We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Promila Ji hosted us at Jhakoo Tiny House for 3 nights, and booking this place was the best decision we made on our Shimla trip. As two women traveling together, we felt completely safe and at home. The 3BHK attic house is quaint, clean, and cozy, with the cutest balconies and a stunning valley view. It’s just a short walk from Mall Road but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful—like stepping into a fairy tale. The house is well-equipped with modern amenities and charming decor. Be ready for a cardio boost—it’s 3 flights up! Rakesh Ji, the housekeeper who lives just below, was incredibly helpful and kind—whether it was helping with parking or making a hot cup of tea, he ensured we were comfortable at all times. Promila Ji is a warm, gracious host who was always available, even before check-in, helping us with local tips. She made us feel safe, welcome, and cared for. Highly recommend this place—and if stairs are a concern, try Jhakoo Nest, her first-floor property!

The stay was really pleasant. A fully functional bnb with the best view. The house was close to the mall road yet away from the hustle bustle. If one wants to spend some peaceful time with friends or family, this is the place to be. Anjali is an amazing host and helps you with everything that's important. The house caretaker Bishamberji was really helpful. It was an excellent experience.

It was a wonderful stay at Pranav's place. The apartment was spic and span. the kitchen was sparkling clean. Both the washrooms were very clean and neither of them have even a faint whiff of any odour. Pranav himself was very helpful and very prompt with all help. Both the bedrooms are large with huge bay windows looking onto the mountains and the valleys, presenting a lovely view. The balcony can sit 2 persons comfortably and is accessible via both the bedrooms. All in all, it was a great time spent at this property. Additional info for new guests: The last 50 metres or so to the property is a little steep. Although manoeuvring our sedan wasn't a huge challenge but since it was raining I was a little worried about the tyres getting adequate traction on the turn just 10 metres from the property. Also, note that it is a 3 floor house. We stayed on the 1st floor. Ground floor was occupied by other guests but that did not intrude into our privacy.

The place is just beautiful as shown pictures, little far from crowd of shimla, peaceful and with beautiful views. Sagar is an awesome host, and yes special mention to caretaker suresh, who was always helpful. Will surely visit again, highly recommended.

Had an amazing experience at the property. Beautiful terrace next to the rooms providing a very good view of the forest. The place is very close to main Shimla however still offers peace and quiet as well. Well kept residence and assistance available at all times. Asheesh personally took care of our itinerary and recommended places as well. Would love to visit again during snow fall time as well. No difficulties in parking as well which is a great to have in Shimla. Overall pretty happy with the experience.

It was a great stay at Mohit's place. Everything matched the photos provided on BnB. It was a clean and peaceful place. There is also a Domino's and other amenities nearby. You can stay with your family or friends ,it will be worth it

It was a great stay for me and my family. Plenty of blankets to keep warm during the extreme cold. Ajeet was extremely helpful. Food was as great as well. Overall enjoyed the stay and beautiful views from the house.
