In the immediate vicinity are the "Haus am See" [Lake House], a SAMsDIVING diving base, the beautiful Graefenthal Abbey, a nature reserve with several lakes and forest. On the Niers you can ride canoe and dinghy. The "GochNess" leisure pool with swimming pool and sauna area with access to the lake can be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot. We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful—they had left wine, milk, and fresh fruit for us upon arrival, which was such a kind gesture. The instructions provided were clear and helpful, and the restaurant recommendations were spot on. The house itself is perfect—very comfortable, well-equipped with everything you might need, and in an ideal location within walking distance to the centrum and a major supermarket. Highly recommended!

Beautiful location, great view, spacious home. Warm welcome. Actually nothing to note, only praise. If I can mention an area for improvement, it is the stairs to the apartment. I hardly see any depth myself, so an open staircase is very difficult for me. In addition, the stairs are therefore also not walkable for dogs, so we had to lift our dog. Furthermore, we have enjoyed this place very much and can recommend it to everyone!

We had a great stay in the house! The location is fantastic - detached with a beautiful view, perfect for switching off and relaxing. The house is very comfortably furnished and stocked with anything you might need. The fireplace in particular provided a really pleasant atmosphere in the evenings. The contact was also great - fast, friendly and completely uncomplicated. You felt immediately welcome. We will be happy to come back and can only recommend the house! Thank you 🤩

Nice accommodation with a stylish and cozy decor. The space has a spacious roof terrace. Each window is fitted with a good screen, making the room incredibly easy to ventilate after a warm day. Anja is a very friendly host. She responds quickly to messages, thinks along and makes you feel welcome quickly. We loved the stay!
