Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Shinjuku Station

Nice place, with everything you need. If you need to work or spend some time in, it’s a little bit dark, even if there is a small terrace which is precious. The neighborhood is nice and easy for food and groceries. The subway is near, five minutes walk, and even if you have to commute in Shibuya most of the times, it’s not difficult. It’s a nice stay.

Such a great find! The flat is stunning and looks exactly as described, spacious and very nicely designed and decorated. The area is also very vibrant, loads of restaurant and the host kindly provide a long list of places to go

We hebben een heel fijne tijd beleefd in de accomodaties van Keiko en Tatsuki. Zeer goed geëquipeerd, gezellig en met de nodige comfort. En vooral zeer goede communicatie met de eigenaars, die zeer behulpzaam zijn.

Flexible check in. We arrived after 10pm and was still able to easily check in. We had our bags delivered and they were already placed in our room. No need to pick it up from the front desk. Washer/dryer combo was used everyday with supplied detergent. We didn't use the kitchen but there is enough to make your own meals for longer stays. Multiple convenience stores nearby as well as restaurants. Our favorites were Boulangerie Noli et Nori for morning baked goods and Byron Bay Coffee Company for coffee. Ubers ranged from 1,600 to 3,000 yen

We had a really great time in this flat. It is a quiet, peaceful place and yet very close to the train stations to get you to your desired destination quickly. Many nice restaurant in less than 10 minutes walking distance. Sayuki is a very kind and helpful host, always fast to response and they even changes the towels during our stay. The place is very clean and looks just like in the pictures. One small remark for us was the size (but I guess it’s to be expected in a city like Tokio): We stayed for one week and for two people with big luggage it got a bit tight after 3/4 days. But other than that, great place to explore Tokio from! Thank you!

The place is comfortable and decent with useful amenities like washing machine and portable wifi. There's a subway entrance a minute away and good places to eat. Also quite spacious for the price. Great option if you want to be near Shinjuku.

우선, 호스트님이 굉장히 친절했습니다. 숙소의 위치는 산겐자야역에서 도보 이용이 가능했고 시부야역까지 짧은 시간안에 도착할 수 있어 편했습니다. 시부야역의 거대함과 산겐자야의 고요함을 동시에 느낄 수 있어 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 방도 충분히 크고 깨끗했습니다. 훗날 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.😆😆😆

Beautiful apartment in a quiet and safe neighborhood that is only a few minutes walk from Shibuya Station, Shibuya Scramble and Shibuya Stream. Convenience store, grocery store, French bakery and coffee shops are nearby. An upscale sushi restaurant is on the ground floor of the building. The size of the apartment was sufficient for three adults. The host, Rei, was very responsive and kind, and she provided detailed instructions with pictures for check-in and for operating the various appliances.

My group of 6 had more than enough space to hang out and stay comfortably at Kei's place. It's perfect for 6 people or below. Good amount of showers and 1 giant sink space area with mirrors which we shared. The Wi-Fi is not very strong in the 1st floor rooms, otherwise Kei's place is at a very convenient location to the subway, food, shopping. Would definitely recommend!

Ko an Yuko’s place is beautiful. It’s a 3 floor standalone house in an awesome location. You can reach anywhere in Tokyo within a 10 minute walk to the station. The neighborhood itself is peaceful and quiet and it’s hard to believe that within a 2-5-10 minute walk how many great restaurants there are. The famous shibuya scramble is also around a 10 minute walk. The home itself is beautiful full of amenities that you could need in a bnb. Kitchen, bathroom, rooms all are well equipped and easy to use. The best part ofcourse are the hosts they personally greeted us and spent a long time explaining everything about the home and the neighborhood. They are really nice people and they care a lot. Ko and Yuko are very thoughtful, warm and friendly people. It was lovely to have made such nice friends.

Yuki has a lovely, comfortable house which is on a quiet side road but is still accessible to the metro station, lots of restaurants and shops. Yuki was extremely responsive whenever we had any questions and gave us some good recommendations and things to do in the area. Also on the last day when our plane was cancelled- so stressful - Yuki was very understanding and kind, offering to extend our stay. An excellent host and definitely recommended. Thank you Yuki!

This place is an absolute gem and Mizuki was amazing. The locations to central and so much to see and do close by. The place is so homely, and we felt welcome and at home immediately. We are a family of 5 and there was a heap of space for us all. There were snacks, condiments and so many little added bonuses that you just don’t get from other hosts. Amazing. Thanks for having us in your beautiful home🙏💯

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. It’s close to public transport, convenience stores, and many restaurants, especially Korean. It is a 3 storey apartment so could be a problem for people with disabilities or large luggage, but it was a big apartment for Tokyo standards.

Yasu was the most thoughtful host! He kindly came to pick us up from the station and was so helpful with recommendations and information. There are adult bikes available to use. When we asked Yasu, where we could rent a bike for our 6 year old, he bought one for him! Our son was over the moon and loved cycling around. We explored many parks, and we didn’t cover all of them. I can highly recommend the Traffic Park, for kids. They have bikes and go-carts for the kids(for free). The house is really lovely, spacious and comfortable. Our son, had the room downstairs. He loved the mini foosball table, and having a huge room all to himself. There were welcome snacks and the fridge was packed with food and fruit! The location was also terrific for getting around. We loved it here, and would definitely come back again!

It was a great place for us. A little small for 8 people and no sitting area but the host was so responsive and the location was ideally located near a train station. The air conditioning was strong and the showers were spacious. Thank you so much for hosting us. We would definitely come back to this place again.

The host was very helpful from booking to our arrival in Tokyo. She helped us with booking pick up and drop off vans which was a huge help since she got us a better deal than Uber or taxi. Her house was immaculate and so comfy. The house was located nearby subway station and 15 mins walk to an amazing shopping area. Even Don Quihote shop was so close. I recommend everyone going to go to this store rather than the one in Shibuya. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Tokyo.

Het is een mooi appartement met veel ruimte. Alles was aanwezig. De wc en badkamer waren heel schoon. Hippe en leuke omgeving met veel koffietentjes en restaurants. Mari en Miki zijn heel erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Host was very responsive, and listing matched descriptions and pictures in the listing. The unit is 3 min walk from train station, which is really convenient. Host explained how to use all appliances. Quick response from host whenever we ask any questions. Would highly recommend this place!!

Great place and quiet neighbourhood Nearest station is like 5 minutes on foot and about 20-30 minutes for shinjuku so you don’t have to travel a lot to get to the center of Tokyo Kota is very responsive and helpful Definitely recommend

This was such a good place to stay in for me and my friend! The location was great and just a short walk from the train station. There was plenty to do in the ikebukero are and lots to do after taking the train to other places. Place was nice and clean and the owner was very responsive! Overall great place

Superb stay in Shimokitazawa. We really loved the area (enough going on but not as mental as Shibuya). The apartment was a great base for a few days and the tub was a bonus. Thanks, would stay again ⭐️

Klein aber Fein. die Unterkunft hat wirklich ALLES was man braucht. Sie ist auch sehr sauber und zentral.

Second time staying at this building, first on a higher level and this time on the third, and I love everything about it. Incredibly clean, easy check-in process, modern amenities, very efficiently-designed for a smaller space and apartment has everything you need to make you feel local and comfortable. Response is quick, helpful and supportive. Also a greaata area in walking distance to everything.
