Andrea's place was beyond all expectations. We were a group of 7 friends who got everything we needed and more. Andrea was incredibly helpful and even drove to the airport to hand over a cell phone we had forgotten. I can not recommend this place enough. (+ the view was to die for!)

Beautiful farmhouse/cottage! Just 30 minutes from Pisa and an hour from Florence. Laura is a very kind and responsive host. She went out of her way to welcome us and help us. 2 cozy bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen and a beautiful living room and terrace. (The water in this home can be used for cooking, but not drinkable - it is “hard”. Would recommend to bring your own. Nearest supermarket is a few km away). Overall, a beautiful stay in the Tuscan countryside!

Rachele and her family's accommodation is a fantastic peaceful haven. We loved feeding the geese on the way to the pool and to play tennis, the grounds are amazing and have beautiful views from the pool which was perfect for cooling off. We chose the accommodation due to it being centrally located for Pisa, Lucca, Florence & Siena and due to it having excellent reviews and character and it exceeded expectations on all fronts. Rachele was an excellent host, friendly, professional, great communication and so helpful in lending us a buggy for our visit to Florence. We hope to stay here again in future!

Villa Lina, Luxury Farmhouse with Pool and Amazing

Villa Lina was even more beautiful than the pictures showed. The house was clean, had new and comfortable bedding, had plenty of space for our family, and the view was outstanding. The place is very private, high up on the hill, but with the instructions from our host we had no trouble finding it, even in the dark. The driveway is about 1/4 mile, steep, with parts of it gravel, and has several sharp turns, but we made it no problem with the small jeep we rented (without 4WD). Just take it slow. It is about a 15 minute drive back down to the town center of Lucca and the train station and 10 minutes to a grocery store. The back roads are very narrow until you get to a main road so use caution and we were lucky enough that others backed up for us when we met on the narrow spots. The view and seclusion were well worth the drive up for us. If you want an amazing view of the Tuscan countryside, but also a short drive to a neat town and a train station, Villa Lina is a great choice!

How can we even put into words what an incredible experience this was! Antonella was kind and helpful, and her home is just stunning. She made us feel so at home even with our limited Italian. She prepared us a home cooked, four-course meal one night and it was absolutely delicious. She even gave us the leftovers so we could have them for breakfast the next day. The villa was breathtaking and in a perfect location to visit beautiful towns in Tuscany like Pienza, Montepulciano and San Gimignano. We especially loved the pool and visiting with the animals. This was a bucket list stay for us and worth every penny!
