Very smooth stay here 😊 The instructions provided were very clear. The place is cozy and clean, it's near a lot of great restaurants and a walking distance from a great mall. Mohamed was always responsive and helpful. I totally recommend staying here!

C’est la deuxième fois que je réserve cet appartement, et je suis toujours aussi satisfait ! L’endroit est propre, confortable et parfaitement conforme à la description. L’hôte est très réactif et accueillant, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement, et je n’hésiterai pas à revenir une troisième fois !

Good stay! It's 1:1 with the photos, everything was on point. Host very generously provides extra basic supplies and services that go above and beyond. I felt comfortable in the neighborhood at all hours and times, it is very chill. It is not hectic like in Tunis proper. Location gives you no shortage of food and grocery options within a 3 to 12 minute walk. The apartment is very suitable and comfortable for a long stay. The bed was good. The kitchen had everything. Having a wash machine and clothesline to hang was perfect. I attended online classes everyday for weeks. The internet is extremely stable but with a low upstream. You can always hear & see perfectly, but your outgoing video will pause to the other party a few seconds here and there. The bathroom fan is close to the volume level of a jackhammer. This is the only thing I'd change.

Ce logement est parfait, c'est la 3eme fois que je le loue et tout s'est toujours très bien passé. En plein coeur de la Marsa, l'environnement est beau et chaleureux L'appartement décoré au style Sidi Bou Saïd est trop joli et lumineux l'hôte est très amical et réactif je le recommande fortement surtout lors d'une 1ère location et que l'on ne sait pas trop quoi choisir

I had a wonderful stay at Mr. Khalil's house! The home was super clean👍, beautifully maintained, and had everything I needed—so well-equipped and comfortable. The neighborhood is calm, safe, and very conveniently located near everything. Mr. Khalil is such a friendly and helpful host, always available if needed. I highly recommend this place🥰!

Amina est une hôte très réactive et très sympa! Elle nous a magnifiquement bien accueillie dans son appartement et nous a fait une liste de recommandations de contacts et d’endroits à visiter. Elle nous a tout de suite mis en confiance par sa gentillesse et nous a très bien expliqué tout ce qu’il y avait à savoir sur l’appartement et la ville. C’est une hôte très réactive et très généreuse qui a fait que notre séjour s’est très bien passé. L’appartement est très bien situé, en centre ville, à côté de commerces, cafés, restaurants, banques et tout ce dont nous pourrions avoir besoin. Petit point positif évidemment pour la décoration de l’appartement qui est magnifique et nous a beaucoup plus ! Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et recommandons grandement le logement d’Amina ! ☀️

Die Wohnung ist ein orientalischer Traum! Wunderschön und liebevoll gestaltet auf drei Etagen mit allem was das Herz begehrt, einschließlich lauschiger Dachterrasse. Zentrumsnah und doch ruhig gelegen. Der nette Herr, der uns die Wohnung übergeben hat, hatte zudem gute Gastrotipps auf Lager. Empfehlung: Frühstück im Café inmitten des nahegelegenen Parks von Sidi Bouzid. Vielfältig und Riesenportionen!

Votre logement très propre, literie et linge lit de très haute qualité. ❤️ Dommage que la troisième chambre n'est pas pourvue un grand lit !😉 Climatisation partout 😃 2 salles de bain ( salle d'eau ,douche à l' Italienne ) et une avec baignoire. Logement à la hauteur de nos attentes. Merci 🙏🏻

Kaïs s’est montré très réactif et agréable, avec une arrivée très souple. Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description et est très bien situé pour ceux qui veulent accéder rapidement à Carthage, La Marsa et Sidi Bou Saïd. On garde l’adresse !

J’ai passé un mois et demi dans ce logement avec mon mari et notre fils, et tout s’est très bien passé. L’endroit est propre, lumineux et situé dans un quartier calme et agréable. La maison, toute blanche, est joliment aménagée avec deux belles chambres aux couleurs douces et apaisantes. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée, il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour vivre confortablement en famille. Un grand merci à Monsieur Nourddine pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité et toutes ses petites attentions durant notre séjour. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Je recommande vivement !

Unser Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch zentral, ideal für Ausflüge und Erholung. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos und schnell. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Jederzeit gerne wieder

Out of the 3 airbnb’s I stayed in in tunisia - this one ranked number one for the sole experience I had with this incredible family. They were accommodating in the kindest of ways. It was very private but they were on standby for any reason if needed. The space itself was cozy and clean. Well stocked with everything you could need - supplies and amenities. Definitely more of a “home’y” feel. When my partner injured her foot, the family was there to help take care of everything - one of the sons is a doctor who graciously helped her out. From the grandmother to the children and the awesome hosts - we had everything and more, including home cooked meals! I usually like my privacy away from people while at airbnbs, however, I found myself not wanting to leave the company of this amazing family. A special first for me. So grateful for this experience and for this family. I will certainly return.

Seule petite difficulté j’ai eu du mal à avoir accès à la boîte à clé 🔑 avec ma petite taille 😅 et qui est très proche du murée de la porte hhh !
