Very good experience, the place is super quiet and close to very nice beaches. The house is beautiful with everything you need to have a good stay. The hosts were very welcoming!

The apartment is very nice, as shown in the photo. The apartment is very organized and clean with a perfume smell, it is very well located, I did everything on foot. The apartment is just like the photos. The location is unbeatable, close to the beach but in turn close to the center and with excellent access to different collective lines. It is very well equipped and very comfortable and bright. The guys are very friendly and predisposed. I recommend it

We were 100% satisfied with the apartment and Andrea's service. The photos show the reality. It is noticeable that it was recently renovated, everything is in perfect condition (rooms, bathroom, kitchen, everything). It is delivered fully equipped (kitchen utensils, microwave, electric kettle, hair dryer, just to mention a few). The living room TV is smart, which is not a minor fact, and the internet connectivity is very good. Special mention for the view, the dining room and the two rooms overlooking the sea. Finally, it is in a strategic area where everything is close. We'll be back

The apartment is beautiful and very well equipped, in the best area of Mar del Plata. All its rooms have a direct view of the sea, which allows you to enjoy the place at all times. The building staff are very friendly and the service of Alvaro, the host, is impeccable. In the area you will find everything you need to enjoy a stay in the city, supermarkets, pharmacies, gastronomy, bars, cafes, etc. I would definitely come back!

An amazing apartment! Even better than the photos show! Neat, clean, with everything you need for a perfect stay. And the beautiful views...in addition to Villa Ortiz Basualdo in front of the main window, you can see the sea from three different places!! undoubtedly the best place!

Nieves' apartment was just what we were looking for. A beautiful view for a cold weather weekend. The heating and shower work perfectly and beyond the outside weather and the large windows, being able to contemplate such a view in a warm climate inside was a pleasure. The apartment is everything you see in the photos, beautiful!!! The location allows access to the center of Mar del Plata on one side and Chapadmalal on the other, two destinations we wanted to visit. Thank you Nieves for the kindness and warmth!

First I must say that Elena, the Host, is super friendly!! I had an excellent stay in this apartment. The property is really classy, with a modern, elegant design and very tasteful details. Everything was spotless and perfectly equipped. The rooms are bright and very comfortable. What's more, the location is unbeatable: close to the main attractions but in a quiet area. It is undoubtedly an ideal place for those looking for comfort and quality. I totally recommend it.

The apartment is located in a very good area, it is close to all the tourist places and the bus stations. It has everything you need to spend a few days and it is quite quiet to rest at night, I would definitely stay again in the same place.

Excellent everything! Inés a great host, the dpto is impeccable all new and everything you need for a stay. We were two adults and a child and it was very comfortable. The location is two blocks from the sea and very close to Punta Mogotes shopping center. It was super flexible and that has check in autonomomo is a plus. The garage is covered and a van enters well. 100% recommended!

Such a great apartment! It was perfect for family of 5 for a 2 week stay. Very spacious with a beautiful high end kitchen and a patio and terrace with a view of the lovely plaza Mitre My children loved being right next to plaza, there is so much for kids to do there! Walkable in a wonderful area with lots of great restaurants nearby as well as good proximity to the beach. The building staff were always friendly and helpful and the host is very responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Our stay was excellent. Gustavo was always attentive to our needs and comfort, he was very kind. We went with our little dog and we felt very safe and calm. It's very easy to get parking in the block during the afternoon/evening so we almost always left it at the door, it's a very safe area.
