Apartment holiday rentals in Shinagawa City

Very convenient location to Haneda airport and Shinagawa station, making it a perfect stay on your arrival or departure days. The closest station has elevators out to the north exit, so it is easy with lots of luggage. Please keep in mind it is a local stop, so don't board express trains from Shinagawa and switch trains going to/from Haneda (this is easy to do, same platform). Typical sized small apartment for Tokyo, ok for two adults. Able to easily roll in our three large suitcases inside since it was on the 1st floor. There is someone above the unit (another rental), so we could hear them come in later, so if you are a light sleeper that could bother you or you will need to sync up with the schedule of the other unit. The dining table/chairs were pretty narrow and not comfortable for long periods of time. It served our purposes for what this place should be, a quick stop, but I don't think I would recommend for long term stays.

Chie is very friendly and her place is in a great location—ideal for two. A more local neighborhood, not filled with tourists, so perfect if that’s what you’re looking for.

Keiko’s place is a good spot. It is a well communicated with the Tokyo but also there are a lot of restaurants 10 minutes walk from it. It is a cozy apartment - everything we need was there! Thank you for having us!

Clean, quiet, and very well appointed home. It was obvious the host took great care to try and think of every detail to make this a comfortable stay. He was exceptionally responsive and also helped me with some of my trip plans when I asked. It was greatly appreciated! It is not close to the center of the city, which wasn’t always convenient but I would not have wanted to stay in the heart of bustling Shibuya, so it really comes down to preference.

Beautiful and spacious place right next to the Takanawadai station so finding the place is not hard and also after a long day of walking and exploring you get off the train and walk 1 minutes from station exit and reach your accommodation. Where in the world can you get your own private gym in Air Bnb at this palce you do. The place is clean and exactly as described. I would say that if you are taller then 6 feet then you might have limited space in bed. The beds are tatami style and are comfortable with clean linen. The place has two toilets and 2 bathing area. Kitchen is clean and the utensils are provided but we did not do any cooking so did not see what is available. Another good feature is the water cooler so you do not have to but water for the accommodation. Seven eleven and lawson is short walking distance. Great place highly recommend Keiko is a great host and we will be back.

We had a fantastic stay at Tomo’s house! The apartment is clean and comfortable and it was great for our young children. The area is lovely - there is a playground close by, it is very close to the subway station and there are lots of shops and places to eat nearby. Tomo gave very clear instructions for how to get to and access the apartment and everything inside and we felt very welcome. Arigato gozaimasu, Tomo - we would happily stay again!

Clean and tidy apartment in a nice quiet neighborhood. Very close to Shimbamba Station and a 15 minute walk from Shinagawa.

The room is nice and clean and is located in a good location near the station, check in is easy and the owner responds quickly.

We chose Minato because it’s closed to Roppongi, Azabudai and Ginza. It’s more private neighborhood. Not too far from lots of eateries and nice restaurant. You can see the beauty of Tokyo Tower at night when you walked around the area. The host warned us about noise because of the thin wall but our stay was pleasant. There was no noise. We didn’t even realize there were 3 other families in the building. We liked that the elevator was private and connected to the entrance of the room straight. The place was immaculate. Bed and pillows were comfortable. 2 people were just nice or 2 people with 1 child. Communication was easy. Our flight was delayed and had to do a late check in. We were going to be late to our restaurant reservation. We contacted the team and they helped us call and change reservation time. My feedback would be providing amenities like shower caps and toothbrush. If you do laundry at 2-3 am, there was no one using the laundry. There are 2 washing machine but 1 dryer

Great location with easy access to public transportation. Lots of amazing restaurants and cafes nearby — perfect for exploring the local food scene. Highly recommended for anyone who wants convenience and good eats!

When me & my friends saw this place we instantly love the aesthetic it felt like Vouge/aesop/archidigest. Such a beautiful space traditionally with a morden touch! Beds were comfy,kitchen was great & the tatami experience. Washing machine was really handy too! Private, quiet apartment accessible to few train stations. Walking distance & easy to get to Disneyland too! Nice cityside not too far from tourist attractions🥰 felt locally right at home! Easily able to get good food at night as well. Highly recommend this place & thank you Masaki for the caring responses. A very warm welcome from the fridge too🩷 Loveliest apartment great for 3-4 pax

Logement bien situé (pas loin de l’aéroport), On a pu aller sur les lieux de Tokyo qui nous intéressait sans aucune soucis. Gare à réellement 2 minutes à pieds, si vous êtes sensible au bruit prenez des boucanons d’oreilles mais le bruit du train n’est pas aussi gênant que ça.

Amazing, a great place to stay in Tokyo. Didi was incredibly helpful, responsive, and provided thorough instructions for everything such as check-in, directions, and using amenities! I would definitely stay again!

We stayed overnight at Ayumi’s for an early morning flight out of Haneda. The location is great for an early departure or even a late arrival to give yourself some breathing room. We had a little difficulty getting into the building as due to a mix up of codes but Ayumi was quick to respond to our phone call and we were able to get in quickly. It’s a spacious place with a high class shower and classy interior. The description does state that there’s a tv but that’s only in the bath but the bedroom light is also a projector which casts to the doors when closed. Overall a great stop just before a day’s worth of traveling.

Our host was very nice and responsive to our questions.The instructions and house rules sent were easy to understand. The apartment was clean but smaller than we expected, it is just nice for 2/3 people. The neighbourhood is quiet but it has a lot of stores such as supermarket, drug store, convenience stores and laundromat (there’s a small laundromat near the supermarket ) within a short walking distance. The nearest train station (Keisei-Koiwa station) is a short walk away and you can walk about 20 minutes to Koiwa station on the Chuo-Sobu line. From Keisei-Koiwa station, you can take to Narita Airport directly without transfers).

Had an amazing stay with Masa. Wanted something a little farther from the main city for my trip next to a train and this location was perfect. Very nice and peaceful and Masa was very responsive as a host. Highly recommend thank you!!!

le logement était parfait, conforme à la description, mis à part le lit assez dur, je recommande fortement ce logement. il est vraiment facile de se rendre dans les différents quartiers de Tokyo tels que Shinjuku et Shibuya via les deux stations de métro à maximum 10 minutes à pied du logement. l’hôte a été plus que réactif et à su nous aider lorsque cela était nécessaire.

El departamento es muy cómodo, limpio, con vista a la torre Sky de Tokyo, moderno y genial para una buena estadía, cercano al metro, lo cual te conecta muy bien con toda la ciudad. El anfitrión muy atento a todas necesidades. Recomiendo totalmente este airbnb.

After a long day of traveling from city to city, it was very convenient for us to do a self check-in at Shunki’s Airbnb in the evening! The space was cozy and we felt comfortable for our last night in Tokyo! Also, the host was friendly and responsive. We recommend staying at this place!
