Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Sicily

We had a great time at Filippo's place. Her apartment has a very authentic charm, the terrace has a breathtaking view, and we were able to make delicious lemonades and pasta al limone with lemons from her garden! Filippo also gave us very good advice, such as going to see the Caletta Sant'Elia 15 minutes away by car. A real and beautiful discovery! Thanks again!

Great terraces with view of the sea. Not a lot of restaurants to walk to. Place was very clean and furnished well. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to make several dinners there with no problem. We went during shoulder season so the area was very quiet. I’m sure it’s busier during the summer.

Francesco's vacation home is beautifully situated on the slope of Mount Etna with a terrace view to the north-east. From the terrace, you can enjoy a beautiful view over the vineyards and into the valley of Linguaglossa. You can really enjoy your peace and quiet there and there are two restaurants within walking distance. A rental car is nevertheless recommended to extensively explore the great surroundings (excursion to Etna - 16km, beach south of Naxos - about 20km, Taormina (great recommendation) - about 30km, Alcantara gorge - about 20km and and and). All in all, a very nice vacation home for up to 4 people with a great quiet location and fantastic views. We will be happy to come back.

We stayed for four weeks in march. We had a great time, we fell in love with the place and their lovely dog Fiocco who is very sweet, also to children. Therèse and Viviana were very kind and helpful when we had questions. The house is situated in the middle of a large lemon grove and a daily stroll to the sea (it's a pebble beach) is greatly recommended. The nearby village San Stefano di Camastra is great for an ice cream and a coffee. We expected more hikes to be near, as it is located right next to Nebrodi but finding and reaching hotspots (hiking or otherwise) was ultimately harder than expected. We encountered this across Sicily though and is not related to the house itself. Our children loved to roam around the premises and find their own little adventures. All in all, we had a great relaxed stay and felt in tune with rural Sicily.

Marion’s place was absolutely beautiful, the pictures didn’t do the listing justice!! The place had views which were amazing to enjoy all day long and of an evening when everything is lit up. Marion was super helpful and responsive for any local recommendations and places to visit out of the town - thank you again!!!

We loved to stay at Magali’s place. It is a wonderful gem in a less crowded part of Italy. Surrounded by beautiful nature these new apartments are the perfect place for relaxing and exploring. You have Menfi and the beach nearby and the apartments even have full kitchens. We highly recommend to stay here and enjoy the peaceful sides of Sicily!

We spent a great week at Marcello's place. It is a beautiful property with a charming garden and super friendly cats. Marcello was very helpful and attentive. Gave us very helpful tips and recommendations. We definitely recommend and we enjoyed every minute! Kitchen has all the essentials. Plus, an outdoor space for cooking and dining. There's a nice beach club with crystal clear water nearby, only 5min walk. Having car at this location is recommended- there are many places to discover and the garden has a secured parking.

Giuliana was a wonderful host – warm, welcoming, and always discreet. Her beautiful Shanti is a truly special place: the house is stunning, peaceful, and the pool adds a magical touch. We felt at home from the very first moment. Giuliana was always available with helpful suggestions and made our stay in Sicily even more enjoyable. Her kindness and care made a real difference. This has been a holiday we will always remember with joy. Thank you, Giuliana, from all of us – we hope to return soon to this little oasis of peace.

We were very enthusiastic about the accommodation and the beautiful view you had. If you are looking for a place to relax, I can only recommend the accommodation, as it is quietly located and yet easily accessible by car. It is about 20 minutes' walk to the sea, where you can't swim because of the stones, but you can watch a beautiful sunset. Right at check-in you could feel at home, as the apartment was very clean and included everything necessary for living. The communication was also more than perfect, the check-in and check-out worked great. She was always available for questions and responded very quickly.

Carmela’s apartment is in a lovely part of Taormina. One street from the corso but very peaceful. She greeted me on arrival and allowed an earlier check in. I particularly enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony.

This is by far the best Airbnb I've stayed in! it is beautifully decorated, clean, spacious, and well located. Maddalena is a great hostess. She was flexible about storing our luggage, provided a list of good restaurants and cafes, and even made us dinner reservations when I was unable to get a table online. I highly recommend Maddalena's home. I only wish we had booked more days there!!

Francesco and your wife are truly extraordinary. You can tell they just want to share this happiness with the house and the property, and it’s not just about making money. You feel very comfortable and welcome and have the feeling that you are part of the history of this place because they both talk about it so passionately. I wish I could speak Italian better so I could also talk with Francesco’s wife. I think we would have gotten along well :D The bungalow is really very cute. You have to be a bit careful since you sleep in one room. It’s all mentioned in the description, but I overlooked it at first. The location is perfect and Mondello is a dreamlike beautiful place. I’m looking forward to coming back.

A little piece of heaven on the island! Thank you so much for sharing your space with us. We loved having the upstairs to rest and relax after a very busy vacation! Most places are within walking distance, and the downtown is a short jaunt away. The restaurants in Tripani are fantastic, the beaches are beautiful, and we love the pace of the city! A very artistic studio located in the heart of Catania, easily accessible by car. The space is situated within a residential building (note: no elevator), but it's safe and secure—we had no issues during our stay. The host was incredibly accommodating and highly responsive.

We had 2 great days. The house was clean, spacious and well organized. Delicious shower, nice bed and air conditioning. The roof terrace is phenomenal. Beautiful view of the castle, the city and Mount Etna. Nearby, everything is walkable. Shops, cafes, restaurants. It was a very nice stay.

The apartment is very well located. We spent one whole day only in Catania and the other 2 days, we took day trips. The apartment was perfect: close to basically everything (even the Museo dello Sbarco is only one subway station away). We had an issue with the AC as it wasn’t functioning and Salvatore came by to fix it even though it was late. We are a family of 4 and we weren’t on top of each other. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Nice water pressure which is not always the case in Sicily. The elevator is of course a big plus. The restaurant across the street serves delicious pizzas. Lots of choices for ice creams and granita in the neighborhood: we didn’t manage to try them all:) Bellini’s museum and family home is not far and worth the visit.

Charming place, like in a movie. We will definitely return to “home” because this is the feeling of a familiar place. Thanks for sharing the shelter

Beautiful location in the middle of nature between the vineyards and olive trees. Delightful place to unwind, BBQ outside, and visit surrounding area incl Etna. The only disadvantage is the narrow road to it. We succeeded with a Skodia Fabia (relatively wide), but it is intended for the good driver. Otherwise, parking at the end of the path is possible. As far as we are concerned, it is more than worth it and highly recommended!!

We had wunderful days at the house. It was situated beautifully in NP Madonie. Several amazing hikes started directly from the house. So easy!! Very quiet, birds singing and we saw deers at the house and on our hikes. Alessandra was very friendly, explained everything, gave us information we needed, about hikes and closed roads. It was a pleasure to stay at her place!

Beautifulll quiet area and very private. Surrounded by fruitteelt, the awesome pool, very well working airconditioning, Noemi's father taking care of the pool and the cats and so on. You can't get better value for your money! Someone wrote there was no airco in the bedroom and no curtains in a review. That's not True! Everything was there and more! You won't regret renting this house.

I highly recommend Antonino's chalet! Excellent hospitality and cleanliness of the apartment. The chalet looks exactly as pictured: very nice and well maintained. The owner welcomed us with great flexibility and was always super helpful and present throughout the stay. The view is crazy. Although there is no air conditioning, we were still provided with two fans by Antonino. The chalet is located a few minutes drive from Bovo Marina beach, very large and with parking. Overall we had a great time and were really happy with our vacation.

Nice, warm welcome from Fabrizio. The oven was already on (it was winter). There were homemade cakes, wine and small treats. Fabrizio was very nice and explained everything to us. The place was very cozy. We thought the apartment goes over two floors. But only booked the bottom floor. There are two apartments. One at the top, one at the bottom. The view of Mount Etna was breathtaking and also the view of the sea. Good starting point for hiking. Fabrizio was always reachable. We also shopped in his shop and were well advised. Overall a very nice stay!
