We loved this home so much we extended our stay! It was perfect for our family with young children as it’s in a quiet and safe neighborhood with a lovely playground. The owner provided everything we needed and was there when we checked in to show us the house. We all loved it and hope to stay again someday!

Napapat's house is very clean and spacioius. Napapat is very kind and thoughtful host, and gave quick replies to all my questions. The house has many useful appliances such as coffee maker and water purifier. I highly recommend Napapat's house for anyone planning to travel around Chiangmai. I would defintely like to come back to this beautiful house if I ever get a chance to come to Chiangmai again.

Especially love the first floor!The creation of light and french retro furniture are simply a photographic studio!The kittens bribe with a cat strip really have a sense of lens (the studio on the first floor we live in doesn't feel crowded at all or the private bathroom ~ There is also a super spacious kitchen with all kinds of kitchen utensils and condiments, and the refrigerator and washing machine capacity are also very large for a family to rent. It should be comfortable to rent a long house ~

The accommodation is quiet and peaceful. The house is large and spacious, but it’s quite far from tourist attractions. The entrance to the alley is a bit deep. If distance isn’t an issue, this is definitely a place worth staying. The owner responds quickly.

Very nice villa in local area, same as the picture you could see and even better. House is brand new, and easy to find on google map. The host gives very clear instruction for check in and response very quick. Will recommend to everyone travel with family and friends.

A wonderful stay! The accommodation was clean, quiet, and perfect for families. The owner takes excellent care of the place, and everything looked just like the photos. Tolani's place was perfect for our large group to all stay in one compound. street food started just around the corner and easy to hail a tuktuk or taxi from the main road. Ying the maid kept everything fresh and clean during the day and did a great job. would stay here again if I came back to Chiang Mai with a large group

Lovely room and pool! staff were lovely and cafe was convenient by the pool. Unfortunately had very noisy people upstairs but otherwise was great. Grand Canyon Waterpark basically across the road and a 7/11 roughly 20/25 min walk but otherwise need taxis to get around.

Brilliant stay

We had a great stay at Neil's. Everything was easy from check in to check out. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is super comfortable and the amenities such as the pool were excellent. The apartment, even though, was close to everything, is extremely quiet. We loved that it was just a few steps away from the famous markets, grocery store, bank and redtaurants. You absolutely need to book spa treatments, next door, at the Peak Spa, for an amazing experience. I have already recommanded Neil's apartment to our friends who are looking to go visit Chiang Mai. Thanks Neil for everything!

Quite place with everything we needed. Nice with access to pool, welll equipped kitchen, free water, Netflix and free bikes for use. Very good attention by the owner as well.

Probably a special fate for us to stay at Moon and Hank's country cottage, which was the biggest highlight of this trip.Self hire car drives past, very good find with clear signage.After going in, it is like a cottage in Tao Yuan Ming Poetry, and I think the scene in Taohua is no more.Clean kitchen and bathroom with a cozy bedroom as well as beds. Moon prepares a super hearty Asian breakfast every morning and comes over from time to time to show us the spices from the yard, the seeded fruit as well as the super big snails in the pond.Moon and family also took us to a Bushkund event in the opposite temple, which was a special experience.For leaving, very reluctant, I hope to have the opportunity to stay here next time and experience the most relaxing and comfortable Chiang Mai life.May Moon and Hank be safe and happy and trust we will see you again. We had an AMAZING stay! Everything was great from the comfortable rooms to the beautiful pool and the incredible host! The villa was so peaceful and relaxing that none of us wanted to leave! The host went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of! The breakfast that was served every morning was delicious! The beds were big and very comfortable with 5-star hotel linen quality! There was a pool table and many other games to play along with as well as smart televisions to stream movies or music! The location was excellent and we were provided with a van driver to take us wherever we wanted to go for reasonable charge! Overall a great experience and will definitely be back again if ever in Chiang Mai!

Location There are quite a few famous restaurants near the accommodation There are two famous nail shops, so it's convenient. There is a large cafe right next to the accommodation that stays open until late at night, and there is also a barbecue restaurant, so it is very convenient. You can go to Old Town, Bancang Wat for 60 baht by taxi. Facilities And the best thing is the 24-hour swimming pool. When everyone is asleep in the middle of the night, when there is no sun, if you swim at that time with only subtle lighting, it's really emotional. You know, it doesn't mean that you can use it 24 hours a day, right? It was very comfortable with a large table and chairs in the accommodation The fridge was also quite large, so it was very convenient. We loved our stay here! I traveled solo with my 3 boys, ages 8, 12, and 13 and we all enjoyed this place. It's very well cared for and everyone is very attentive and kind, always smiling and welcoming. Check in was a breeze. We used the laundry machines provided for a very small fee. The air conditioning works great and the bathroom is divine. We walked each morning to the coffee shop at the end of the road... nothing to write home about but very convenient. There's a friendly cat and bunny that come and go. The gardens are very well cared for and very safe. The location requires the use of a Grab or taxi but it's easy for them to find. If traveling with a big group it'd be worthwhile and doable to rent out more listings on the premises! We loved this place and would happily go back again. We didn't utilize the kitchen so I don't have any feedback on how functional it is.

Great place to stay, easy to manage!

Living on a rooftop is a pretty interesting experience and we enjoyed our stay here. The rooftop is pretty spacious with a lot of outdoor space to just chill and enjoy the sun and the stars. The place is in a great location for people like us that want to stay in a quiet neighborhood but still close to the Old City.

We had a great stay at Kwan’s house.The location is extremely convenient—it's close to 7-Eleven, Makro Mall, and Maya Mall, making shopping and dining very easy. Big C and HomePro are just a 10-minute drive away, and transportation options are readily available, so getting around was hassle-free. The place itself is comfortable with enough beds, ensuring a good night’s sleep. It was clean, quiet, and perfect for a relaxing stay. However, the only downside was that the WiFi wasn’t working, which was a bit inconvenient. If that gets fixed, this place would be perfect. It was quiet and good neighborhood. I love the lovely smell of flowers at the in front of house,especially in night time. Kwan is helpful,kind and responsive person. When I asked her anything, she gave the information about home right away. Overall, I recommend Kwan’s house for anyone looking for a convenient and peaceful stay in the area like your home . I wish I will get next chance to visit Kwan’s house again.

The host was very kind to us, the stay in a comfortable environment, there is a washing machine that can provide laundry for travelers staying for many days, it is a very nice home👍🏻

We were very pleased here. To acces the room, you climb up 3 floors, partly through the utility rooms of the Mandala Center. The stairs end in a large hallway. This is the common room. You cannot lock here. Here is the TV and fridge. From there you can also get to a clean bath. You also enter the bedroom from here, it has a normal lock and you can lock up. Both air conditioners worked. We couldn't find a remote control for the TV. There was always fresh water in the fridge and often fresh fruits. Thank you. We were satisfied.
