by far the best house that we rented. So many houses had broken down uncomfortable furniture. We will cherish the good memories we have of staying in Veronique’s house! Thank you, Veronique!

Bedankt voor de geweldige vakantie! Gillian en Phil zijn heel vriendelijk en geven supertips om de omgeving te ontdekken. Alles was netjes en we genoten van de rust en de prachtige omgeving. Het verblijf was nog mooier in real life dan op de foto’s. We komen zeker terug!

We loved our stay at Yolande's place, the garden was huge and pool area was a perfect place to relax with lovely views of the Dordogne. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was a short walk to the centre of Bergerac. Our dog loved the garden too.

Un week-end "au vert" bien agréable. Paule et son mari ont été à la fois présents et discrets, et sympathiques. Le logement est situé à proximité de tout (commerces) et au calme. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir chez Paule en cas de besoin ! Merci à vous

Our stay at les peupliers was exactly what we had hoped for. The gite was exactly as described and the swimming pool was superb. We wanted to arrive a day earlier than we had booked and we were immediately offered a guest room in the family home which was perfect. Laurence and Mike are excellent hosts. They were friendly, helpful and provided lots of really useful information about the area. Thanks for the birthday card Laurence and the home made fig Jam!
