Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Sidoarjo Regency

First of all, Imma was incredibly helpful. She clearly explained the check in process and guided us on where to park. When we arrived, the place looked just like the photos - clean, well maintained and equipped with all the essential amenities in a compact space

the best choice to stay if you are visiting Surabaya. the location is just right in the city, easy to reach and find if you're using vehicle. and walkable to see around. i definitely will stay at this place on my next trip!

Very much enjoyed the stay! The apartment was beautifully furnished and all the rooms were so spacious, and the view was absolutely stunning. The lift system was such that it felt like we had a private lift to the apartment, and it was so convenient to get to the mall complex from the apartment. All in all a luxurious stay. Lucinda and Isaac were very responsive and kind in their communication. Thank you for having us!

Super clean! Highly highly recommended this place for families! The place is clean, near supermarket (50m from Hokky Supermarket), near mall (pakuwon city mall). Mrs Indira (the owner) is very communicative, helpful, fast respond. She is a great host! Mrs Dewi, the assistant is very communicative too. Both of them are great! The security in this apartment also very friendly and helpful.

Since it's a new place, everything's in awesome shape. The hosts are super friendly and really helpful, and we've got everything we need. Plus, the location is great, just 15 minutes from Pakuwon Mall. I'd totally recommend staying here ❤️

the place is really good and strategic

Popy was very friendly and responsive. She replaced the thinner white curtains with darker and thicker fabric ones for the windows as suggested. The issue others mentioned in previous reviews regarding noise did not bother us as the traffic was not that heavy on the road outside except during a short window during rush hours - most vehicles passed by without my notice. When we had music on, that was a non-issue. Thank you popy.

Joshua's place is beautiful and spacious. The view from the apartment is awesome. The apartment is connected to a mall so very convenient for us. The beds are comfortable. I was happy that the place has a microwave! Joshua was very easy to reach and to talk to. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Check in / check out instructions are very clear. The host is very responsive and very helpful in dealing with some obstacles. When you need an extra blanket, it's delivered right away plus bread too. Even when checking in, there were welcome snacks. Really appreciate it. Apartment is clean and tidy. Everything works well. Fast wifi and can be used for work. The location is connected to the mall, making it easy to shop and eat. Very recommend it.
