Holiday rentals with breakfast in Sibiu

Raluca is an amazing host, very responsive. The place was super clean and was exactly what I was looking for.

We liked the house a lot. The village is super quiet. Great hiking in the area. Jonas is a very good host, always connecting people. We had some issues in the house (fridge broke down) which were solved quickly. Jonas is owner of the Valea Verde resort in the same village, 5 minutes walk from the house. The resort has a natural swimming pool and a big field to relax. Very nice to have access to this in addition to the house. The bed was very comfortable. All in all we felt at home in Casa Johann and would stay there again when visiting Cund.

Our stay with Adana was perfect. The stay at the authentic villa was perfect, our rooms were clean and decorated in style. The location is ideal for all types of activities, from hiking to city trips. Next to that, Adana is the perfect host, going the extra mile to create the best experience for her guests. From waking up early to gather fresh ingredients to being a full personal tour guide, she does everything and more to ensure you have a perfect stay. In conclusion, 10/10 I would love to stay over at riçhis 22 again in the future.

Eduard is indeed an amazing host. He was very friendly, made us feeling like home. He offered us a beer, showed us the surroundings, and we had a really nice conversation. We have appreciated the authentically Saxon architecture and furniture of the accommodation, the relaxing atmosphere of the garden, the beauty of the nature and the quietness. We truly recommend staying at Eduard’s place!

We were a group of 8 that needed acomodation to go skiing during the day to Paltinis. The house is a great place to stay, it has everything you need, very well equipped. Dumitru is an amazing host, we felt very welcomed and he cared for all of our needs. The included breakfast is very tasty and consistent, it also included sweets(we received pancakes in one day). I really recomand Dumitru's acomodation, one of the best hosts I ever met.

Our stay at Talmaciu was very nice. We were warmly welcomed and got a homemade wine on the table for a welcome. The apartment is very spacious and nothing is missing. The kitchen in particular is well equipped. We were allowed to harvest vegetables and fruit in the garden, apples and pears would even be brought to us. The host was very very friendly - we felt very much and will not forget the stay in Talmaciu.

The hosts were super nice and the location is great. Price wise, it’s a good deal for everyone that needs a break fom their day to day. 10/10 recommend!

The most perfect and romantic place you could pick in Cisnadioara! As expected, the view is spectacular, very peaceful and beautiful. We could hear bells, whistle songs, a few dogs and many birds chirping, everything while watching amazing sunsets. Needless to say that we were so lucky that we got to see the red aurora in one of the nights. Very close to Cisnadioara center, 3 minutes walk to the old church which you can also enjoy it from the balcony. You can find some small shops in the village or some bigger ones in Cisnadie. There are also some really good restaurants in the village which I recommend you. The apartment was clean and nice, the bed was comfortable and we slept like babies. Mara was a really nice and friendly host and received us even if we booked it last minute. Thank you for having us!

Highly recommended! A gem in Sibiu. I was accomodated in a gorgeous apartament fantastically renovated and decorated in a stylish mixture of the ancient and the modern, with all what one needs to chill visit and do business. I am already planning a next stay there.

Everything was perfect!

Excellent stay in Sibiu Air conditioning and air purification system that allows you to bring in fresh air from outside without opening the window, very useful for those with allergies, for example. The apartment is modern, but also with a few pieces of old furniture refurbished with good taste and to a high quality, a rare thing. There is a comfortable bathroom with underfloor heating ideal for the cold season, a fully equipped kitchen, even with a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The owner was very friendly and gave us check-in details and answered all our questions in a timely manner. It is located close to the city center, the commercial area and other interesting tourist attractions. There is even free public parking.

2-room apartment, lovingly designed and just perfect! My stay in this apartment was great and I can only highly recommend this apartment. Actually, it's too good to be true, I fell in love with this apartment very quickly!

I had such a lovely stay here! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures stylish, super clean, and really peaceful. I appreciated all the little touches: fresh breakfast, coffee, wine… everything was just right. You can tell the host really cares about the guests’ experience. Would definitely come back!

We stayed here for 2 nights in October 2022. We are a family of 4 and it was perfect and very comfortable for us. The apartment was very clean. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with a TV, and 1 bathroom with 2 doors. The mattresses were comfortable, the pillows were full and fluffy, and the sheets and duvet covers were soft and smooth. I called in advance to notify them of 2 particular allergies in our family, and reception was kind and responsive and accommodated the allergies. Normally I find AirBnBs to be a bit a bit lacking in cleanliness, but no one really wants to say that in the review because it must seem awkward. But this apartment was truly clean, and I felt very, very comfortable here. As the weather was starting to get cold, the apartment was warm and toasty. Light housekeeping was included in the rate. Outside of the front door is a balcony with a view of the inner courtyard and walkway with fragrant green grapes growing on vines. The apartment has 3 large windows which was lovely. The bathroom was very clean. The shower is clean. I’d like to mention the shower stall specifically because it had such a great design- there were door handles on both inside and outside of shower doors. Additionally, both the soap holder and toiletry holder have holes, to drain water, which is a simple concept but brilliant and I find this lacking in many shower stalls. Nice toiletries from Turkey. Hot water for showers. The location is excellent. It is a very short walk to town square, restaurants, Scholar’s Stairway, Clock Tower, and Vlad Țepeș’ supposed birthplace. Breakfast was included in the rate and was fantastic- homemade plum preserves with brandy made by Olivia, homemade rose hip preserves, homemade plum cake, ham omelets, sizzling hot sausages with mustard, homemade zacusca, and fresh bread. Milk, fresh apple juice with no sugar added, coffee and hot water (for tea) are available for morning beverages. The apartment and breakfast both even had a variety Twinings tea bags which was very nice. Pictures are accurate. Vaulted ceilings as shown in pictures. Parking is down the hill at the entrance to the Old Town. You must pay for parking. It’s a 5 minute walk uphill to get back to the AirBnB and the Old Town. I saw 1 or 2 vehicles parked on the property, but I’m not sure who is permitted to do that. My only suggestion is to add another, bigger trash can in the living area. Currently the only trash can is in the bathroom and it’s tiny. The wifi is not good, but it’s a good chance to disconnect and enjoy the lovely environment. I would certainly stay here again and recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful stay at Trappold house, it seem that everything was made with good taste and attention to details. Our apartment was very nice with garden view, I think as all the other ones. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The place is very quiet, green and relaxing. Trappold house is a great place for kids too, with many toy, trampoline, slides and swings. We enjoyed also the hot tub at evening when our little one was already sleeping. Summing all up, it was a special stay at Trappold place and we would definitely recommend it to everyone.

After a couple nights in Braşov, a night in a peaceful village is just what we needed. The entire facility was beautifully maintained and was even better than I expected. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast. Hospitality was great! I’d definitely recommend this place!

We stayed a night - which was 6 days too short! The house looks like a museum - but is really comfortable, the showers hot, aircon for hot summers, the breakfasts great and the town easy to get around with a freindly bar nearby and enough in the neighbourhood to keep you happy for days. If you have a car it makes a much quieter base for touring the area than staying in Sibiu - but there are great bus links and inexpensive taxis to Sibiu and Cisnadie (two "must see" Romanian towns!) if you came by train or bus. For car owners there was plenty of free all day parking in the "town square" outside - and this was in high summer. For relaxing days there are swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) nearby, and it isn't far to the amazing "Astra Village Museum" which has collected at-risk old buildings from the region and reconstructed them in a huge parkland - check the website for the great folk festivals that happen there often through the year. Lastly - they are greats hosts - thank you!

A lovely, quiet area with great facilities and friendly staff. We slept well and felt well received. We will definitely come again another time!

A peace of heaven. I cannot speak more highly of this beautiful bed and breakfast! Set in a 300 year old house with beautiful surroundings, Roxana and Tony have done such an amazing job. Close to great restaurants in a quiet corner overlooking the mountains and under an 800 year old Citadel. Room, bathroom, communication, friendliness, and specially the breakfast were all sensational. We wished we could have stayed longer.
