Bird Forest has three old teak houses in Thai Lanna style. Each house is independent. This one is called Ship. (Maximum 2 people) (No breakfast) (No airport pick-up) (Please note that this is a wooden house and is not soundproof) Located in a small alley in the heart of Chiang Mai Ancient City. I have incorporated my collection of antique furniture into every corner of the space. The house will suit those who like to experience and cherish the traditional Thai way of life. (Picky people should beware.) This is an old house. Unlike big city apartments, it's not a hotel. Again, please don't choose here if you're a nit picker) 10 minutes walk to the main attractions, restaurants, cafes and night markets of the ancient city. (For example, 10 minutes walk to Wat Chedi Luang, 10 minutes walk to Saturday Night Market, 10 minutes walk to Sunday Night Market. 18 min walk to Tha Phae Gate. 10 minutes drive to Chiang Mai University, 7 minutes drive to Nimman Road) The house has a bedroom, a small living room, a semi-open lounge area, and a private bathroom. In addition to your private space, there is another house in the front yard with antique furniture in the living room where you can have tea, read, and relax, as well as a small courtyard filled with plants.

Great location very close to the old town but in a nice quiet spot. The S room is perfect for one person and I loved the pool - even if I was there during Songkran and fully wet alle the time. :-) Would definitely recommend it!

Absolutely loved my stay here! Nuan and Peter are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts who instantly make you feel at home. The house is beautifully designed with a perfect blend of modern comfort and natural materials. The private pool and outdoor seating area are serene and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. One lovely detail is that you can step straight into the shower from the pool. The neighborhood feels very safe and is ideally located, with beautiful temples nearby and lots of delicious local food just around the corner. Perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility. I’d definitely love to come back again :)

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Chiang Mai! The place was clean, comfortable, great AC, and exactly as described—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The host was incredibly kind and flexible, which made the entire experience stress-free. They went above and beyond by recommending so many great places to visit and eat—thanks to their tips, I got to experience some real local gems I wouldn't have found on my own. The location was also convenient, making it easy to get around and see the best of Chiang Mai. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for such a warm and welcoming stay!

Location was perfect! Lots to do in the area. The Sunday market was literally a 2 minute walk. We did the Asian Scenic Cooking Class that is also down the road(2-min walk) and loved the class! My partner got a THB 200 hair cut and small beard trim from the Hairstylest downstairs and had a great experience. Staff: Really friendly and helpful. They provided us with helpful responses to our questions while we planned our day trips. They also have tons of resources and tours pamphlets at the entrance. Cleaniness: Calm and clean. No bugs, mold, nor smoking. We appreciated how they provided clean towels and water bottles. They also provide cold/hot water downstairs. Bed and AC: Bed was really comfortable. AC and fan worked perfectly and had no trouble. Check-out: Smooth. They inspect room prior to returning your THB 400 deposit back. If you respect the space and items then you should not have any issues getting the deposit back. Overall, I would definitely book again!
