There is a balcony. 2 air conditions (1 in the Bedroom and 1 in the Living room). Bathroom include shower with rainfall shower head and bath tub. This apartment is located in Chang Khlan area in Chiang Mai. Easy access to Night Bazaar, Old town area and the airport. There are lots of chic places around; shops, cafes, coffee shops, local and international restaurants, grocery store, ATM, Banks. >> Facilities provided: << Hi speed wireless internet, 43" UHD 4K Smart TV in living room, Towels, Shampoo , Conditioner and Body wash, Washing and dryer machine, Iron/iron board, Minibar, Cookwares and Basic kitchen appliances (fridge, electric stove , hood, toaster, water boiler, microwave), Hair dryer, Gym and pool. There is 24 Hr. security guards and CCTV. Only people with keycard can enter the building. Please download Grab app on your mobile. >> Monthly rent condition : Please note that the monthly rate guests pay to Airbnb is excluding electricity usage. The electricity usage will be charged on actual usage at 10 baht per unit , water supply for 35 baht per unit during stay on the first day of each month and on the checkout date. If you turn on air conditioner only when you sleep at night, it should be around 1,500 Bath per month. Cleaning is only done once before check in. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a stove (not for heavy fried cooking), refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, coffeemaker, water cooker, washing machine with drying function, as well as all the essential kitchen tools and utensils.We provide also ironer and ironing board. A gem! As an architect I loved the design of the house. You can see the creative energy the owners put into this project. I highly recommend it. Second floor offers full privacy. First floor is a bit more open towards the street, but I liked it as you get to feel the vibe of the neighborhood. Perfect for 2-4 people.

We stayed here for 2 nights. If we weren't on a schedule to leave for Phuket, I would have liked to stay longer. I especially liked walking around the neighborhood. There were nice cafes, restaurants, art galleries, etc. Tinnaphat was extremely responsive and helpful. The place is spacious, clean, and had nice finishes. They also provided complimentary snacks.

A wonderful house that includes everything you need for a stay in Chiang Mai. This accomdation is so close to the old town and it has a range of amenities (coffee shops, and restaurants) within a 15 minute walk. The house itself was spacious, clean and comfortable. Boonyarit has thought of everything and we had a wonderful stay.

In particular, Mina was considerate enough to allow us to check out late, so we were able to rest well. The location and the condition of the accommodation were all good. My wife and I had a wonderful 100 night stay. Location is great, dozens of restaurants within walking distance. Two grocery stores within walking distance. Natasa is a super host. She is always quick to respond to questions or requests. She helped us line up cars and drivers when we needed them. She's always around and responsive.
