The holiday apartment is located directly in the forest and with hiking trails, lakes and rivers a lot of variety is offered. Restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets can be reached in 3 minutes. It is a 12-minute drive to the highway and the center of the university city of Siegen.

Mit seiner großen Terrasse und dem Kamin bietet es Ihnen zu jeder Jahreszeit optimale Vorraussetzungen ein paar gemütliche Tage zu verbringen. Die zentrale Lage zwischen Bad Berleburg, Bad Laasphe und Erndtebrück lädt ein, die Natur und die abwechslungsreichen Freizeitangebote der Region Wittgenstein zu erleben und zu genießen.

In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake (SUP/kayak are also available) before watching the stars in the evening.

Welcome to our cozy granny apartment. Spend a few nice days with us and feel at home. The apartment is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet location. In 5-7 minutes' walk there is a small supermarket, bakery, organic shop, etc. The beautiful Oberbergisches Land invites you to hike and bike. Our newly renovated and newly furnished apartment "4 Linden" is located in a quiet residential area in the heart of Hilchenbach on the premium hiking trail Rothaarsteig. The apartment is 75 square meters and also includes a sauna for 4 people (a 3-hour use per stay is included, further uses for a fee). The city is the starting point of numerous hiking trails and cycling routes in the Sauerland-Rothaargebirge Nature Park.

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation in beautiful Niedersetzen with your own bathroom and kitchen (incl. little Breakfast) Just a few steps to the forest, but only 5 minutes to City (by car)! The house is in the old village center in a small garden, a terrace with a grill is available. It is over 400 years old and has a flair to match. However, you shouldn't be a giant, the door frames are sometimes very low.

Walnut cottage on the Listerhof

Our "walnut hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2021 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.

Apartment is located in Siegen-Niederschelden. Free parking right outside the door. We have completely replaced the mattresses to provide our guests with even more comfort in the future. The apartment is designed for up to four people. Guests can relax on a box spring bed in the bedroom, a sofa bed and a closet bed in the living area.
