Old town Cozy Villa in the heart of Antalya

My house is an old town house with 2 floors for up to 5 people with its 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 1 garden and 1 terrace. So you can feel at home with family and friends. In the house you can find everything you need. You can reach the upstairs bedroom from the stairs in the garden. I designed the house myself. It has a historical look with rustic wood and comfortable and cosy beds. There are air conditions in both bedrooms and living room with hot and cold options.

IMPORTANT!!! DURING OFF SEASON PERIOD UNTIL MAY SWIMMING POOL AND BEACH EQUIPMENT ARE NOT AVAILABLE!!! And be realistic - it is not possible to worm up the house to the hotel room level. Villa in a 24/7 secured village with unique (5 hectares) territory. Approximetely 700 - 1200 meters to the deserted beach. Parking lot under security control. Please note: village isolated from civilization, there are no public transportation to the shops except taxi. Absolutely quiet and peaceful place!

Entire Sultan house with sun roof terrace Kaleiçi

The broken minaret is only at 50 me. of the house. Mermerli beach is on 5 min. walking distance. The own sun roof terrace is very exceptional in the old town with mountain view. Also you have on the 2nd floor a third bedroom, On the first floor you have 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom with washing machine, free of charge. On the ground floor there is the sitting room. dinning room and kitchen with a terrace. Airconditioning is in the 3 bedrooms, salon dinning room and kitchen.
