The apartment is recently renovated and has all the amenities needed. It is close to the centre of the city. The communication with the host is very quick and easy. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay

It's a brand new building and the apartment has just been furnished. Wide and spacious with all the necessary appliances for a 4-member family. Momchil met us at a convenient place and took us to the apartment. Very friendly attitude and helpful host. We recommend it for a family visit to the city.

A wonderful apartment in a beautiful, renovated and preserved old building in the city center. I would say a perfect airbnb property. Even the common areas in the building are perfectly maintained. Would definitely stay there again if visiting the city.

A really great place to stay. We were there for a work trip and it was the perfect place to stay. Really clean and a lovely design. There is no view really, because of the neighbourhood but they managed to make the balcony cute and cozy. May be the only thing that bothered us a little was the parking. Our car is not a jeep thus when trying to get down the slope our car got dragged. However there is plenty of space outside of the hotel. Overall the place was great, we were really surprised by the organisation. Everything was easy to reach, an app that tells you everything - restaurants, taxi, order in, breakfast. Recommend!
