Holiday rentals with a patio in Sierra Oeste

It was like arriving at a relative's guest house. Our flight arrived very early in the morning and Cristina allowed us to drop off our luggage before the time and also enter the Airbnb that was available. The response time to messages is almost immediate. Cristina is very nice and kind, as is her son, whom we met when he was visiting and helped us turn on the TV once. The only time we had to contact her was because the TV wouldn't turn on, and in less than 10 minutes, they had already fixed it. Cristina's details are excellent, she welcomed us with a bottle of wine and a small snack, a bottle of water in the refrigerator (even though she informs us that the tap water is drinkable), there is a hair dryer in the bathroom, a brush and some toiletries. The subway station is relatively close, it's 2 or 3 blocks away. On that route there are 2 supermarkets, 1 grocery store, 1 or 2 bars and some shops. A nice park behind the house.

What a wonderful apartment in the most perfect location. It was clean, quiet and Monica was very responsive. I would recommend this place and I hope to book it again for future trips to Madrid. 10 out of 10!!

Miguel was such a wonderful host and helped us out so much! He was super responsive and a really great guy. The airbnb was extremely nice and we loved staying there!

The apartment is very comfortable, safe and clean. The instructions are always very clear and useful for the visit in Ávila. They were always on the lookout for our arrival and any needs we might have.

Robyn's place is wonderful, the cleanliness is impeccable, it is also very comfortable and has everything to spend several days, even if it rains it is worth being there. It's spacious, with lots of natural light. The center is about 15min walk (with kids). There is gastronomic offer nearby and also the main road. Other villages are 5min by car. And there are several trails for a walk. And care and communication is also a 10. Highly recommended!!

Everything was perfect. Brand new, clean and tidy as in the photos. Access with a convenient password. Very close to the subway stop. Always ready to answer any questions.

Very good stay, place was really convenient for travel etc. The apartment was much bigger than expected and the outside space was lovely. Would definitely stay again.

If you’re spending time in Madrid, Jose’s place is the dream spot. The location cannot be beat - in the heart of Malasaña with everything at your fingertips. But the building itself is very quiet, allowing for great sleeps and a comfortable escape from the bustling neighbourhood. The place was very clean and has everything you need. The air conditioning was a gift in the hot weather, too! I’m already wanting to come back to Madrid and stay in this place again. It was a beautiful experience. Thank you, Jose!

The house se Chiara is beautiful, very comfortable and with all the needs to spend a few days. We felt at home. Chiara was very kind and attentive at all times to how we were. We fell in love with the fireplace and the garden. If you are looking for tranquility, it is a good place to disconnect.

Fantastic place, very cosy and Rosario was an excellent communicator. would fully recommend to any couple or solo traveller looking for a base to see Madrid.

The house, the village and Laura have been 10. It is a beautiful house in a beautiful village and a girl who gives the best recommendations in the world based on your preferences. You feel right at home. We enjoyed a perfect relaxing end. Thank you very much We will be back!

Raquel was very attentive from the first contact!The location is good, close to many supermarkets and gas stations! The apartment needs some repairs, and if it had an air conditioner it would be perfect, but the host left us a portable fan that softened the heat! The bathroom and shower are a plus, The water pressure is great! The apartment meets the needs for a short stay!

The house is in a natural, quiet and beautiful environment. It is very clean as seen in the photos and very well equipped. And both Carlos and his wife were very attentive in case we needed anything.

The contact with Mario was very easy and direct. He gave all kinds of tips in advance and a good description of how to get in. If you are looking for a busy environment with a lot of entertainment, you are clearly not looking for such a place. However, if you are looking for a nice place to relax and want to explore the Spanish hinterland, it is ideal. Everything is as mentioned, it is sparkling clean and even some extras are offered. I was only here for one night, because I was in transit, but it is ideal to unwind. I would highly recommend it!

The house is great, very large, very comfortable. It is a very spacious house, and the group can enjoy different rooms (very comfortable living room, covered porch, garden with umbrellas, and basement). The barbecue is very large and fast (it is gas), it is a joy to cook there. They also have paella pans of different sizes. The only thing missing from the house is an oven, but we were able to make up for it with the barbecue. The rooms are very comfortable, the bathrooms are super spacious... We were super comfortable!

Everything was just as we expected! The first thing that caught my attention was Natalia's kindness and willingness. She assured us that she would be there whenever we needed her, and she was. He was great to us. It made us feel very comfortable that everything was clean and tidy, the atmosphere was not overloaded but we had the essentials. The house is cute and the area is beautiful. We fell in love with the views from all the windows and the aroma of vegetation that filtered into the house. It's not that I want to go back to the house, it's that I want to move!

This was our second time staying at Maria’s place; the first was made by my wife. And there’ll be more stays in the future. Maria is just the nicest host & we always feel immediately at home in her lovely apartment. So did our cat, who loved sleeping outside in the balcony garden We had more time to explore the area this time. Found Dot Cafe Bar a minute away whereas a 4 minute walk takes you to Nuo Sushi & Ramen 4 minutes . A 15 minute walk will get you to K Store on Embajadores, a modern Asian supermarket with a huge selection, in case you are hankering after ramen. Highly recommended place and neighborhood.

What a great place! We stayed for a month while learning Spanish and could not have been happier. Great location, in the heart of La Latina, easy to walk to all the major sights. Quiet and the air conditioner works really great. Rebecca and Victor have done everything to make a long stay really comfortable. The bedroom has really nice his-and-her wardrobes with ample space (and hangers) for holding all your clothes and even a jewelry tray! Then, there are the two bathrooms. One has a rain shower and the other has a regular shower so you can take your pick. The primary bathroom also has plenty of storage in drawers below the double sink so that you don't have to clutter the counter. And the water pressure is great. The kitchen is well-equipped and the fridge is big enough to store plenty of food. The stovetop works well. There is a washer that also dries your clothes (although it does take a while....) All in all, a fabulous stay!

Cozy air conditioned apartment in a great location. Roberto is also a kind, responsive and helpful host.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is 40 minutes by train from Madrid, in a peaceful environment, close to shops. There is a very nice little garden at the back of the apartment.

We had a great time at Laura and Daniel's in Paracuellos, very close to Madrid. The apartment was great: clean, comfortable and very well located. Thanks to public transport, it was very easy to get to the center of Madrid without a car. On April 28, a massive power outage hit Spain and Portugal. Despite this, Laura and Daniel were incredibly thoughtful: they provided us with portable lamps and checked in regularly to make sure everything was okay. The fact that Laura is fluent in French has greatly facilitated communication and was of great help. We highly recommend this accommodation for its comfort, its ideal location and especially for the exceptional hospitality of Laura and Daniel.

Awesome host and unit. Sufa was always quick to answer my queries and very accommodating with checking in. Was super sweet to see the fridge stocked up with bread, eggs, and water when I arrived..as well as oil and basic cooking supplies. The location was great, not a long walk to the metro station, the walks helped me make room for all the great food Madrid has to offer. I had a great experience visiting Madrid and Sufa’s hospitality was a part of that!

Leopoldo's apartment was great. Beautiful, great location in a lively neighbourhood. Also, Leopoldo was very friendly, helped me figure out tickets to a local museum. Overall a great experience. I would stay here again. One very small thing is that one of the bedrooms has a window that is the ground level of a street. Usually the noise was not a problem, though sometimes in the morning some street noise can be heard. Only an issue for light sleepers who would like to sleep in. The loft bedroom does not have this issue.

As usual after 4 years of using Alvaro's place , we are again fully satisfied.
