So lovely and Warm welcome. Even after we had to adjust our arrival time a few times. And the presents, So incredibly tasty and thoughtful.

A sparkling clean house, furnished with lots of love and practicality. There are many small details to discover, the terrace and the garden invite you to use them. The environment is amazingly versatile. We were very warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable. The tips we received were extremely helpful.

If you want to spend a quiet weekend in the countryside, you are in very good hands in this accommodation. We enjoyed our time on site very much and were able to relax both in the apartment and in the directly adjacent garden. We loved the quiet surroundings. If you want to eat out, you have to drive a few minutes or walk a good distance, but you will definitely find what you are looking for. To emphasize: The accommodation was so clean that we thought we were the first guests.

We felt completely comfortable in Uta's cottage! The communication with Uta was great. The accommodation is super quiet on the edge of the village - perfect for really switching off. Inside, everything you need is there: a small, well-equipped kitchen, a fireplace, a comfortable bed, a cozy sofa with TV - everything to make you feel at home. Beautiful walking paths start right outside the door. Our highlight was the completely fenced (dog-proof!) garden. There, our furry friend could run around freely, play or doze in the grass. Everything was there for the dog (dog blanket for the sofa, food/water bar, garden hose and towels). From the terrace, you have a great view of the countryside - ideal for letting your thoughts wander or enjoying the sunset. In short: For us, the perfect accommodation to relax and simply unwind - far away from the hustle and bustle, neighbors and everyday stress.

Marie-Louise is an incredibly friendly person with an idyllically located house (bison in front of the window included). The kitchen is well equipped, we have rarely experienced this. It is beautifully quiet and also our daughter loved the surroundings, which invites you to hike. Children's equipment such as high chair and bed are also available. The nearby playground should also be mentioned. Bad Münstereifel is about 10 minutes by car, where you can find shops for shopping or restaurant. There is also a small garden or courtyard. We will be happy to come back.

This was an amazing place to stay. You feel at home with the first step that you take into this cute house. It is cozy, comfortable, and is stocked with anything you need for the first day you arrive. The Kitchen is equiped with all the necessary things, ready for a chef to cook for family or friends. Top rating from all of us 4 occupants👍. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

Great location, surrounded by nature, nice house,cozy but everything present, fenced terrace , ideal for our dog and view of a beautiful garden, so much to see in the area and endless walks to make , really recommended

It was a fantastically beautiful short vacation that we had in Caroline's home. Starting with the warm welcome, the tasteful and perfectly clean apartment to the fantastic location. You have the feeling of being alone in the middle of the forest. The tranquility in combination with nature was the most important aspect for me. Caroline lives on the same premises and manages the balancing act between proactive hospitality and maintaining privacy. Our expectations were definitely exceeded.

There were five of us in the mill and we really liked it! Nicole and Alfred are very warm and gave us good recommendations for exploring the area. Great view from the balcony directly into the forest. The street behind the house can be heard but is not very busy and therefore not a big deal. The apartment is very cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. We totally enjoyed it - thanks for the wonderful time! :)

The place is really great. The garden with sauna and whirlpool is the absolute highlight. We had a great time and would love to come back. Absolute recommendation!

The Stranzenburg is a super cool and extraordinary location. In addition to the flair of the 15th-18th century, a neighboring property with a bathing pond, charcoal grill, etc. is also available. We were here with a group of friends and were able to spend an exciting weekend; our crime thriller dinner planned for the holiday also found the perfect location as a setting! Ursula was always very easy to reach as a landlady and is also a great contact person. The cake that Ursula baked and prepared for the handover of the AirBnB was also super delicious. We can therefore recommend the accommodation to anyone who is looking for something unusual and wants to experience a special flair of the accommodation :-)

The apartment is really very high quality, the kitchen is super nice and modern. The building from the outside and the corridors to the room are less beautiful, but the accommodation can't help it. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed during our stay, which was a pity for us, as this was already a decisive aspect, which is why we were also willing to pay a little more. Overall, however, we had a great time and the apartment itself is, as I said, absolutely great and recommended.

Had a nice end to our road trip. Will definitely come here again, should we need a place to sleep around Cologne.

Due to the delay of our new building and the agreed date of departure from our old house, we had to quickly find a furnished apartment. This was even more difficult because we wanted to move in with a cat and a dog. From the first contact, our landlords had an open ear for all our problems or difficulties and, above all, always a solution. From the first day we felt very comfortable in our temporary home. The apartment has everything you need for everyday life and is very spacious. The surrounding area is a dream and invites you to take long walks or hike. All in all, a top accommodation that we can only recommend too much.

Peter is a super friendly host. Communication was completely straightforward. The apartment was very clean and nothing was missing. The location is very quiet. Great location ( and quiet with windows closed) - excellent facilities and all the right details - only issue I had was with sign in ( have never needed to provide age and passport number before ) and getting in to apartment using phone - good if both guests are provided with link on completion of the digital form - and once it just didn’t work . Having said that the response from Bob was quick and effective so no drama. Woukd definitely use Bobs again.

Super friendly host and the room is totally worth it

The refuge at Annette's is one of the very few Air BnB accommodations that I would book again and again. I have already been there a second time to spend an extended weekend and I am already looking forward to the day when I can return. What I particularly like: the beautiful, cozy furnishings, the good kitchen equipment, the cozy bed, the small private garden with cackling chickens in the foreground, parasol and grill, Annette and her family, who welcome you as a host and neighbor, the idyllic area with many beautiful hiking trails and all the small details in the refuge, which show how much love has been put into this accommodation. You just feel comfortable here!

Very nice and quiet apartment. In the evening, you can hear the horses neighing and enjoy the sunset with a view of the horse meadows. By car, you can get to the nearest supermarket super fast and beautiful hiking trails are also nearby. Anja was super nice and was always ready for questions ☺️ Very relaxing, beautiful and beautiful time!

Kristina was especially friendly and welcoming. The apartment is more spacious than I thought and well taken care of. The location was perfect for me near the train station and many restaurants.

Had a lovely stay in Marcus' cabin! It's as other reviews and Marcus himself describe: perfect when you aren't in need of luxury. I stayed there by myself and had a great time in the peaceful surroundings outside of the city. The animals are a fun bonus. Marcus is a friendly host and I felt welcome the second I got there. Would highly recommend this place for a unique and memorable stay in Cologne.
