Tranquil Mountain Getaway | Breathtaking Scenery

We had an unreal time staying here! Genuinely couldn’t recommend it more if you’re thinking of booking. Anju and her family were lovely, super helpful with loads of suggestions for things to do and even held onto our bags the whole next day for us so that we could go out on a hike without lugging them around! They also run a lovely little cafe just across from the train station, perfect for grabbing a coffee or bite before heading off for a hike or whatever you’re up to (and you get a free coffee if you’re staying in the Airbnb, which is a nice touch) They’re doing a brilliant job with the place, the vibe in the cafe is deadly and the accommodation itself is massive! There were only three of us but the place could easily fit more, and the kitchen’s fully kitted out if you want to cook. The local shop also has a really good range of items, the fresh meats are great!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, cozy, and felt just like home. It’s in a good location with great accessibility to public transport, shops, and local attractions, which made exploring the area super convenient. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience!

Had an amazing time there. The location was very well preserved, and well maintained. You feel though you are stepping into a previous century when you enter the ground. We got a comfortable stay. And the owner was very friendly and helpful. Nearby town, there’s a little Izakaya called Imada which we recommend to visit.

【traditional room】 Enjoy a relaxing stay

Our first trip to Japan was so wonderful. I'm never been a fan of the city. When I went to Tokyo and Osaka it was so crowded due to over tourism in those areas. I appreciated Yoshi's accommodation more and enjoy so much of the hidden parts of Japan like Izu and parts of Shizuoka. I definitely recommend more people to stay in areas like Fujieda. It's truly a traditional experience and environment great to get settling in with Japanese culture and mannor. I would definitely recommend more foreigner explore more parts of Japan rather than the hotspots of Japan!!! I highly recommend Yoshi!!!

It was our first time in Japan, and staying in a small town surrounded by orange farms, mountains, and local organic products, was definitely one of the highlights of our trip! Yuki-san was very responsive and even helped us arrange dinner on the night we arrived, which we really appreciated. We had one of the best conversations with one of the woofers who was helping out at the farm and spoke English. Additionally, I've got to grill the freshly caught eel myself, and eat it with local orange based seasonings, and that was one of the best dinners ever! The room itself was clean, spacious enough for two people, and had convenient amenities like a washing machine. Honestly, nothing beats the experience of staying in a traditional Japanese home. We truly wish we could have stayed longer. This was such a peaceful, authentic experience that left us wanting more. Highly recommended!
